Staff are very nice, food was great, spa center is excellent. Room is clean.

During the night the room temperature were too high. I thing that is not healthy to sleep in warm room. Because the heating system is central, I thing it is important for good night sleep that the temperature is not over 20 degrees

The room was big and clean. The staff is very polite. The location is perfect. It's on 3 minutes walking to the beach and it is close to the center too. The breakfast and dinner were really great and tasty. The massages are good and not expensive. We'll come back still this summer. It is a great hotel!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the hotel.Great location, close to the beach and town centre.The staff was very friendly and helpful,both reception and restaurant alike.Great variety of food for breakfast and dinner,you can get lunch there too,very reasonable prices.Kids enjoyed swimming pool and playground.We had a great holiday, hope to come back again.Big thank you to all the staff,they made us feel very welcome,especially Anna at the reception.Thanks for your help with transfers and PCR test.greatly appreciated.😀👍

We were on the first floor and view wasn't a city view as described,it was overlooking the hotel right across the road and their rubbish bins in front of our balcony.Get see view if available,or ask for Upper floors.Balcony was tiny,just enough for 2 people, and there were 4 of us.But we still had a great holiday.

The staff, especially at the restaurant was very welcoming and friendly. The food was good, there was plenty to choose from. The room was cleaned daily. Overall the place looks well taken care of, the sitting areas inside and outside are very cosy. The location is also very good, a few minutes walk to the beach.

The sink in the bathroom is terrible. It is flat and the drainage does not work well. The inside pool and the gym are relatively small.

This was my second stay at the hotel. The previous one was 6 years ago. Everything stays perfect, the staff is very nice and helping. The breakfast was delicious and with a lot of variations. The room was with very nice view. The room was clean and the additional bed for the kids (3 and 5 yo) was very comfortable for them.

The mattress was very hard and not very comfortable. The only issue that bothered us was a problem with the fire alarm at 3 a.m. which was resolved longer than it should be and it disrupted our sleep.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cosmopolitan Hotel, great location with beach view. All the spaces very clean. Staff very kind and friendly, always smiling and very professional. Thank you for everything!

The breakfast and dinner been served according 4* hotel, quality, selection and variety. Service at SPA also very proffesional. Staff very polite, and hospitable starting from reception desk up to the cleaning. Highly recommended

We just observed that glass quantity of Metaxa served at lobby bar first day was almost double than second day for the same price.

The room was spacious, clean and cozy. When we arrived at the reception to check in, we were offered cool beverages which was awsome! The staff at the reception was really helpful and kind, they answered all our requests. We had BBC dinner by the pool and there was piano night! The breakfast was excellent and rich. I would totally recommend the hotel!

The air condition was set to 23°C and we had to call the reception to change the temperature. It would be nice if we could just adjust the temperature as needed.

Very comfortable and convinient. Staff was very helpfull and nice, they really tried to acomodate our every need.

SPA facilites were average. It would be nice for the pool to be open before 10 in the morning.

The hotel is great. Modern ,clean,new and well organized. The staff is exceptionaly friendly and professional. They made sure all our requirements are met. The food was very good. It is located just a few minutes walk to the beach and various beach bars. It's a little outside the town, in a quiet surrounding.

There is always room for improvement, but really everything was great.
