Location, spa, beachfront and marina

The time limit for children to swim in the indoor pool….two times: 10-11am and then 15-16:00 and for the price, this is a deal breaker for us. Our kids should be allowed to swim longer, if it has to be limited, then make it a set time like 11-3pm. This could leave the early morning and late afternoon to evening timeframe open for adults to swim. Also, the restaurants had slow service, not enough staff perhaps because we waited a long time for drinks and then once we ordered our food, the wait time for food to arrive at the table was almost an hour.

Friendly staff, great amenities, clean and comfortable rooms, nice views. Restaurants and bars on site.

Wi-Fi was included but the signal in our room was poor to non-existent despite the hefty price tag for the room. Had to go down to the lobby area to have sufficient signal to even receive basic email. We alerted the front desk to the issue but nothing changed over the course of our stay. I highly recommend specifically requesting a room with good wi-fi reception if you need to attend to work email or have children that insist on streaming video. Not necessarily a downside, but FYI: Warnemünde proper can be reached on foot via a short ferry ride and a walk, which was not an obstacle in the summer but may be more of an issue on shorter and colder days with less frequent ferry trips.

Room quality as well as bath room quality was excellent. The location is wonderful, and both the restaurant (Fish & Beef) and the breakfast buffet were excellent.

the link between the names of the residences in the garage and the numbers on the map. It would be better if the number of the residence on the map, was linked in the indications in the underground garage.

After an extremely stressful overnight train journey preceded by a totally unprepared flight cancellation, my wife and I were delighted by the friendly greeting and warm hospitality of the staff at this hotel. They immediately found an available room, despite that it was before noon, for which we were most grateful after our tiring journey. Nothing was too much trouble.

Access to the hotel was only available by a ferry across the harbour.

Breakfast,room and location were great. Amazing and luxurious lobby, very nice indoor swimming pool etc.

Not very child friendly- swimming area is available for kids only during 2 hours in a day. This was not shared with us when we came although we have asked about the pool and the receptionist clearly saw we have a child. I am also not happy with the service. While food and accomodation were 5 starts, service was not even close to 3 starts- very slow staff and not attentive.

Great patrons, great location, great facilities!

Endless line on checkout during the week on a Tue, no holiday - made me wait 20min and miss my train. Employees walking past Reception Desk w/o offering help, initially 1 desk only busy (lunch break), then a second one when the lady came back after a nice lunch. Incapable to organize, separate check-ins from check-outs, or to switch into emergency mode (still having the usual small talk with guests while people waiting) I think they even briefly considered letting the other lady go for lunch with a line of 15 people… All this to people paying minimum 300€ for a room. Probably no hotel director at hand to lead the pack. Disappointing. BUT THE PLACE IS STILL GREAT!!! GO and see, expensive but wow!

Quality of room, spa, location and food

Lack of warmth and friendliness from staff. Treated like a business relation rather than a customer. Unfortunately this takes away part of the amazing benefits of the property

The breakfast was delicious and full of different kinds of dishes. Outdoor sitting at the breakfasts area was really nice. The SPA area offers wide range of facilities. Staff was super friendly & helpful. The bar next to the receptions offers a lot of tasty drinks options.

The Tiefgarage is too narrow for big cars (like SUV), especially if you want to go to the Parkplatz B (almost impossible).

The night time front desk staff was amazing! They helped us get a taxi in the middle of the night and were so kind to us. we only spent 2 1/2 hours at hotel and wished we were able to stay on property for longer. We were chasing our cruise ship.

Absolutely amazing place , haven’t been at the spa but the bathroom is a spa itself ! Luxurious details in the room , lovely sight on the harbour . Delicious breakfast !
