Very nice accomodation with nice restaurant in the same building. There you can eat and drink some nice local wines. Interesting point in restaurant is that you can eat inside former wine barrels. Breakfast is also worth of buying (8 €/person/night), on top of buffet form of breakfast you can order scrambled or sunny-side-up eggs which are freshly made to your order.

I did not found anything which I found unpleasant or wrong.

Family run hotel, Restaurant was excellent, unique setting in oak wine barrels, great food and local wines served with ambiance ! Traditional German breakfast was perfect, with choice of freshly cooked fare prepared by attentive and helpful Kellner ! Location is quiet traditional village with overlooking castle and vineyards. Also very convenient for the Tech Museum in Sinsheim, which was also a fantastic place to visit.

On our way back from Legoland Resort Deutschland we wanted to visit the Technik Museum Sinsheim. The hotel is just a few kilometres away, totally on the country side and super quiet. It was nice that we could park the car in front of the hotel, throw our luggage in our room and go for dinner in one of the special wine barrels. The family room is one big room with a double bed and a bunkbed for the kids, luckily our kids fell asleep immediately and we could relax a little longer. Also was the room very clean. Good breakfast the next morning! We liked that the room was totally dark and super quiet; we had a good night sleep! Good Internet connection!

Nothing really. The room was maybe a little basic, but for a night sleep you don't need more.

The breakfast was very good, and so was the restaurant for dinner. The staff were friendly. We stayed for our wedding anniversary. They did a few special touches, and we had a room with a view of the castle.

Just so you know, the castle view is on the street side of the building, so there is some road noise.

Good selection for breakfast. Restaurant was nice. Loved having dinner in the giant wine barrels. Very impressive. Simsheim station a bus ride away.

Reception opens late. Wasn't anyone there to deal with early checkout.

Wonderful restaurant, loved the different wine tasting menues to choose from. Excellent wines at great value. Pleasant staff. Just the coziest place to relax after a long day in the car. The room was comfortable and very clean. Good beds. Parking right outside the rooms, all very convenient. We will come again for sure!

Cute family run hotel with unique atmosphere, the owners are very kind and helpful. They produce wonderful wines - definitely worth tasting. Very close to the Sinsheim museum of aviation.

We regret to have spent one night only. Would like to come again...

Nice location in a suburb Weiler of Sinsheim, about 6 km South. Good access to the Sinsheim destinations Technical Museum (showing Concorde and TU-144 airplane and the Spa. The local castle Steinsberg is in walking distance.
