Good location with easy access to taxis, metro and buses to the center. There is a big comfortable lounge area where you can relax or work, and a nice cafe near the reception area. Very nice view from our room and the roof top bar, you can see the whole of Athens.

This has nothing to do with the hotel but the area is very very noisy. Just mentioning if someone wants somewhere quiet. The only thing is that the cafe/restaurant's coffee and snacks are overpriced (for example one cappuccino costs 7 euros, I don't think it is justifiable). Also, check-in took us an extremely long time.

Above all, the positive and good things were: -The location of the hotel was good -The cleaning -The breakfast -Easy to find Taxi (Uber) -Luxurious lobby that smelled very good all the time -Easy to find in the hotel Overall, everything was very good.

Some negative things that didn't affect the trip too much but that might be worth mentioning are: -At check-in we had to pay a local tax that you apparently pay in Athens of €50 which was not mentioned anywhere when you booked the hotel. -It took quite a long time to check in, you should be able to improve that / or have machines where you can do your own check-in. -There is no electrical outlet in the bathroom. -The minibar sometimes cooled well and sometimes not at all. - We wanted to get a room preferably with a nice view, just as preferably higher up in the hotel. But we got our room almost at the bottom against a facade / wall even though we know there were free rooms that we could have got higher up. -Check-out is very early if you compare other hotels in the world.

Breakfast was ok ( eggs, only tomatoes and cucumbers , a few types of bread and cheese, etc. don’t expect good capochino ); note- they don’t have too many options for vegan people The hotel is clean Pretty big rooms considering it is in the city . A few bus lines run from the hotel to the city and to the stadium. Keep in mind most of them do not turn on air conditioning even in the summer time … The staff in the hotel is nice and polite and agreed to allow late check out with no extra charge . There are a few good restaurants around the hotel. One just across the street The name is Spitiko Fagito, home style dishes , very good food and cheap. The are open Mon~Fri from noon to 17;00 . Pay attention to the design and decoration inside . Added some photos …. Another really good restaurant , but more expensive, is a 1 min from the Anafiotika metro station . It’s calls Joann’s restaurant. Check the reviews in trip advisors and you won’t be disappointed! The dishes are big , and can be shared. Very good verity of options, including for veggies . There is also a big supermarket 5 mins away from the hotel When we stayed there before the Codeplay show, the hotel was fully booked and yet you didn’t feel it was too crowded . They were very organized to the fact that lots of people come to the concert

1) The pool area is small and has limited business hours , not to mention that the hotel charges for a bed around the pool, and they only have something like 10 beds. It’s 10 Euro for a bed for 4 hours. Either 10:00 to 14:00 or 14:00 to 19;00. This was very unexpected !!!! To get a bed you need to reserve in advance at least the day before or stay in the queue in the entrance , at least 15 mins before it opens! 2) The blue line of the metro is 10 mins walking distance from the hotel but in summer time even in early June , 10 mins are like 30 mins,,,, You need to keep in mind the blue line does not get to the Olyimpic stadium and u need to switch to the green line if u plan to get to the olyimpic stadium for a show. 3) it’s pretty far from the main squares by foot ;

I stayed here 8 years ago, too. The location of the hotel is perfect; just between Panormou and Ampellokipoi metro stations and it takes only afew stops to get to Sytagma and Monastraki. It is a safe place. The hotel is very clean. Compared to my previous stay, it looks much more cleaner as it has ben renewed. Nice. The personnel are all very kind and helpful. The continental breakfast is satisfying. There were one sort of white cheese which was something "like" feta and one type of very thin sliced fresh stager cheese. Both were okay. There were two types of olives, kalamata and green olives, which were nice. I did not get any deli meat products for personal choices. Fruits were nice, fresh and clean. Just (frankly and friendly) saying; the "nice" continental breakfast might even be upgraded into a much satisfying level by just a little effort. For instance, adding some greenstuff (that is characteristic to the Mediterranean) to the open buffet like bundles of peppergrass, rocket salad, parsley and etc might work. Comparing to my previous stay, I can say that cheese, olive and deli meat product choices were reduced. There was only turkey jambon apart from ham, loukániko, sausage and etc made of pork. During my previous visit, I remember there were many choices of deli meat products of lamb&beef, different sorts of cheese and many types of olives.

The rooms are modern and well-appointed and comfortable. The staff however are very welcoming, hospitable and helpful. They are gracious, greet you with a smile and are very responsive to questions or concerns. It's close to the Metro, so easy access to and from the airport or historic centre of Athens.

The buffet is good, and the staff hustle to keep it stocked and tables cleared. I note that the guests' behaviour was quite disappointing - perhaps it was just a bunch of bus tours that were rushing.

The bed was really comfortable.

The metro was a long walk with suitcases at least 20 mins. We were bitterly disappointed, as this hotel was booked for 2 x nights months and months ago through booking.com to align with a booking the cruise line had made for 2 x extra nights. The cruise line changed their booking to another hotel. Both myself and Booking.com requested a goodwill cancellation over 3 x months ago, but your hotel declined our repeated requests. Where was the goodwill customer service and exception to the rule, President Hotel???? Come on President Hotel!!! I could understand 1 or 2 weeks not wanting to cancel, but three months b4hand … that is a joke!!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL

I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel during my visit to the city, and overall, my experience was quite delightful. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with tastefully decorated rooms that provide a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The staff members were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. The location is also fantastic, conveniently situated near popular attractions and public transportation.

One aspect that fell short of my expectations was the breakfast served at the hotel. Unfortunately, the breakfast options were quite disappointing. The selection was limited, and the quality of the food did not meet my expectations. The dishes lacked flavor and variety, and some items appeared to be poorly prepared. It was a bit disheartening, as I had looked forward to starting my day with a satisfying meal.

Reception and bar staff were friendly and able to assist when required. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast had a good selection. We only ate the Restaurant 21 for one night, a simple menu but the food was very enjoyable and the views are fantastic. Location is a bit out of the city, but public transport connections mean you are not far from where you may need to go.

Was surprised to find out the sun loungers required an additional €10 to hire even for residents. They also didn't permit beach/ pool towels to be taken off site.

The room was nice and had a nice bathroom and a desk. The balcony is super small, but at least you can open the door for fresh air. The beds were comfy and the shower was really nice. We could have used an extra electrical outlet, but we worked around it. Breakfast was amazing -- really over the top -- great variety, great selection of anything you could want and amazing fruits, sweets, pastries, etc. And juices, selection of coffees, teas, etc. We really enjoyed it each and every day. The pool is just plain awesome. We really enjoyed it. We were so busy seeing relatives, touring and seeing Athens, I wish we would have spent a bit more time at the pool. We also enjoyed the poolside restaurant -- great drinks and cocktails and we even ate there and enjoyed the food in the restaurant.

We really enjoyed everything -- the downstairs lobby area and lounge were great, too.

the hotel and the location were excellent we had stay at your hotel in 2003 so we we’re familiar with the property ,for your information if you want to know ,your staff at the concierge ,the restaurants,the pool and the bar/restaurant at the roof top we’re great and the most outstanding person was a porter Mr Nick he was amazing helping us with our suitcases call the taxis for us even tell us the best attraction to visit and all ways with a smile ,great person to have at the hotel ,but your cleaning staff for our room #318 were terrible,in our 3 nihgts stay in the hotel they only clean our room once after i complaint to concierge and I have to go downstairs at 11:40 pm when we got back from our outing to ask for toilet paper and bath towels ..I honestly think you should look I. to that ,other wise great place to stay in Athens ,regards ,Helen kostopoulos.
