Breakfast was more than adequate and a nice variety of items. It was also close to the metro station.

I was disappointed that it did not have a restaurant.

Location is fine, not far from city centre, Breakfast was fine too , has better options as compared to other hotels breakfast buffet. Staff was nice .

The hotel pickup service from the airport was confusing. I booked for the airport shuttle but it didn’t show up, i confirmed shuttle service booking with the hotel via booking.com messages but then hotel later e-mailed me for re-confirmation of my booking, which i unfortunately missed to read and reply cause i was travelling and so my booking for airport shuttle apparently got canceled. That was disappointing, as the distance from the airport to hotel is quite far. It was little frustrating to enter a new country with this kind of start.

Right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to all important attractions. Ibis standard - clean, good breakfast, customer oriented personnel. On top of it you get a parking lot in Athens 😂.

Piece of advice: should you go by car, set navigation to where the parking is: Filoxenou 10, Athina 11636, right hand. https://maps.app.goo.gl/dWaCn6WJa1nvYRys9 Leave the car there in front of the left red door and then go around the building by the left side to the reception to get access (card) to parking.

The hotel is fantastic for the price. The people at the reception are always smiling and eager to help you. The rooms are clean. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, which is a big plus. The bathroom is clean and big. The room we were in was quite decent for two people. The breakfast is fantastic. The hotel's location is not in the city center, but a 15-minute walk to the Acropolis Museum, which is in the city center, was not a problem for us. The hotel has an underground parking garage for which you pay 10 euros daily. The garage is located behind the hotel and you have 2 elevators. Enough space in the elevator as well as parking spaces. This is a big plus because parking in Athens is hard to find.

I have nothing negative to add.

Friendly staff (especially during breakfasts), good value for money, spacious room and bathroom, great water pressure in the shower, well working AC in room, clean room with minibar, complimentary water bottles every day, great housekeeping.

Not really a four stars hotel, but more like 3 or 3.5 stars. Not a big fan of the location: it's in front of a main road in and out of the city center. Ideal if you have a car, less ideal if you're on foot. Then there is the car noise which reached our hotel room unfortunately. Also, the hotel has no real gym: it's a few dumbbells and a treadmill and bike in a tiny room. The breakfast was average for an Ibis Styles hotel: no real variety, but a very basic contintental breakfast with much of the same every day. Apparently there is a rooftop area, but this was closed during our stay.

Clean comfortable room. Air conditioning, openable window. Nice shower etc Tea/coffee making facilities and a small fridge. Comfortable beds.Friendly staff, easy to communicate in English. Daily housekeeping if you want it. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Great variety of food, good quality and well laid out. Refreshed regularly by friendly helpful busy staff doing a really good job. Metro a short walk away and plenty of shops around including a large well stocked supermarket close by. Quiet despite being on an extremely busy road. Luggage storage before check-in and after checkout, if they have room.

One member of staff was a bit unhelpful, even a little rude on some occasions. He obviously doesn't enjoy his job. It's not an easy one dealing with people all day from different countries speaking different languages but one person can spoil the otherwise good reputation of the staff. Whatever difficulties we are all experiencing personally and globally visitors expect a friendly professional service.

Outstanding value for money! Extremely clean room, excellent amenities, very pleasant staff, not too far away from the city center. The parking was very convenient.

It's a bit difficult to get to it if you are coming in with a car, as there is no way to stop right at the front. You need to drive a couple of blocks down and then circle back from the back of the hotel. But once you know how to do it, it's not an issue driving to it and the parking is very well organized.

Excellent buffet breakfast. Ibis Styles is in a residential area and unfortunately lacks a variety of restaurants. Our concierge recommended 1 family owned restaurant which was nearby and had good food. Consequently we ate there on both our nights. Was shocked by the amount graffiti in parts of the central city of Athens. This didn't apply to the area around Ibis Styles which felt more family friendly and residential buildings that were cared for.

the reception staff was very welcoming. the room size was good and comfortable. very clean,not only the room,evrywhere. they have an undreground parking in a cost of only 10 euro per day. breakfast was very good, although they could have been added a cup of good coffee (from the real coffee machine) per guest.

i'll be happy if ,in the breakfast,i would get a real good coffee, from a real good coffee machine. the hotel is located 30 min walk (prox.) from the center.we like it this way.

The location of the hotel is great, you can reach the Acropolis by foot in 20 minutes. The room is quite spacious and bright. The hotel has underground parking and it has direct connection to the hotel lobby, even though the access to the parking is made from another street.

The room was clean, but the towels seemed old. One of them had some marks on it. There is no drop-off area in front of the hotel so if you travel by car, make sure you get instructed in advance about the access in the parking. The windows do not filter the noise properly, it can get noisy, since the hotel is located on a main road, close to an intersection.
