The personnel in the hotel is the best we have ever met! The rooms were clean, the stuff was always very helpful, all our requests were solved immediately. The hotel is very child-friendly: in the room we have got a prepared crib for our infant, in the restaurant the feeding chairs are available, there is also special shallow part in the swimming pool dedicated for kids. Our stay was a great experience! We would like to say the best greetings and words of appreciation to the wonderful restaurant, reception and housekeeping stuff! We hope we will come back very soon again!

It was absolutely immaculate. The cleaners and all the staff take so much pride in keeping the resort, food areas, and gardens clean and tidy. The food was really good! You were able to choose from the buffet breakfast, lunch, or dinner, or there was a Grill Bar that served Gyros or an on-site pizzeria.

We had a room with a shared pool, and even though the outside was very nice and modern, the interior could do with an update. As a personal preference, the mattress was really hard.

Really nice hotel, amazing food (also local one), no half finished food which is just warmed up as in some other hotels Possibility of late check out, till 15 (40 eur), 18 (60 eur) I asked for late check out and I had to move but this was a great upgrade bcd I had to move to a room in 1st floor which had a pool!

Fitness would need some renovation, machines are a bit old, but if you wanna stay in your routine workout it is ok

The rooms are clean and tidy, but getting a little tired and definitely lacking in power sockets for this day and age, but otherwise very good. The bed was also a little bit hard for my taste, but my wife was ok with this. Pool area, food, and bar, all good - the food does get a little samey, but this is expected at an all-inclusive buffet.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the upgrade to a swim up room was the best part fantastic highly recommend, and our room was spacious and comfortable food was good (what you expect for an all exclusive hotel). Exactly what we wanted for our short stay 🙂

The only problem was getting a car parking space and we went in the beginning of May so in high season this could be a problem

Great food, lovely pool,very nice rooms. Place was spotless. Day time water Zumba great fun.

Night entertainment poor, the entertainer was more interested in drinking.

Good location near to the beach, the all inclusive option is practical, the food is medium quality, but we always found something which we liked, the room was ok.

The cleaning was not thorough and was not every day, the hotel staff was not very enthusiastic.

Friendly staff, great location, all what you need. Delicious food and amazing pool bar serving drinks all day till midnight. Room was nice and clean and cleaners coming every day. Will definitely visit again.

Beds could be a bit less firm,

Really nice relaxed atmosphere and really nice guests. A variety of nationalities and age groups. Very nice staff and always helpful. A lot going on during the day and the animation team do a very good job entertaining younger children. Very nice food and good quality drinks.

I have seen a lot of teens that would benefit from more activities to bring them together.
