everything about the apartments was great. The communication before our stay, help at the end of our stay. The room was spotless, fantastic shower and facilities in the room. The size of the room was also really impressive. Breakfast had more than enough options to start your day and at a good time too. Nothing was too much trouble for the team if you needed anything. Close to the beach and several bars and tavernas. Thanks to Angie and the team for a great visit.

Comfy and relaxing room with very strong airconditioning system and a very nice pool. The parking space was excellent as it was a main concern. An overall nice experience. The hosts replied instantly to any of our requests.

the internet connection was terrible. I had to remote work few days and I couldn't as the internet connection was so bad. Eventually I had to declare myself unavailable to work and take the days off because of the bad internet connection. I didn't share this with the host as maybe there was a technical issue, but I had no time to deal with it. I was just expecting decent internet speed.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks and it was fantastic! We had a large, modern room with direct access to the pool. The housekeeping took great care to prepar the room every day. The location is ideal as you can get to the beach very quickly. Diagonally opposite is the "Mitsos", a great taverna that offers free sunbeds with umbrellas on the beach and where you can get good food and delicious cocktails. Chania is also not far away. This little town is not to be missed, it's beautiful! Special thanks to Eva, who was always very friendly and always had an open ear for us (and we had many questions :-)). Great breakfast and perfect location. Angela was a perfect host enabling us to check in a couple of hours early and more than willing to provide any assistance we needed. Read that some people complained about the noise level however we had no such problems in our suite (Athena Suite) probably because we were situated on the ground floor facing away from the road.

We stayed at Eva's place Everything was perfect and amazing Large and spacious suite, jacuzzi, large balcony The suite is very elegant, pleasantly designed with modern accessories such as a smart system, an espresso machine Everything is new and clean, room service was excellent, we received an answer to all our requests, Breakfast was amazing with special and delicious foods with personal service On the roof terrace of the building overlooking the entire beautiful landscape, it is a very special experience to have breakfast on the roof terrace, The atmosphere in the hotel of a small number of suites gives a feeling of privacy and intimacy, Ava was kind and pleasant and immediately responds to all requests We were very pleased and had a great time, Of course we will come back to stay again Thank you Eva

Great rooms and great value for money. Breakfast is good. Rooms are nice and cleaning was great and thorough.

Could be a common toilet as we had to check out at 11am and had a flight at 10pm we didn't have batroom or toilet for 10 hours.

XSuites is a new hotel in a fantastic location, right across from the beach. If you're considering a room here, everything is excellent - well-maintained, clean, and the service is perfect. The lady at the reception is very helpful and extremely friendly. It's the best room we've had out of the five hotels we've stayed at in Agia Marina.

The newly refurbished property is modern, and up to date. Eva went above and beyond to look after us during our stay. The property was clean and smelt wonderful everyday. The room was huge, and looked just like it does on the website. The Jacuzzi bath and separate shower are amazing. Breakfast on the roof terrace was wonderful with a great selection of food and a glorious view of the sea. The area is lively and there are plenty of shops and amazing restaurants. We will definitely be rebooking xSuites in the near future. See you soon!

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Great location, 100 m directly from the beach. Well mannered staff, with an extraordinary communication skills. No request was too much, offered transfer from the Airport and on the way back. Eva real credit to the company knowledgeable, polite and professional! Great Maids Service !

The facilities were new, clean, and every little detail was thought through, we had an amazing stay and loved it. The privacy was beyond anything we've experienced, and yet, if you needed something, it was close by. Kudos to Eva for hosting us and being helpful and accessible throughout our stay. 10/10 for sure!
