Welcome from owner. Clean and big rooms and bed condition is good to sleep. There is air condition cooling down the room temperature.(However it should be cleaned to perform better.) Got the free coffee for me and my wife. (Probably I wrote that the room is noisy through booking.com messanger.

My room number 4 was loud to sleep during the night. Due to the location of hotel was closed to load, I could hear the every car sould on the load. I am quite ok with this. But sensitive people like my wife was not pleasent. (We solved the issued by playing white noise and sleeping music by Youtube.) And Room No 4 was very hard to catch the internet. We had to stay closed to door or windows. (I amd quite sure other rooms are fine with internet. Room 4 was 1st floor corner from main building.)

The staff are ammmazing. I have never experienced such supportive and thoughtful staff in any other place that I've been. No matter what you need, they will find a solution for you. The room was very clean and they have been cleaning it everyday which is very nice. The location is basically perfect; it's very close to Kavos (which is a very awesome place with lots of restaurants and bars and clubs etc.) and there are a lot of beaches within 5-10 minutes of driving. The pool has the perfect size (this could be a matter of taste) and the water was clean and not contaminated by too much chlorine or other chemicals.

The hosts are wonderful - very friendly and caring. Really nice outdoor pool suitable both for children and grown-ups. Lots of comfortable sunbeds with sunshades. You can order food and drinks at their snack bar just next to the pool, which is really cool. The room was very clean. The nearest beach is just a 5 min walk from the property.

This location is most suitable when you have a car or any other vehicle. Otherwise you have to take a taxi to get to Kavos in order to access bars, restaurants and grocery stores. The taxi will cost 10 eur one way

Beautiful family run accommodation. Very nice and spotless clean studio. Great to have a fully equipped kitchenette to prepare your own breakfast or simple dinner if you wish to. Nice balcony with pool view. Comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful owners as well as other staff (Eva, the manager). Cozy pool area with a pleasant pool too. It is located between Lefkimmi and Kavos which makes it a more quiet location (which we liked!) perfect to explore the area.

The mattress of the additional sofa bed was poor. Ok for a young kid but not for a teenager or adult

We booked a trip to Corfu last minute (a week before travelling!) and found Nikos Villas. From the moment we arrived our hosts Debbie and Niko were incredible - so helpful and friendly! Debbie booked our cruises for us (highly recommend the sunset Blue Lagoon cruise) and ordered taxis into Kavos as the property is a 40 minute walk into the town in 30+ C heat. As a side note, the taxi is €8 each way so have cash on you for this! The room was exceptionally clean, all staff we met so friendly and the pool is great too! It is a lovely, quiet accommodation out of the busy centre and has everything you need for a week holiday. Thank you so much Debbie and Niko for our enjoyable stay cannot recommend this accommodation enough 😁

Good quiet location away from the busy town of Kavos, clean rooms equipped with air conditioning. The owners were very kind and helpful. They arranged a rental car and boat trips for us. They gave us tips on nice places in the area. Overall we felt comfortable there. Accommotation is good for families with children.

Far away from beach.

Very cosy atmosphere and a lot of space in the pool area - overall a great place pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom could be improved. It is a bit far away from supermarkets and restaurants without a car - but it is possible to rent one close by.

Six English guys visiting Kavos for four nights, stayed in one quadruple room and one double room at Nikos Villas. The hosts - Nikos, his wife and son - were so nice and friendly and we got on like a house on fire. Both Nikos and his wife were on site and on hand at all times to help with anything we needed. The rooms were clean and tidy and the food was great and never took too long. Nikos keeps a fully stocked bar which we drank from every day and he looked after us with some complimentary drinks too. The pool was large, clean and well maintained. The walk to the main strip only takes 20 minutes, and if that is too long for you, Nikos was happy to arrange taxis. Nikos even arranged a private minibus to take us to the airport at the end of our stay which was very kind of him. Overall, a great stay with lovely hosts and we will be back! - Pizza Boy :)

We stayed there four nights. The hotel is very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff (they suggested us the best beaches, restaurants, they even lent us a beach umbrella and we saw that they give customers a free ride to the local port). Lovely swimming pool. Located conveniently a few kilometers outside the noisy town of Kavos. Easy parking. There were very few other customers and the few youngsters around were sleeping most of the day after partying somewhere else during the night, so basically we had almost all the hotel for us. The room was large, with confortable beds, reasonably new furniture (except bathroom) and a pleasant balcony looking on the pool. Overall, the hotel was in a perfect state of repair, with nice lawn and flowers too.

The hotel sits just next to a busy road, so during the night scooters and motorbikes sometimes pester the stillness of the countryside. Luckily, closing all the windows of the room you will cut out the noise. The bathroom should be refurbished (e.g. the door was difficult to close, the shower had no curtains, the shelf was not well fixed); anyway for a few days of summer holiday it was OK. Breakfast menu is limited, it would be nice to have a wider choice, with also yogurt with honey and nuts and fruit salad.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was really nice, spacious and clean. The food was really good, the staff was very friendly, checking in and out was easy and the coffee in the morning was delicious. The pool area was clean with plenty of loungers. Great value for money. I highly recommend Niko Villas.
