The staff are great and very friendly, the hotel is quiet and breakfast is top, had everything I could ask for and the little one was happy as well. When it comes to kids entertainment I couldn't find much but it's not a kid resort so that's fair. The location is good too, near a faster road to get you going to your daily destinations, there is a huge shopping area across the main road where you can find pretty much everything.

The Internet was painfully slow, needing me to use my phone data abroad which created unnecessary costs. I know the planned updates should resolve this and won't hold this against the hotel. Another personal preference would have been less soft beds but I know hotels like super cushy beds... I sleep best on hard mattresses and found it hard to get enough sleep as a result.

The breakfast was really good, you have a bit of everything, the staff was super friendly, the bed was really comfortable and in reception they help you a lot to know how to move in the city, they provide us with printed maps and the schedule of the buses and explained to us were we could find them. The room gas a fridge and a small place to keep some food, that was useful, but it has no place to cook.

The piece of furniture had some spots of dirt and we had a spider on the entrance wall of the bathroom. And there was no air conditioner and it was really hot, we needed to open the window but it has no net so mosquitos can get in.

Breakfast buffet is super good, room is spacious. The hotel is easily reached from major road if you are driving.

Wifi didnt work after day 2, or if it worked it was very slow. For us who stayed for a few days this was problematic. We saw previous reviews have highlighted this as an issue, so it seems there has been no improvements made. There is only one power plug available to use in the whole room. Having read previous reviews on this issue, we brought our own extension chord. The double bed is too small for 2 people to sleep comfortably.

Large convenient room. Quiet. Good breakfast. Evening meal option at reasonable price. Large and inexpensive parking. Shopping mall across the road. Short drive to Schwerin palace and park.

The staff was absolutely top notch! And breakfast was fantastic. The room was clean and very comfortable, but a few little things needed repairing.

It's too far outside the city center to be conveniently accessible unless you have a car Cabs are appr. €20 one way.

Ubication but with a train you can go to the center of the City wich is really nice and that they took a deposit money without knowing it

Really good hotel with own parking. Easily accessible by car. Very quiet, although it is near 4-lane ring road. Our room was on the 2nd floor, looking out to a meadow and a pond. The room was very clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.
