What a wonderful stay! I travelled to Athens with my mum, and we each took one of the top-floor rooms with terrace and Acropolis view. They were spectacular rooms - comfortable, with great climate control, immaculate design, and beautiful beds and bathrooms. The coffee pod machines were also highly appreciated, while the location was 10/10. Also, the bathroom sinks were big and wide enough that I could actually do my laundry in them and then hang my clothes on the room railing and the terrace.

The one thing we didn't love about this stay was that, while showering with the interior door to the rest of the apartment open (not realising there'd be a problem), the amount of steam my mum created inadvertently set off the entire building's fire alarm. I went downstairs to check what was going on and learnt what had happened, assuring the staff she wouldn't have been smoking and that it must have been the shower steam - but I think better ventilation or less sensitivity is needed if something like that could cause an incredibly loud alarm situation!

We did not take the breakfast option, there are too many close by locations with breakfast. Harry's, smallest restaurant in Athens, had the best baked pies. The room was exactly as advertised and the balcony view was wonderful. The hotel location was perfect for what we wanted, quick access to metro stations and easy walking distance to most of the tourist sites without being in a highly trafficked area.

We didn't like there was no hot water 2 of the mornings, staff blamed it on large group on another floor. The first 2 nights, party in the streets went on until 2:30 am, very loud. There were also people on the hotel accessible balcony next to the room until very late.

We didn't try the breakfast but heard it was very good. The rooms were comfortable. The location was amazing and Evelyn and Argy were SUPER helpful and friendly. This felt like our home away from home in Athens. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Hard to come up with things we didn't like. We should have booked this for all of our time in Athens but when we arrived we weren't entirly sure what our itinerary would be. We ended up having to stay at a different place our last night and missed Belle Epoque.

Room was nice and elegant, toilet was huge but floor very slippery when wet. Bed was comfortable, I would have liked separate blankets not bouble blanket. Location was perfect! Everything within walking distance. Hotel was clean and cleaned everyday during our stay. Staff was frendly. Breakfast. We booked and paid in advance our breakfast and it was served downstairs by the hotel restaurant which was very cosy. Breakfast was served to the tables. The food was good.

Breakfast was positive but also could be improved. The food was good but you can order only one dish from the menu. If you wanted both eggs and pancaces, you would have been charged extra for the other one. Same with drinks, coffee OR orange juice without extra charge. Hotel is located in very central location (which is positive) so in the late evenings when you are going to sleep noises can disturb you sleep. Bring your own earbugs.

A wonderful hotel in the centre of Athens, only few minutes to go to the old market halls, Monastiraki place or the old city centre Plaka. Even the Akropolis is at foot walking distance. Very friendly staff, nicely decorated rooms with all modern amenities like showers, WiFi, flat screen TV and LED illumination perfectly integrated into this 100 years old building. A luxury breakfast was included in my booking and served in the restaurant on the ground floor. Each morning made to order, bread with butter and marmalade plus one menu item of choice, including either scrambled eggs, omelettes, pan cakes or are a fantastic acaia bowl. Coffee for breakfast was individually prepared by a passionate barista. I could choose between espresso, cappuccino or a hand brewed filter coffee (an Ethiopian Natural brewed in a V60, for those coffee geeks amongst us). On the weekend there was even a single origin from Columbia available which blew my mind.

The fantastic breakfast is not available before 9 am. And since it's individually prepared to high quality standards it takes some time. I loved it, but for people in a hurry during a business trip or because they need to catch an early flight this might be too much of a good thing. Saturday night was a bit noisy due to music from a nearby venue, where there seemed to be a party until 4 am in the morning.

the staff was super die fly and helpful. The rooms are clean with a modern and large bathroom. The two daily complementary water bottles and in room espresso was a nice touch. The elevator from the turn of the Century was wonderful to see and use.

it is close to a nice bar that plays live music every night. The windows seem to be triple-paned but you can still hear the bar. We used ear plugs. The living area is very small. I tripped over my suitcase and landed in the bathroom at one point.

Attractive and contemporary hotel with well appointed room and great, modern bathroom. Well located for Syntagma Square metro station. Numerous excellent bars and restaurants within immediate vicinity, easy access to main attractions in the city.

Great central location; unfortunately that means there is quite a bit of noise but this has to be expected for such a busy and vibrant city (that never sleeps!).

Great locations, the room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful from the moment we booked the room and hours after we checked out. Arranged our transfers from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. Due to a later flight, we were also allowed to leave our luggage in the lobby so we could enjoy Athens a bit more. Breakfast was also exceptional. Lemon pancakes were to die for, and eggs benedict were amazing!

Excellent place to stay , right in the middle of Syntagma , lots of bars and shops nearby but room well insulated , said to be 20 mins walk from the Acropolis. Lovely helpful staff at reception , sorted out a problem for me very promptly , thank you !! Room was quiet and had speedy wifi , very comfy bed. Room has both a coffee machine and a kettle - really useful. There is a restaurant affiliated to the hotel next door which serves breakfast. All in all an excellent stay

Nothing to dislike

The interior design of this hotel was EXCELLENT and so, so cute! Fantastic interior, beautifully and creatively redesigned and restored, with plenty of electrical outlets, a nicely stocked fridge, a rainfall shower head plenty high for a tall (6'5") man, plus great water pressure on the hand-held nozzle for rinsing shampoo, nice toiletry products, bathroom was very clean. We actually stayed there twice in two different rooms and each was quiet, spacious and comfortable. Both rooms had a chair to sit in and a tabletop to apply makeup. I loved the 1920s elevator that had been restored and there was even a rooftop patio to enjoy. It looked like the top floor had a couple rooms with direct access to their own private portion of the roof. The gal at the front desk was very kind and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
