Very friendly and helpful staff. The Hotel is directly above a supermarket where you can get what you need for day trips. Also the fridge in the room is filled with Water, lemonade and some sweets and it is free of charge.

The pillows where to hard and too big for me. I didn't ask for an other one, maybe there are softer pillows available. The walls are not good isolated so you can hear the neighbors very clear. That was a little bit disturbing for us.

A great stay in the center of the city. The staff was extremely attentive and the room was spotless. We were allowed to check in before the hotel's check-in time. There are disposable slippers in the room. There was also a personalized toothbrush and toothpaste. There was a sewing kit. Excellent service. I advise :)

Parking is not available. It was a bit of a problem for us.

Hotel located at the center of city. Near to 7/24 markets, restaurants, bars and cafes. People were so sincere. Room was very clean, has perfect sea/port view from balcony. Inside of the room decoration is simply beautiful. You can find small fridge, slipper, toothbrush etc. for you. If I visit Chios again, this Hotel will be our first option.

It's as advertised. A minute walk from the promenade, in center Chios. Clean rooms, great staff. The owner is friendly and willing to help with anything. If you can, get a room with balcony, worth the price difference.

The owners are great people. They do their best for you to enjoy your stay all the time. Breakfast provided by the hotel is better than served at surrounding cafes. The facility is in great location, so you can just walk downtown and reach shops and restaurants. The building is both traditional Aegean and modern. I will stay here on my following visits to Chios.

The drivers who work at the taxi station just in front of the hotel speak loudly and make noise day and night.

The facility was in a safe location. It was within walking distance to the market, historical places and restaurants. Our room at the facility was very clean and cute. Also the hotel staff (I think his name is Nikos) was helpful and friendly. Hope we meet again :)

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. It is very centrally located and close to all the shops and restaurants. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is so helpful and friendly. We had dinners at the restaurants recommended by the hotel staff and very satisfied with our dining experience.

Everything was perfect 👍 Staff was so nice to us, they are cute and friendly. Location is really good and we didn’t need any car. I strongly recommend this for all. We will definitely come again soon. Thank you so much for everything 🧡

Beautiful property, newly renovated rooms, staff were welcoming, air conditioning worked well. Room was very comfortable, with a cute balcony area. Clean and good size room.

No elevator, but this is usual in old city hotels.
