Hotel brand

Some communal areas and carpets by lifts could use a clean and in general hotel could use a refurbishment. Also located a distance from central Athens so reliant on taxis as nothing in hotel vicinity. Not enough sunbeds and chairs around pool area, so very crowded. Cost of drinks and food expensive.

I love the room, clean and very relaxing ambience. Bed was comfortable.

Front desk staff are not friendly. I feel awkward to ask them anything. Restaurant staff for breakfast are nicer and accomodating and also the housekeeping.

First of all I would like to thank Panos the front office staff, no words can describe how helpful and kind he is! He helped us a lot and made our trip much easier. Also Christos at the reception who helped us to change our room in just a few minutes when we complained about one of the room’s windows that was not locking properly. The park view room is beautiful it also has a Mountain View behind the park which made it a wonderful view! The location of the hotel was amazing and central, few minutes by taxi to most of the main attractions.

The breakfast was ok but it could be better by adding some more international dishes.

Location is ok. Victoria station is 7mins walk away & you can take a metro to Acropolis. The buffet breakfast selection is amazing.

There isn’t any restaurant around this area, but food at the hotel restaurant is amazing. Walking in front towards Victoria Station feels safe. We were trying to look for laundry place and walk on some backstreet at the back of the hotel and saw many drug addicts high on drugs at 9am. I was totally shocked. Nothing to do with hotel. But just beware if you stay downtown there could be some bad spots.

The staff was fabulous. The Breakfast too. I was very comfortable in my room. All in all an excellent experience. I chose it because it was close to a park. To my surprise also the station of the on and off bus is very close. The view of Acropolis is nice there too although a bit far. The restaurant food is delicious, just do not expect typical Greek food this is more chef food.

The pool is a bit small. I wanted to swim yet it was crowded. The rest was absolutely great.

The room was clean and air conditioning worked really fine. It was very hot in Athens during our stay and it was good to have good working AC. They had good buffet breakfast as well. Staff were very nice.

They did not have enough international converters so we had a hard time charging our phones. We were there 4 days and everyday, I would check if a guest returned one but no luck. Though, the buffet was good and had a variety of options, I hope that they change some options at least every some days. Also, hope they had rice.

With such established group there are hardly anything that you won't like. Clean and beautiful room, helpful and polite staff. luscious spread of buffet breakfast everything was top notch. The location is central and accessible by bus or train. Just 2 stops away from the city center Monastriaki Square. They also have a good restaurant with the Acropolis view. Definitely recommend the property.

The room we got was overlooking the city. Therefore sometimes at night there was this slight noise of the vehicles passing by. This could be an issue for someone who is little sensitive to noise specially while sleeping at night.

Fantastic reception staff who exceeded expectations. Hotel is well maintained and clean, room was lovely, comfortable bed and lovely bathroom with great products. the Nespresso machine was a nice touch! Location was fine and we walked to all the places we wanted to visit with no difficulty. Good restaurants within easy walking distance with the one in the park opposite becoming a favourite. The icing on the cake is the rooftop restaurant. What an incredible view! Again the staff were superb as was our meal. Don’t miss it!

The staff was excellent, facilities, the view from the room and comfort level was above average. Close to public transportation, taxi was always available. You wont be disappointed.

The hotel was more off touristic center than I expected which is my fault. Whole building, rooms, facilities were bit tired, needs to a facelift. Other than that, it was a delightful stay for us.
