The location of the hotel is perfect, close to some great restaurants, shopping and accessible to main tourist sites. The staff were very helpful and friendly and advised of an excellent restaurant for dinner and arranged for a transfer to the airport without fuss. The rooms were lovely, clean and spacious.

Unfortunately the room was above the street and it was extremely noisy until about 3am, even the earplugs didn't help. It is such a pity as the hotel itself is really lovely. In saying this, our friend's room was on the side and they didn't hear the noise. I strongly suggest management need to look at this issue.

Excellent room: beautiful, big and modern. The hotel is centrally located, so you can walk to all the main landmarks. The staff was very helpful and agreed to keep our luggage on the last day while we enjoyed the city one last time.

The problem with such a good location is noise. The neighbourhood is very noisy and the sound isolation of the rooms is quite bad. I did not only hear the music from outside but even people going into the next room. They would beneficiate a lot by improving the sound isolation.

The front desk staff were very friendly. They made the accomodations that we asked for. The location in relation to Athens is fantastic. It’s just a moments walk to any popular attraction being in the city center. The room we stayed in was big and roomy. Very clean and the bathroom shower was pretty cool.

The elevator is very tiny but that didn’t matter to us since we were on the second floor, we just walked the stairs. Just a warning for those who are used to roomy elevators. It is across the street from a very popular bar and bars surrounding it. On weekends that bar don’t close until 4-430am. The bar does play loud music and therefore loud people. So if you want somewhere quiet for sleep I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed staying 4 nights in this cool, quite apartment. The main bed is very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The location was fantastic. We were able to walk to all the sights we wanted to see & didn’t need to use the metro. Lots of lovely restaurants in the area and a supermarket close by.

Very small lift fits two people or one person & one suitcase. After a long day of sightseeing we squeezed into the lift as walking up 4 levals was hard work!

The location is excellent, close to everywhere, a perfect view of the Acropolis, the hotel and the room are clean

It would have been nice if the room had a coffee machine and not just a kettle. We stayed one night- We arrived at the hotel relatively late, we asked for a late check-in only an extra hour because of the flight. And the girl who was at the counter replied in the negative. It is true that they do not have to respond positively to the request - the general feeling is that she did not make an effort to help. Overall, the hotel is very good, but I've already been to better ones in Athens with better value for the price.

The property location is great! In the middle of it all. Cafés right across, next door. Staff is friendly, place is clean, rooms are spacious and comfortable. There are 3 hop-on bus locations within 7 mins walking distance, and a lot of good restaurants nearby.

For some reason, only 1 roll of toilet paper is provided per room… makes for interesting situations. The cafés being across the street means music and nightlife until 2:30 am, make sure you are okay sleeping through that (we had no issue).

In general this hotel is perfect. Comfortable new rooms with awesome design. Located in heart of Athens city center. Right downstairs you have a lot of famous restaurants, bars and shopping street. 5 mins walk to Syntagma station, 5 minutes wal to Monasteraki square. Very nice design and beautiful rooftop! Must see.

It is noisy in the room at night every day from street restaurants. At least till 1-2 am every day. So can not tell my sleeping was best. Better ask room not facing them. I think there are might be such options. No breakfast also available. Pity - cause terrace is so nice at the rooftop. Would like to have breakfast, coffee or drink there. Amazingly beautiful place.

We had the executive room which was very spacious. We particularly liked the furniture selection and position of those in the room. It's important for us when we travel to be able to have surfaces to place our things on or to hang and the design of the room was just perfect (e.g. long desk, small round table, two smaller round Ottoman seats, the couch). There was also an electric kettle for morning tea. The entire room (including the bathroom) is updated with modern design. The windows are very large and this allows for plenty of light in the room. We loved the kettle to make morning tea. The location was perfect, walking distance to many sites and eateries all around. Staff was very polite and accommodated our needs in the best way possible. Large mugs for coffee and tea were not available despite the availability of an electric kettle in the room. There were only two tiny coffee cups (these are used for traditional Greek/Turkish coffee) but these are not appropriate for a bigger cup of tea or coffee. I did ask for larger mugs but they could not be made available right away. We went and bought some disposable paper cups from the nearest supermarket.

The hotel rooms were really nicely decorated with a view from the balcony of the Acropolis. The location was excellent with many restaurants and shops nearby. The main station was a 10 minute walk.

Make sure the staff know when you are checking out as there was no one at reception when I was leaving at around 5am despite being 24 hours. The doors were locked and I had to force my way out or miss my Uber to the airport. I did wait for a while, called out and sent a text via booking.

Very modern hotel located in Plaka. Close to the main shopping street in the region (Ermou). Very spacious and comfortable room, with all bathroom items, plus a wonderful shower and a very cozy bed! Extra points for the electronic lock, completely eliminating the need to worry about keys! Wonderful view of Acropolis, very attentive staff!

Street was a little bit noisy for a week day (three bars right in front of the hotel)
