This hotel was so well organised and staff managed everything great. They always seem to have time to help with any request and it a great place to stay with a nice pool and bar area. Food was always good and was buffett type, so good selection for anyone to choose from. I ordered room service as well which was great. Room was clean and comfortable and air con worked well.

AC in the room seems a bit unstable.

The room was large and comfortable. Not to mamy amenities in it. The bathroom was very nice though the shower was difficult to adjust. The breakfast buffet was nice and with a lot of choice. The gym wis very well equipped but the music played is horrible

The forniture of the room looked ancient and in need of revamping. The desk, very large, had to massive holes. For $170.00 dollars at night you except the furniture to be in pristine conditions

In general, it was a nice stay. staff was friendly and helpful. The food served in the hotel was very good and the breakfast was really nice. Just for your information, in case you select a standard room, the rooms are located in another building that's across the street. Building is old though the rooms are neat and clean.

Suggestion to booking.com to adjust to mention breakfast options in a better way. I select the option breakfast available instead of breakfast included which is written in the same color(green). Not a big deal but there is always room to improve, right?

Breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient. the food was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the wide variety of Ghanian dishes. Dinner was excellent. even better than breakfast. I was also lucky to have fresh palm wine one evening. I think the hotel could do well to promote the dinner service further. The Gym was well located with good equipment and facilities. The wifi was excellent - I was online with work 9-5 and there were no issues. I also like the layout on the ground floor as there were lots of sofas and areas to relax

Food and drink ordered from around the pool took a long time to be delivered.

Ms. Vida at check in was exceptional. The room we booked was not available upon our arrival. However, as swamped as the front desk was because conference attendees were also checking in, Ms. Vida quickly assigned us an upgraded room. The room had everything I needed for me to actually remain at the hotel the following day and work productively virtually. Due to the conference overflow, the WiFi was slow. However I had a back up hotspot and data to iron out that glitch. The other party with me made use of the tennis court and gym for morning workouts. The hotel has a range of food on menu with affordable prices. COVID-19 precautions were in place on the property. Safety and security measures were visibly in place. I will definitely consider Alisa Hotel North Ridge for future visits to Ghana.

I did not like that managers/supervisors interrupted the women at the front desk check-in instead of assisting or waiting for Ms. Vida and her colleagues to flow in their tasks. The two men I witnessed obviously had no presence of mind to think about how they hindered the flow of efficient customer service. As a business owner, it bothered me that those men who seemed to be supervisors did not show hospitality leadership by jumping in to help with the intake flow at all, but chose to interrupt and play with their cell phones.

All meals were delicious. Variety at breakfast daily with traditional Ghanian dishes & also European cooked & continental. Efficient and friendly waiting staff, check in staff & bar staff. Room cleaned daily and left immaculate. WiFi worked throughout the hotel, even around the pool. This was my first solo holiday and I was apprehensive, but this wonderful hotel made me feel welcome & valued. I easily made friends with other solo travellers & also the staff quickly addressed me by my first name with a ready smile. I can't thank you enough

The reception were always welcoming and very helpful. The food is good, with the option of eaching on the terrace too. We also organised a conference in the hotel, which was handled very well.

There are very few places to walk to, which may not trouble most. (The +233 Jazz Bar, however, is at the end of the street and is a great venue.) So, this is not a criticism. And there is always a taxi to be found opposite the hotel.

I stayed for almost 2 weeks in this Hotel and i must say It was just amazing. All the Personel are so nice and hospitable. Food was good, atmosphere was great and i really enjoyed the fridays barbecue life band party. The Manager Alex really understands what hospitality and customer service are. I had an incident the first night but Alex solved the problem very good. The hotel is also situated in a very calm and nobel neighbourhood and yet within minutes you are in Osu for crazy and fun nightlife. I really enjoyed my stay and so whenever am in Ghana, this Hotel is definetely gonna be my home.

Exceptional quality standard hotel with super clean room; exactly as shown on their website. We slept very well in comfy beds. Very friendly accommodating staff. The hotel offers the inclusion of a very nice gym. The classy looking restaurant onsite offers very tasty cuisines with a daily theme; and then you have the option of relaxing in their comfortable lounge area with bar.

I cannot find a fault with my stay at Alisa. It is definitely my go to hotel for my future visits to Ghana. Looking forward to my next stay there.
