A very nice boutique hotel - nicely decorated and quaint. Location is very good but not in the conventional/touristic city centre - situated in Kolonaki, but very close to Exarcia: the best place in our view, for nightlife and cute little stores. Lycubettus hill was in a walking distance. The best thing was definitely the attentive and helpful staff (especially Lia). We got help in so many things  - from locating interesting galleries to  tips of cool and more local places to hang. Breakfast was ordered by nenu and served on the roof balcony. We wanted something else to eat and the staff just bought the ingredients and made us our desired breakfast .We were upgraded to a nice suite and could only say thank you for this stay.

Hotel situated is in a historically reserved building so has no good accessibility for physically disabled people.

Excellent breakfast, beautiful early breakfast the morning we checked out . Excellent team at reception, friendly and helpful with great information about Athens. A very relaxed chilled out area with a bar/restaurant right beside its courtyard.

Amazing staff, super helpful, very nice. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. They compensated the lack of elevator by taking our luggage’s for us. Very small and beautiful hotel. Very beautiful and spacious room (1)

I would have preferred a hook near the shower to access my towel without having to completely walk out. The fact that the toilet air extractor sets on with the light and that it is next to the bed is not great for nocturnal needs. Small details, that did not stop us from enjoying our stay. The bar downstairs is a bit noisy but they close not too late.

Location and view of the Parthenon was wonderful. As was the design of the room

As compelling as the view from the room was, when you didn't want to see it, the blackout screens were poorly installed. There was no way to make the room properly dark. Also light switches were unnecessarily complicated. A LOT of trial and error to determine which switch controlled which light.

We loved the elegant, safe and quiet neighbourhood. Out of the crowd, but nevertheless being at a walkable distance to many touristic attractions. Syntagma Square is 10 minutes walking, Plaka and the Acropolis 30 min, Varvakios Market ( Central Market for fish and meat) 15-20 min. Plus the metro station Panepistimio at 5 min. The hotel is located in an old elegant building and it was recently refurbished in a very stylish way. Everything inside the room is high quality ( bedsheets, bathrobes, cosmetics). Our room had a private terrace with jacuzzi, which was just perfect to relax after a busy day. The breakfast was fresh and offered a large choice. And it is served on a wonderfull terrace. The staff was extremely polite and eager to accommodate all our requests. One morning we asked for breakfast before the working hours ( we had a very early tour to Acropolis ) and they made all the effort to have it done for us at the needed hour. An outside plus: right near the hotel there are a bar and a restaurant serving good food. Plus a souvenirs boutique with Greek design jewelry and accessories at decent prices ( Eccentrics - 59, Skoufa str.)

There is nothing not to like about this hotel it is absolutely perfect . We had a suite with hot tub and private terrace . It was stunning . The staff went above and beyond . It was immaculate and I can't wait to go back .the first day we had breakfast in our room .the day after we left before breakfast but when my husband went to check out they had made us a take away breakfast which was so kind and unexpected..

This hotel is a real gem. The staff are amazing and super helpful and friendly. The breakfast is very good and has everything you need It is a La carte with plenty of choices. The room we had was amazing with really high ceilings and plenty of space Walking distance to Plaka and Syntygma Square. We would definitely stay there again and wouldn’t look for another hotel

The hotel was beautiful! And the staff very nice 👍 the breakfast was super yummy! We really enjoyed the hot tub on our terrace🤩 the hotel was also very well located, we could reach several attractions on foot, and there were several restaurants and bars around.

I was expecting that the room would be a little bit bigger for the price charged, but the hot tub on the private terrace was that extra we were looking for.

I didn't book a room for myself but for someone whose partner was being hospitalized while on holidays. The hotel staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The stay was very pleasant and also their after sales policy is impeccable. When we had an administrative problem after check-out, they responded immediately and solved our problem within 5 minutes. I definitely recommend this beautiful hotel!

Incredibly helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast. There is an amazing restaurant "Fine Mess" a few steps away. Very clean and new facilities. Great breakfast.

Location is a little bit away from the center and makes for a good 20 minute walk. There are no elevators/lifts and you will need to climb up a few flights to your room.
