We had a fantastic experience during our visit to Europa-Park, especially since we were traveling with our furry friend. Choosing this hotel turned out to be a brilliant decision. The seamless access from the hotel to the park made it incredibly convenient for us to enjoy the park while ensuring the comfort of our dog. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. They were not only incredibly friendly but also remarkably proactive in ensuring our stay was delightful. Their attentiveness added an extra layer of warmth to our trip. Overall, our stay at this hotel elevated our Europa-Park adventure to a whole new level. The combination of pet-friendly facilities, easy park access, and the kindness of the staff made this choice truly special. We can't wait to return for another memorable stay.

We stayed in the bungalows next to this hotel. We stayed here for a 2 day visit to the Europa Park in Rust. These bungalows are newly build and very nice to stay in with high quality decoration. Ours had 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The bungalow has a good kitchen block with fridge and dishwasser, there is an airconditioning and a parking place is available right in front of your bungalow. Because all was so new the bungalow didn't have a sofa yet (due to delivery delay from the supplier) and the coffee machine in the Kitchen was not there. The receptionist however did inform us upfront at check in and offered free coffee from the breakfast buffet and a free breakfast in the hotel. Very good arrangement!! For your visit to Europa park it is a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the shuttle bus (7231) that puts you in 15 minutes at the main entrance of the park. I will certainly go here again when visiting Europa park.

Nothing, it was a great stay.

I wanted to share my experience with the hotel we stayed at recently. The room facilities were great, and the location was excellent, as it only took us a 6-minute drive to reach the Europa Park.

When I booked the room on iBooking, it indicated that the city construction tax was already included in the price. Yet, upon arriving at the hotel, they asked me to pay it again. Although it wasn't a significant amount for our group of five, I couldn't help but feel like I was being charged twice. I communicated this issue with the hotel staff, and they mentioned it was a mistake on iBooking's part. Despite my explanation, they insisted that I make the payment.

New hotel with a number of bungalows around it. We stayed in one of the bungalows. The place was large, newly furnished with a full kitchen (that we used extensively) and good air-conditioning (!). The furnishings are of a good quality, parking is plentiful. We were granted access to the fitness room although we stayed in a bungalow, a definite plus. Staff was helpful and efficient. Breakfast was very good.

It would make sense to add window screen to prevent mosquitoes from entering the bungalows at night.

Absolutely spotless. Couldn’t fault it at all. The room was beautifully detailed. Bathroom big and spacious. Even the public toilets in the lobby were immaculately clean. The staff were great and helpful. The breakfast was as much as anyone would need and all fresh. Insider tip….If you like Italian food there is an all you can eat and drink buffet just behind the hotel. You can not go wrong. Food was excellent, drink free flowing and desserts to die for. Oh I wish I didn’t live so far away.

Nothing at all!

We booked a Bungalou and it was excellent! Spacious, the kitchen had all we needed, 2 bathrooms, terrace, modern, new and very comfortable beds. Delicios breakfast and the staff is professional, helpfull and friendly. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

The property was located in perfect distance to both Rulantica & Europa Park. We were greeted by an extremely welcoming young man (I believe Lucas) and overly surprised with the space of our bungalow. The 2 bedroom bungalow was spacious, clean, private and had all we needed to prepare meals and feel like home away from home. All around a perfect stay, thank you.

close to the train station and to a bus stop that connects to Europa-Park. room is nice and the decor is fun. had a comfortable sleep on the bed.

hotel seems to be fairly new and it does smell a bit like a newly built building… if you know what I mean. check-out also closes at 9pm at the moment which is fine but if you want to stay out a bit longer you need to watch out for the time

Location was very convenient for my purposes. Couldn't fault the facilities in general and staff were very friendly. Also useful that the checkout was by 12 as it made things more flexible.

Since they were still in the pre-opening phase they were a little vague on whether I could get a drink in the bar in the evening or not, and no food available in the evenings yet.

The hotel is very well kept, facilities are all new and well kept. The staff is helpful and pleasant.

The hotel is secluded, it's hard to get by without a car (there are two restaurants very close but if there's no table available than the supermarket and especially other restaurants are quite a walk). It is however very close to the train station that's a plus.
