We had a bittersweet stay in the hotel. Starting with the room. We hate the room, door didn’t work for 3 days, we couldn’t get in to the room. They tried to fix 3x and still same issue. The door was fixed after we talk to the manager George, excellent professional btw that sorted out the door straight away and gave us a massage at spa as a sorry for the door inconvenience. Bathroom is small, tub doesn’t work and shower very weak. Sometimes we can feel a strong smell of sewage coming from there. Lot of mosquitos and ants in the room too. Definitely not a 5 star hotel room. Now what we love about it was some of the staff in the hotel. Eva at La pasteria, kulta and nekataria at main restaurant. They are 5* people that made our stay really good. Although some of them let us down specially at main pool bar. Frequently there were 3 of them behind the counter talking to each other or on their phones. Theres no service over there. To get a drink you gotta go to the bar for a very cold and unpleasant service. Different story at second pool, excellent service by a lovely dark hair girl and a long dark bearded guy (so sorry i forgot their names), outstanding service, they really work hard to make your stay pleasant. Food is good and plenty of options, quite repetitive in the main restaurant. Spa is excellent. Beach is pebbly but really comfy hammock. Overall we had a good stay. Would I come back? Maybe in a different room for sure .

The hotel is very beautiful, we were very lucky with our room, as it was just renovated. The pool areas are also very nice. We also didn't have to worry about getting a place at the pool, which was nice. We booked all-inclusive, which in my opinion is worth it if you like to spend some relaxing days at the pool with some drinks in your hand. The lunch and dinner restaurant has some very good food options for all inclusive Guests, but I think after the 4th night I would have gotten bored. We also really liked the different pool bars and the Cibus tapas bar that is open in the evening. The cocktails are delicious but the price could pile up it you're not all-inclusive. The staff is also so nice and friendly. All in all the hotel is very nice for a relaxing stay, where you don't have to worry about anything.

The buffet was a bit of a disappointment (we are real foodies, therefore we like to eat well and are maybe a bit more harsh than other people). The food was just okay. If we hadn't had booked all-inclusive we would have been disappointed. Also if you come here to see Rhodes you have to prepare to rent a car, take some long bus rides or to call a few cabs. The hotel is situated exactly in the middle between Rhodes and Lindos. I would recommend to see de island beforehand and come here to relax before you leave. Also the beach area isn't the nicest, it doesn't have a 5* feel. Overall the hotel is very good, just some little tweaks are needed.

The place is very nice, the facilities are super clean, modern, comfortable and cozy. The food at the restaurants is really good, there is a lot of food options included in the All Inclusive package, together with a really nice selection of cocktails or alcohol in general. The staff is amazing, super friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond with their service and helped us a lot during our stay. I would definitely come back to this hotel

The staff is awesome but in two occasions we felt a bit invaded, as they entered the room directly without notice. Their intentions were good but privacy is important, so preserving that privacy in those two occasions is the only constructive feedback I can give

The staff were a highlight of the trip and we were blown away by the friendliness of everyone we interacted with. Our stay was all inclusive and it was our first time going all inclusive and we were not disappointed. The variety of options both food and drink was extensive and we were also super impressed with the high quality of both. All the facilities were top notch and kept incredibly clean. Already planning our next trip : )

We have all inclusive. Service and cleanliness is the best in the world. Everyone greet you with a smile. Food and drinks exceed my expectation, lots of options. Pools are spacious and clean. View is good, I can see the sea and blue sky in my room. Few steps away from the beach. You can even cut your hair here (with some additional cost). Overall 10 out of 10 experience.

“Private Beach” is not 100% own by the resort, so some time in the day will be crowded. But it sill clean and good. For Hotel, few things can be considered: Add more electronic socket in the room. Have towels served in both pools. In door Jacuzzi needs higher temperature.

The service was exceptional. Everyone was friendly. The food in the a la carte restaurant was also delicious. There were always plenty of beach loungers available that were very comfortable. Everything was clean.

Please keep in mind that this is nitpicking! We were placed near the neighboring hotel, where the music was very loud every evening. It's worth mentioning that they also stopped almost exactly at 10 PM, but still. As beaches in Greece are not privatized, families with children were also at 'our' beach. This is not a negative aspect, but it's worth noting that it can happen. There is no official hotel parking lot; you have to find a parking spot. However, there were always parking spaces available, some closer and some farther away. Note: Although we paid for an all-inclusive package, not everything was included at the à la carte restaurant. However, the selection was still extensive. Second note: When entering the seawater, there are pebbles up to larger stones.

- The hotel isn't huge which is great because it's never overcrowded - The hotel stuff try their best to be as nice as possible and make your stay comfortable. The most of the stuff really speaks several languages and they even can initiate a small talk - For dinner you can order food in the restaurant way. You make an order and get freshly cooked food - The quality of food was really great. The variety is great as well. Greek/Italian kitchen, Turkish sweets and many other stuff. I've just really enjoyed it - They have a mobile app where you can check all of the services they provide as well as the menu which is very convenient - Adults only speaks for itself. No kids - super quite. Also I liked there were no music or loud announcements during the day. It helps to relax - The view from the room was great. The place is very close to the beach. The beach zone of the hotel has much better equipment than the rest of the beach - The pools look much better than on the photos. Just marvelous

- They say the mini bar is expected to be updated every 2 days but in reality it's being updated by request - Many services which are mentioned at the page on Booking without "additional cost" remark are not free even with the all-include package - The biggest disappointment for me was that they declare that smoking is allowed only in special places. In reality people were smoking everywhere. The hotel stuff even provides you an ashtray in a restaurant and put one in the room. My wife is allergic to smoke and she was happy to know there would be no smoke around when we were booking the hotel. So I'd suggest not to mention it anywhere in order not to mislead people. The same goes for the previous point

Breakfast was good, lots of options and great service. Food wasn't incredible but it was good. Beautiful views from the resort - literally a 30 second walk from the beach. Our room was one with a private sharing pool - absolutely beautiful views, the pool was just gorgeous and super relaxing/quiet. Sunbeds in some of the rooms aren't always in the sun (ours went out from about 2pm-5pm), but the pool is always in the sun! Main pools on the resort are also lovely and lots of sunbeds available.

The town the hotel is in isn't the nicest and there isn't that much to explore. The bars in the town were the complete opposite vibe to the hotel - a bit old fashioned and dank. Feels like the area is going through a transformation to be more luxury but parts are still behind. Hotel was super quiet at night (bars completely empty by 22:30), so not that much atmosphere (we weren't there for partying or drinking at all, but do like a bit of atmosphere whilst sipping on a cocktail after dinner!)

The absolute holiday of dreams! We stayed for one week and wished we could stay forever! Never in my life have I met staff more friendly and accommodating than this hotel. Every single staff member we spoke to was happy to be there and super chatty and kind. Especially George! He was always coming over to us to make sure our stay was as amazing as it could be and was always there to have a chat with. The food was absolutely unreal, I am a picky eater and tried everything and loved it all! So many different options and even the snacks were huge portions. Even the breakfast was amazing for buffet styles. We tried the buffet for dinner once and it was delicious. They had high quality foods for everything, even the tiny details. The cocktails were absolute amazing, especially with an all inclusive you would believe they would water down the drinks but my god, they did not. The pools were amazing, the main pool was heated just slightly above the regular weather temperature so it was lovely, but the other pool was not heated so on the hotter days it was amazing for a quick dunk to cool down. The spa was absolutely unreal, I got the cleopatra body massage and my boyfriend got a shoulder and back massage. I felt like I could fall asleep it was amazing. They also had so many different options to choose from we asked for recommendations and went with those and we were not disappointed. The pool inside the spa was lovely and quiet. Most of the time the pool was empty so was amazing.

One of the bars was closed during our stay and didn’t open until our second last day which was closer to our room which was a bit of an inconvenience but nothing to kick up a fuss as the other bar was right around the corner.
