both pools are great, clean and comfortable. the stuff is taking care of every detail! very attantive safe guard . polite and serviable stuff around the pool.. for beach was less nice. the guy for towels was acting as if we own him something :( breakfas was very poor... our room was looking to the entrance side.. so it was very noisy.. buses with tourists coming and leaving.. better to take the side which is lookings over the pools. very nice reception service, in general, hotel is nice but old , meme if it is renovated.

Hotel manager offered a free dinner to us upon our arrival, and the dinner itself are quite nice which is our biggest surprise. Thanks again to the hotel manager. Breakfast is also good with enough variety. Our room is comfortable with good view. The staff are very nice and polite. It's a nice hotel.

The free dinner was nice in general, but services are not ok after the waiter realised it's free, we are often ignored compare to other tables, it's a shame for such decent restaurant from nice hotel. We knew there is only one pool(indoor) opened during our stay, but what we didn't know is it is unheated. So basically it's no use. Our room is comfortable with nice view, yet, sound insulation is something hotel can improve. We can clearly hear noise not only from neighbours next and above us, but also from street with loud motorcycle roaring engine.

Very nice hotel at the best location in Athens Riviera, big pools and has a private beach also. Staff very helpful and especially Christina at the concierge

They were extremely accommodating. I’d been staying in Athens for a month and had an online class/presentation to deliver on Saturday afternoon. So I wanted to go someplace along the coastline early Friday to prepare for the talk, get in a clear space… which means that I would want to really be in the hotel more than 24 hours. They were so kind. I got a great rate online and the booking online app upgraded me because it was off-season. My Room was an executive on the right side looking at the beach. I had a partial Seaview but was really full enough from the writing desk. Everybody was so kind and of course I gave them more money by purchasing food et cetera. I had a Service dog with me and they were so accommodating. They brought us a dog bed treats and bowls. It was really a wonderful experience and I did a very good job on my talk, and I think that feeling really pampered, and in a wonderful place, made the difference for me. Thank you to all the staff and especially to Kostos at the front desk, and Sotira on the reservations line who assured me of their policy for service dogs and also gave me the late checkout. This was a big deal to me because as a digital nomad, sometimes I go places where I pay for one night stay, and I find it really atrocious how often they don’t let you check in until after 3 pm and make you leave at 10 or 11 am the next day so you’re really are paying for much less than 24 hours. It was really nice to go to the five star resort, get a good rate, and be given the best treatment and actually be allowed to stay beyond the 24 hours. I understand this is not going be possible for during high season. But when you have a hotel that is basically empty~ why not do something nice like this because that would make me recommend their hotel to many people and consider coming back to this place again. Because of my talk, I didn’t get a chance to check out the Spa and the pool, but the view was excellent and the boardwalk was beautiful.

I liked my stay in Divani Apollon Palace as my priority was sea vacation and hotel is by the sea and have a beach which has a dedicated area for hotel guests. Room was big with balcony , bathroom. Reception was very helpful on calling taxi, explaining shuttle service to center and allowing me to do late checkout without extra cost (and I was lucky that the following guest was not arriving the same date). Also there are nice restaurants/ fish tavernas

Breakfast time was ending at 10:30 am which is fine, but sometimes it created hustle for other hotel guests or sometimes not able to have 2nd cup of coffee because service has been stopped . Hotel is a bit far from city centre but able to offer shuttle during the day. Shuttle service may also include one return from city centers

The rooms were very clean with all the necessary amenities Our two rooms had a great view of the sea, the pools as well as the buildings The staff was very helpful in every way- we couldn’t find a taxi to come back to the hotel after the Andrea Bocelli concert, so we called the hotel and they sent us one right away The pools are nice especially the salty one which makes you float- nice and different experience The beach is easily accessible and private with a nice service The restaurants are nice with delicious food especially the snack bar and the breakfast buffet

The room doors stay open if you don’t pull well so you have to make sure to pull it well to close otherwise they stay open- not safe if you are not being careful

Staff at beach and other hotel facilities (restaurants-bars-pool) too slow and not well supervised. Breakfast area gets too crowded (which is probably typical for large hotels)

Hotel is beautiful, and right on the beach. There are two big pools, one saltwater, one chlorine. The free breakfast was out of this world. We had to take a taxi anywhere we wanted to go, the hotel is located in a more of a secluded part of the island, there is no shopping anywhere in the area, Glyfada is the closest town where there is shopping, and a lot of it.

Can’t say enough about the Divani Apollon. Very pleasant staff, very clean facilities, pleasant environment! Shout out to Vasili and the front desk manager at registration. Sotiria, reservations manager went above and beyond to accommodate us! Definitely recommend this hotel!! The staff at the Anemos restaurant, including the manager and servers were always pleasant

The room was great. The location is good; not far from airport. The views and nearby areas are nice. The services were efficient. The staff from doorman, front desk, restaurant, concierge to the managers were helpful and welcoming. The breakfast had lot of choices . The staff made our stay luxurious and special. Thanks to front desk/concierge including Vivían, Ranya, Christos and the manager.
