The hotel is really nice, very beautiful small "houses", nicely located just outside the city, very clean, very friendly, we had a fantastic stay, great kitchen (for lunch or dinner), just a really good boutique hotel.

The one thing that I would say is the breakfast: just boring, plastic stuff that you could find in every mediocre hotel. It is particularly weird given the very good kitchen that the hotel had (we had dinner and lunch there). It needs a serious revamp! More local stuff, FRECH ORANGE JUICE from Chios oranges (for G shake!). Better fewer and better quality stuff, than lots of things that are just mediocre. For example: the bread was amazing and fresh every day, and the croissants were as plastic as it can get. You don't need to give croissants if you do not know how to make them. Give a koulouri, give something local, something nice! Hope that helps!

The property is a jewel from the architectural point of view -- it is also very well maintained. Excellent and quiet location, with beautiful swimming pool. Ample rooms, with comfortable terraces. The restaurant offers elegant upscale quality food -- also the breakfast was of satisfying quality. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The bathrooms could profit from an update, and the same counts for the beds. At times, it seems as if the hotel lacks proper managment (i.e. who is taking the lead). Though the location is good for reaching Chios town, the road is not particularly pleasant -- here the city of Chios could invest in some upscale (for this, the hotel obviously is not to blame).

The room and the bathroom were spacious. The matress was good enough. The breakfast had a lot of options. There was a free parking space for all. The heater was working great and even during December the room was hot enough. The hot water in the bathroom was available all day long.

The door of the room had a window,so the room couldn't be dark enough to sleep late at the morning. The curtains were a little bit dirty and old.

Grecian Castle is close to the airport and Chios Town. It was easy to access by car with parking behind the hotel. The room was comfortable, spacious, well equipped, and clean. My room was on the front facing the busy street and with a sea view. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a huge variety of cooked and cold foods.

Because of my room's location on the street, it wasn't enjoyable to sit on the terrace, and it was noisy in the evening until quite late. I didn't want to sit on the terrace or open the windows because of the traffic. I didn't open the drapery as pedestrians could see inside. I found it difficult to see the narrow drive to the parking. On my 4th time passing by, I finally found it on the south side of the building behind a pole.

Breakfast was very good, including a variety of different options. the breakfast started from 07:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and included some of my favorite dishes. our room was located on the yellow building (Pyrgi Villa if I remember correctly.) it had a nice balcony which you could see the sea from, and it had a descent sized bed. the location was very nice! because it was only a 15 minute walk distance from the port, which has all the interesting cafes, bars, and restaurants of Chios city, and it was far away enough to give the calming seaside experience. it also offered free parking space, which I could park my rental car in.

There was nothing particular that I didn't like about this hotel according to the price, the only downside was that in our last day, the electricity was shot down from the morning up to the time we had to checkout. I really do not know if this is a regular thing or not.

Rooms were very dated so quiet a surprise after walking through the property - however was comfortable Pool was out of order which whilst I appreciate it was out of season wasn’t aware of this when I booked

Good breakfast. The rooms were quite nice, with a desk for working or whatever. The beds were comfortable.

I needed to check out quite early, so the reception was manned by the night shift. Our rooms were pre-paid but we had had drinks put on our room. The receptionist insisted that we pay for the rooms as well. We spent a fair amount of time arguing until the receptionist finally found a paper which said the balance was zero.....

The location, very nice pool, lovely building and spacious room. The food and drinks were excellent! Breakfast had good options. Staff was helpful at front desk.

There were events hosted at the hotel in the evening, which we did not know about in advance, therefore it was a little bit noisy, as our room was close by. However they stopped the music at around 10pm. There was only one key card, so as a family, 2 keys would be easier.

A great hotel and a warm welcome. Very well placed for the Airport and the main town. Great breakfast and we were also provided with an excellent breakfast box as we had a very early departure from the port to Lesvos. Would definitely stay here again particularly because of the nice attitude and friendliness of the staff

The bathroom could benefit from a bit of updating. Toilet did not flush well. Door to Appartment 522 not very secure and vulnerable as at the very back of the property.

The staff is amazing. They are warm and look for solutions before the customer comes with a request.

Having stayed there off-season, I believe maintainance work is still in plan, to bring the facilities to a perfect state.
