The room was comfortable once the air was fixed. I had a few issues but overall I would definitely stay here again. The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating before and after my arrival. I made a few special request and they gladly obliged.

The hotel is obviously used to guest leaving without paying a bill. I prepaid for 8 nights, I was on my third night there and had a $3 bill that should have been billed to my room. The concierge or bell person knocked on my room door snd woke me up three srperate times to come to the front desk to take care of a $3 bill. I have at least 4 or 5 more nights in the hotel. Not to I him that there is money available that paid as a deposit for miscellaneous. This was the only thing that really irritated me. The other thing was that the pool was not cleaned properly. I did put my feet in just didn't feel comfortable getting all the way in. Also there should be more towels at the pool and wash cloths in the rooms for each patron.

I have stayed here several times because it’s a great hotel. I would stay again in future. The buffet was good. Location is perfect and within minutes from airport. The staff are professional and rooms are spacious and clean. The restroom is superb too. The hot shower works great!

The safe box in the room is movable. I believe it should be fixed to a place in the room. I did not store my valuables inside. Besides that, it was a perfect stay.

No space designed for smokers; Tv hardly worked

The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was exceptional with a great variety, special thanks to maritzza for the upgrade,, good value for money ratio. I really enjoyed my stay and will be looking to repeat visits to this place.. Good management,, clean well maintained pool, serene and relaxing environment.

The selection of the DSTV channels were limited,, it would have been great if they added some music channels,, however there were alot of soccer and sports channels.

The hotel staff was very helpful. They emailed me several days in advance to arrange transportation to and from the airport at no extra charge. The lunch and dinner buffets were excellent, and very tasty. I enjoyed lounging by the pool. The amenities were very nice, and the room was comfortable. I would highly recommend the hotel.

I can't say much in this area. I enjoyed the stay.

This is one of the largest standard rooms I have stayed in. The picture is practically what you get.

Locals seem to think it is on the other side of town. I guess it’s a function of where my meeting was. Otherwise, happy to go back to this hotel.

The rooms were large and well equipped. The bed mattress and pillows excellent. The grounds and Pool well kept and maintained. excellent Breakfast. special thanks to the reception staff and the GM Maritza de Villiers for there helpfulness and professionalism.

The Gym needs some modernisation to bring it to to same standard as the rest of the hotel. I believe this is being address directly.

Fantastic location and amenities. The only problem is the Gym is out of use, but a fabulous pool. Staff were so attentive. Restaurants very good, exceptional breakfast and room service also available for a very small fee. Will definitely stay again

I am a retired Delta airline employee. I have traveled all over the world. I was treated most wonderfully at fiesta Royale Hotel. The staff was outstanding the housekeeping wonderful the shuttle service was great. The breakfast buffet had everything you could possibly want plus they made whatever type of eggs you wanted. There was plenty of food of all different varieties for all different nationalities. The grounds were very nice to walk around and as a grandmother I felt very safe traveling here.

The hotel is less than 10 minutes from Kotoka airport. We stayed for 6 nights in a 2 bedroom chalet which was absolutely amazing. The chalet was clean and offered a very private environment. It has air conditioning which came in very handy as our visit to Ghana was during a period when temperatures were high. Honestly, the property felt like a home away from home. The staff and service - next to none. Very helpful staff and really understanding - On my last day there, I had a late evening flight and when I explained to Caroline and Maritza at reception, they arranged for me to be able to check out at 6pm instead of the normal 10am checkout. Thank you ladies!! There is a shuttle service to and from the airport with polite and professional drivers. We got picked up from the airport by Lawrence - thank you. The hotel has a very clean, well maintained pool area and beautiful grounds. The pool area had no crowds and we often enjoyed just sitting by it for quiet evenings. We had accommodation and breakfast - the choice of food available for breakfast was varied and offered a lot of choice to suit most palates. We also used room service which is available as and when required. It was our first time in Accra and we plan to return but accommodation is surely sorted at Fiesta Royale.

The air conditioning sometimes appeared to be a little subdued by the weather and by the heat but in the grand scheme of things, this was realistically a non issue.
