The staff was very nice and helpful and made the most to fell us welcome. We got an upgrade to a wonderful suite on the top floor.
The breakfast was OK, but I could have use a bit more variety specially on the bread.

The staff were really nice and friendly. The rooms were clean. Even though there were no choices for breakfast, the quality of food was good.
1. we paid for a room with a bath specifically, however we got a one with a shower 2. Waterbed is something which should be notified about beforehand - it is not at all ortopedic and as someone with problems with back problems, I suffered most of the nights. I would call is something of “experience”, not rest 3. The pressure in the shower was unsteady and little 4. There was no kettle in the room and even when I asked stuff downstairs for a cup of hot water in the evening, they told me that it is not possible (even though the kitchen was open for an event).
