close to Europapark just 5 minutes drive. Big family rooms. Reasonably good breakfast included in the price. Very helpful and friendly French speaking reception. Good Asian restaurant next to the hotel. Room we stayed in adapted for a wheelchair user.

too weak water pressure to flash the toilet. ok for a one night stay but for a longer stay can be annoying. However, most probably only this particular room was concerned (number 1)

The staff is very friendly, beds are comfortable, shower is great, very close to Europa-Park (a couple of minutes by car and there's also a convenient bus that stops near the hotel and takes you there). Overall a very good choice if you're visiting Europa-Park, and also if you're exploring Alsace and Freiburg by car.

Breakfest is decent but could be more diverse.

The room was very spacious and clean, comfortable enough to fit 4 persons with no issues. It would be nice to have an extra towel for the foot, when stepping out from the shower cabin. Breakfast choices weren't various, but everything was fresh and delicious, especially croissants.

If pancakes or crepes would be added to breakfast menu, it would definitely make kids more happy.

the location was near Europa park. Value for money was good. We payed 40€/person/night. The breakfast was appropiate for the money we paid. The asian restaurant Takumi that is integrated in the hotel was amazing. Presentation of sushi was exceptional and great taste.

after 2 night I had back pain. The matresses and the pilowas didn’t suit me.

The breakfast was good. The room was clean and big enough for 2 adults and one child. It was quite noisy as it was near a bar. The free parking just in front of the hotel was nice. It was a good one-night stay until moving to our hotel in the park.

The position just at the exit of the highway, very convenient! The price / quality ratio is very good. The breakfast was above my expectation, given the very attractive price I was expecting less, instead I found a surprisingly good assortment of food.

It is an absolutely new hotel and everything is very fresh in it. Our room was spacious and had very sweet romantic lights. Employees were very friendly and helped us to answer all the questions we had.

Most of the negative emotions were related to the corona rules and constructions happenning around the hotel, but it does not depent on the hotel itself and is just temporary.

We booked a family room that even with 5 beds with spacious and comfortable and included a small table and a mini-fridge which was nice for picking up dinner and bringing it back after a long day. The hotel is only 5 minutes from Europa Park which was our reason for visiting and while it isn't very close to larger cities, we were able to find grocery stores, restaurants, etc. for our needs. Breakfast was fantastic and the manager went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed.
