I like the responsive communication direct with Marina. I was very impressed with room as exactly what I was hoping for the long weekend stay. The location was spot on for me and entry, access to the building and apartment both very good and straight-forward. Cleaners excellent. Bed, kitchenette, wi-fi, shower & instructions ensured comfort and wonderful stay. I so enjoyed the facilities and accommodation that I am going to stay here next year. My only suggestion is a few more kitchen drawer utensils which I passed to Marina and I would find a little more surface space helpful in the bathroom - other than that its a gold star from me. Thank you Marina & clean team.

Location was great and the balcony had a good outlook onto the tree canopy. Really close to the city centre, only 3 blocks away. There are a few shops around so grocery shopping isn't an issue. There is a little grill bar around the corner that serves tasty food. The Red Sparrow is also worth a look for coffee, beer, pastries and snacks. Our host Marina was really helpful with all the bookings and even offered to sort out transport from/to the airport.

Not much, maybe a toaster and a comfier chairs in the living room, but wouldn't stop us staying again

It's great that everything works smoothly with the codes. The apartment was clean and well-stocked with necessities. It's very important to have the air conditioning in the summer and it worked great. The location is great. Although it's in a lively part of the city, it's quiet. Many great city parts are reachable by foot. There are nice litte streets with restaurants and bars very nearby.

Although the room was generally quiet, when big vehicles passed a bit faster at night , there was a loud rattling noise in the apartment coming from the window in the bedroom and we couldn't find out where it exactly came from.

This was our favorite stay in Greece! Marina communicated with us about the check-in process, site facilities, and even transportation before we even got to Athens. We had a lovely balcony wrapped around the entire apartment and a well-equipped gym in the basement. Housekeeping was very helpful and super sweet; they helped us use the stove in the apartment. The bus station with several buses to the Acropolis and other sites was at the end of the block. Lastly, an amazing ice cream shop, Araxos Diary, is right downstairs. We went every day!

The apartment is great and has a small kitchen, a well equipped bathroom, and a little sitting place. The room feels safe with the modern locks, and the building is in a quiet area, so it makes it a perfect place to stay for the nights in the city.

For this price we can probably find an apartment a little closer to the old city and the main attractions like the acropolis entrance, the museums and other parks... It's not necessarily far, but I would say maybe a 30-minute walk? google Maps is not the best way to find the way to the entrances! I got lost twice, and it was hard to walk around up and down hill... Other than that, I think you should enjoy this apartment!

Free laundry in basement! Lots of nearby cafes/eateries! Mattress in penthouse unit was ultra plush and comfortable. Very clean and stylish room.

Outdoor Terrace furniture was not very comfortable, and there were no interior chairs/couches in the room. The access passcode did not inspire confidence but was easy to remember. There are lots of cameras in hallways and lots of police in the neighborhood, so we generally felt safe anyway. We stayed 2 nights, and a car alarm went off in the street on both nights disrupting sleep.

It very good for family and the room rate is reasonable, family room is 2-bedroom apartment good for 4 people. Marina from the management team was very helpful and you can connect with her in WhatsApp in case you need some help to get the door code.. its our first time to check in in this way but everything went very smooth and easy. There is a GYM and Laundry room for guest and daily housekeeping team in the morning till afternoon.

the location is 20 minuts walk to the city center ,, you can use the bus.

- Apartment felt very modern and had lots of new furniture. - Bed was very comfortable. - Shower was hot and powerful. - Some nice extras provided in the room, coffee pods etc. - Access and entering the room was very well handled and used latest smart technology. - The terrace was huge and really lovely to sit out on. - AC was powerful and shutters also fitted to windows to keep the heat out. - Harris was very helpful and booked me a taxi to Piraeus port on my day of checkout which turned up ok time and went very smoothly.

- Soundproofing was not great. For example you can hear the lift in the apartment every time it goes up and down and sometimes guests were returning in the early hours of the morning. - Neighbourhood may not be to everyone's taste - it's right on the edge of Exarcheia which I don't mind but some people may find a little uncomfortable. There were lots of riot police around.

Marina is a great host that goes above and beyond to help her guests. There was a taxi strike in Athens on Monday and she went out of her way to make sure I got to the airport on time and safely. I really appreciate it. The apartments are spacious and modern here - I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a more neighbourhood/local style stay. The apartments are conveniently located only a 10-15 minute walk to the center also and near public transport.

Clean and comfy room with all the essentials for a short stay. Close to some bakeries.

Located in a slightly dodgy area, but it is probably normal as long as it’s outside of the main city area in Athens. Only downside of the room is the hot water heating system which took about 30 mins each time, and the instruction for activating it wasn’t very clear. Tips: Press the grey button on the bottom right of the power panel and wait for 20-30 minutes before shower. To draw the shades outside the windows (the curtains inside are half see-through), pull the bottom of the white “rope” next to the window horizontally (parallel to the floor) towards yourself and release.
