Very nice hotel, outside of Ioannina. Nice view, very close to enter the city. On the other side, there are nice places to walk. Probably need to drive there. Very good breakfast, lots of options. Nice view from the tarrace and the breakfast area

The parking is limited to 4 cars, others park in the street. We had a corner room, better shades in the room, would be better. The spa is a bit expensive about 15 euro per person for an hour

The breakfast was terrific smorgasbord with lovely indoor and outdoor setting with a view. The location was particularly nice with open views of hills and surrounds. The pool was large and well designed to accommodate kids as well as adults who want to swim.

The fridge was not connected upon entry, nor was there complimentary bottle/s of water, but then again we were not informed about the wonderful quality of the tap water. There was a kettle but only no complimentary coffee, coffee or milk. There are about 4 deep steps on the path to the pool and this needs a handrail for people with disabilities or small children.

The whole hotel was very clean. The swimming pool was amazing, it was huge. They were in the process of adding a seating area to the pool area. There were only a couple of occupied rooms, so the massive array of items at breakfast was a surprise. There aren't many restaurants nearby, but we ate in the one the hotel recommended and it was very good.

The shower had water jets at various levels, and I managed to get water all over the floor, I'm sure it would be fine once you knew how to use it. There was only one pillow each, and they were far too big for me, so I slept on a folded up towel, which wasn't very comfortable.

The location was very good, quite place with a very nice panoramic view of the lake. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to leave quite early in the morning even before breakfast started, so we asked if it was possible to have breakfast earlier. The staff were very polite and responded immediately to our request. The breakfast was amazing, there was a wide variety of food and drinks. We will definitely come again!

The only disadvantage was that there were about 4-5 parking spaces in front of the hotel and that’s why we had to stop on the sidewalks in front, but there are enough spaces there, too

This Resort was exceptional. The owner was a lovely lady, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast we had was the best we have had up till now. It had everything you can think of. There was an ubundance of food. I couldn't fault this Hotel. Our room was lovely and beds were comfortable. It is located a little out of Ioannina so it was so peaceful especially the view which looked over the lake. An impeccably clean and lovely hotel with a great staff. A bit problematic was noise, live rock concerts from across the lake travelled too easily to the hotel and were not the best music! Not something that the overly diligent and conscientious owners can do much about. The breakfast was over the top like being greeted by a bakery every morning. Fantastic!

The hotel is a bit out of the town and it is better to have a car. The back part of the hotel faces the street, so I suppose those rooms might be a bit noisy. We stayed at the loft (1 beedroom + one living room with 2 single beds) and the elevator stops at the previous floor. There were a few stares and we didn't mind at all but I'm mentioning this for people that might have a problem with that.

Everything was fantastic, especially the staff working in the hotel. George and the other ladies working throughout our stay were so friendly and accommodating, and made us feel so welcome! Thank you so much for the amazing room upgrade too! The lake view room was spacious and comfortable, with the most fantastic views over the lake. We also visited the spa room which was a great way to relax upon arrival, we had the room to ourselves for one hour and really enjoyed the peace and quiet, it was lovely! Thanks again!

Fantastic selection of food at breakfast. I had to suspend my intermittent fasting routine because of the breakfast. I can't heap enough praise on the staff. They gave us 5-star treatment. The hosts and hostesses went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were very comfortable. The restaurant at the far end of the road by the lake played a big part in making sure we enjoyed our stay. We got free rides to and from the restaurant. We are still talking about their mouth-watering beef-steak. I will definitely be returning alone or with family and friends during winter periods, as I have a feeling that's the best time to visit that area. This hotel offered me better in price and comfort compared with the "5-star" hotel (Epirus Palace Hotel), I travelled from.

A bigger spa and a bigger pool, with a steam room will be fantastic. Apart from those, I have no complaints.

The location is wonderful - front line view to the lake. It is 7-10 minutes drive to Ioannina center, so you'll need a car, but there are a few restaurants in walking distance. We booked a room with a lake view and really enjoyed seating in the balcony. The breakfast is rich with coffee, orange juice, breads, several pies, vegetables, cakes, bacon and eggs. The spa is a room with a small heated pool with jets and a sauna, which is booked in advance for an hour.

The jacuzzi is heated to 33-34 degrees, which was not hot enough to our liking.
