It is very nice hotel for a family stay. The family that runs the hotel is very nice, helpful and always smiles. The rooms are clean, cleaning service comes every day and they even change bed sheets every four days. Although the furniture is old and rather used, everything what you need is in the room: a fridge, a cooking stove, pots, electric kettle. Beds are comfortable to sleep. The bathroom is ok with towels often changed, and soap and shower gels. Air conditioning works perfectly. WiFi works perfectly (our daughter had online classes, and we worked sometimes online and it was ok). The fridge works perfectly and we even had freezer in it so we had frozendrings all day when we were on the beach. Swimming pool is clean and the area around the pool is always kept clean. We stayed in annex part not studios part so we had to cross the street to the bar and pool but the street is not busy and distance is tiny so it was not a problem. The hotel is in quiet area but it is walking distance to Kavos centre which is energetic, busy and full of bars, restaurants and other attractions and there is a nice beach there. The hotel arranges all kinds of tours (Paxos, Corfu town, Sivota, blue caves etc..) for the same prices as anywhere else and sometimes they have even better prices. They also offer transportation to the meeting points if it is necessary. But the best thing there is the food. The mama cooks homemade Greek food much better than in tourists restaurant and it is not expensive. During two weeks we tried delicious musaka, souvlaki, chicken gyros with tzatziki sauce, sofrito, pastisada and many others. The portions were big enough even for a big man as my husband is. They will also help you to rent a car for reasonable price or offer transportation to and from the airport. . There is a small market on the ground floor of the buliding, where you can buy everything. I would recommend to choose the hotel as a holiday destination because it is worth its price.

The rooms have thin walls so if you have noisy neighbours it is difficult to sleep at night. The area (garden) around the annex part should be cleaned more often as some uncivilized tourists throw a lot of litters through the windows. Breakfast is rather continental so for eastern or northern tourists who are used to big breakfasts it can be not enough, but for others it should be fine. The beach belonging to the hotel was under construction.

Beautiful complex and pool all well maintained and room cleaned every day. Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Food was amazing especially the traditional greek dishes. Private beach a minute from apartment was lovely. Will definitely return.

A little far from town but only a ten minute walk really but we were offered lifts from the lovely Alex and other family even back from the town. Couldn't thank them enough . Truly kind and lovely people .

The pool is amazing. Bedrooms are remodeled and they have a good balcony. Staff is great! Always ready to help and fix any problem. The waiter is super nice, the receptionist helped us with boat trips etc. everybody polite and friendly!

The bathroom definitely. When you take shower become a pool. Super small and there’s only a plastic curtain. Our neighbors were super noisy and hit the doors late night and all night. Kavos is a party place for who have between 16 until 24yo max. If you have more than this I would recommend to stay in Old Town. There’s nothing interesting to see or do in Kavos with that age. I felt displaced.

Excellent staff, they really put in the effort to make you feel welcome and they go out of their way to help you, they help with reliable rentals, trips and other things that are also offered by other places that I don’t trust so that is a big big plus! Place is great with a pool, pool service and some of the best food I’ve had in all of Corfu. There is a private beach with free beds and there are amazing Greek nights with entertainment and fun activities.

Me and my friends were received in the most amazing way. I have never stayed anywhere where the staff were so amazing, friendly, and had such good attention to detail. The check in was so smooth and fast and we received additional information about places to explore. The girl at the reception was so accommodating and was able to fit us in for another night unexpectedly within minutes! The room is spacious and very clean with all the amenities you might need. The barman is a true asset to the business and is the nicest guy ever. The drinks were so delicious and such good value! The food is brilliant and delicious! Overall the whole experience has been nothing but delightful and my only regret is not booking it for longer and having to leave so soon! Definitely looking forward to coming back next year for a longer stay. To note also the pool area is amazing with many chairs to relax and a great pool to swim in. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for that personal touch!

The place is very nice, you've got what you need, bar, restaurant, swimming pool, the beach just one minute away and rooms equipped in everything necessary. The swimming pool looked amazing and the restaurant - I tried food there too and was super tasty. The place is clean and I felt comfortable.

The location is great - close to the city center. The accommodation was clean and we had everything we needed in one place. The best part of this stay were the people working there! The staff were incredibly friendly and always at our disposal. Their hospitality and kindness made our stay a memorable one and because of it we want to come back to Sandy Beach soon. A huge thank you to Giannis and George, it wouldn't have been the same without them! :)

- room and the facality is cleaned every day - staff is nice and helpfull - for a 2/3* apartments is a very nice - we got a free room upgrade - good value for money

- wifi is a bit shaky - wall between rooms are bit think, so you can hear your neighbors here and there

The rooms are on the other side of the beach road, 50 meters to walk to the sea. There is bar and pool and very nice sun beds. parking is in front of the annex, in 3 minutes you can drive to Kavos to a market and use the kitchen in the room. internet is good for working

We had a great time at Sandy Beach thanks to the amazing staff and facilities ! The location is great - by the sea, not far from the Kavos strip and a pool, bar, restaurant and shop can all be found on site. The food and drinks on offer are amazing and they organise a really fun Greek night on Fridays. We had the best time ever and can't wait to come back !
