We cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. Beautiful view overlooking the lake and town below it. Immaculate updated rooms with nice linens. The grounds are beautiful with fruit trees and flowers. The staff was wonderful! From warm friendly conversation to directions and suggestions for where to eat and what to see. Ares, the owner was a delight at breakfast as was Lana for all our needs. The prepared breakfast was a homemade local feast! Delicious and incredible variety. They could not have done more to make us feel welcome. If we are ever in this area again we will return here!

Absolutely loved everything about the property! Loved the unique setting, it’s rustic feel, the decor and above all the customer service - it was beyond exceptional! Their breakfast consists of all homemade food, without hesitation one of the best breakfast we’ve ever had! We visit Ioannina twice a year and we have stayed in many nice places but now that we discovered this gem simply all others pale in comparison- so this will be the place to go from now on!

There’s absolutely nothing to not like! Simply keep in mind you have to walk down a bit to get to it - but nothing in a sense that would prevent anyone from going.

Great hotel!!! The view from it is spectacular, the rooms are exceptionally clean, the breakfast is very varied and even special requests regarding food were always answered. The service was exceptional and was reflected in the fact that we ordered and got a delicious and decorated cake for my wife's birthday. Since the mid-90s I have visited Greece almost every year. I stayed in many hotels that I really enjoyed. Mir Boutique Hotel is by far the best hotel I have visited in Greece. If I could I would rate it as 11 out of 10. We will definitely be back!!!

Evrything was great' we loved the hotel

The view was beautiful, both sunrise and sunset. We caught morning mists as well, and watched them burn off. The breakfast was the best we've had at any hotel in the last 10 years. Outstanding. The room was comfortable and the wifi speed was suitable for working, as 3/4 had to work for a period during our stay. Walking distance to amazing restaurants with excellent views, food and service.

The lighting was a bit dark in the bathroom.

We loved the view and the breakfast. We especially loved the staff who worked there who ensured that we had a good time. The owner had a full knowledge of the area and gave us some very good suggestions.

If you are a solo female and did not pack lightly, the stairs might create some problems. There are no elevators so if you are traveling with a disabled person or a very senior person, this might cause some issues.

Our recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The owners created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, the homemade breakfasts were deliciously diverse each day, the accommodations were quiet, and we enjoyed a breathtaking view of the lake and Ioannina. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

The view from the hotel overlooking the lake was magnificent. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were polite and helpful.

It was dar from the town and three times more than what it says on the hotel information. Additional hooks should be in the bathroom plus a cup for toothbrush and toothpaste. Finally, too many steps without a lift from the parking area to the rooms.

Absolutely devine. Stayed with the kids ages 7 11 and 13. The rooms were spotless. View of the city breathtaking. the Cherry on top is breakfast. Everything is fresh and hand made and so tasty. Great communication with the staff. Thank you Aris and Svetlana that made our stay unforgettable.

I would only add if possible a rack to hang wet clothes outside on the porch

Breakfast is by far one of the biggest highlights of the stay!! Traditional homemade delicacies made of Alkisti, the sweetest lady that runs the place! Attention to details, she remembers all our individual requests and the speed and efficiency of the service was something exceptional! Mostly impressed!

There is nothing I would change

This location had the most incredible views of the lake and city! Everything felt very luxurious especially the beds - we didn't want to get up! Every morning we were greeted with a smile and an amazing breakfast. There was so much food - many homemade, local specialties lovingly made by the chef and host. It was delicious! We felt very spoiled here.
