The hotel is very beautiful and the location is great

The air conditioner was a little bit low and it was a little bit hot at night. The veriaty of the food wasn't that great for a 5 star hotel. Also the the issue with the beach that only rows 4,3 are available for the hotel guests without extra charge is kinda annoying.

Very nice hotel in Faliraki city center. Great territory with sandy beach, green areas and 3 pools. All is either new or kept well in a good condition - from sunbeds outside to furniture in the room. Exceptionally polite and warm staff of the hotel - housekeepers, receptionists, baristas, waitresses - all of them! We stayed here with 1 year old - baby cot was in the room and child seats ready for us in all of the restaurants. At our arrival day there was a basket of fruits with a welcome note left in the room for us. All small details (e.g. morning coffee with a heart symbol, greetings for a birthday, etc) made our stay here nice and cosy. By the way - food quality and variety of choice was exeptional! Would definitely recommend this hotel for everyone and would be very happy if I get to visit it again. Best wishes to all of you! <3

food was good but for 5 star hotel should be more choice and for 6 days almost no seafood for this kind of hotel and location I think should have more food choices.

Although our stay was all inclusive, the quality of food and drinks were very good compared to other all inclusive hotels in the region. The hotel was very calm, we really liked the location and the distance to the beach. One good thing is that there is not any animation during the day, almost no noise around. Thee hotela was not very crowded which would not make you anxious to find umbrellas and decks around the pool. In many hotels after the check-out at 11am, the customers would not be allowed to use the facility. Here this was the contrary, we were able to use the restaurant, bars until our taxi time in the afternoon.

Although we heard that there were many rooms refurnished recently, the one in which we stay seem to be in need of renovation. Especially the bathroom and the beds need some renewal. The quality of the food during the lunch was good but there may be more selections.

We were upgraded on arrival which was a lovely surprise! Breakfast spread was exceptional and on one of the mornings, they had two musicians playing instrumental covers which was nice.

Great staff. Very close to the beach. Very well maintained and clean facility. Employees at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. But the best is the low density of guests. It didn't feel crowded in the restaurant or around the pool.

This is not about the hotel itself. The culture of using towels to occupy beach chairs is horrible. Most of the times half of the chairs were empty. People were gone for most of the day but left towels on the chairs so that they could come back to enjoy 1 hour of sunbath late afternoon. It happened to us that we took two empty chairs without towels or whatsoever. After settling down a lady in the chair behind asked us to leave because the chairs were "theirs". Of course it made no sense and we didn't comply. They complained to the hotel employee at the beach (the guy with a "Beach Boy" shirt). He handled it professionally and didn't support their claim.

The food was great, as were the facilities. Beautiful sandy beach immediately next to it. Pools were great as well, and there was plenty of space for everyone (at least at the beginning of July :-) ). Evening entertainment was also interesting and pleasant. Most importantly, all service + reception staff went out of their way to make us (and everyone else) feel welcome and well looked after.

Very minor things: There were some details in the bathroom such as leftover stains in the shower and sink (perhaps lack of frequent thorough cleaning?). Only one night we found a few cockroaches in the bathroom floor, which most likely crawled out of the drain (to be fair, this is perhaps a difficult problem to tackle, and it depends on how much you are affected by the sight of these insects). The gym was a little rusty, but nevertheless served its purpose. All of these issues were more than made up for by the staff, in general.

We liked our stay very much! The hotel is not perfect, it is a bit outdated and pictures reflect it well, but met our expectations. Our check-in was smooth at late evening and because of missed dinner we got a card to use for lunch instead of dinner. We booked Double room with side sea view and Half Board. The room was on the ground floor opposite the main pool and Taverna. First night we arrived near Taverna is place for evening performances and load music was heard. Actually it disturbed us only the first night, next nights tried to enjoy:) The room was spacious with double wide bed and 2 separate chair-beds for kids the bathroom had bath and shower separately. The furniture is not so modern or new but in good condition and cover the needs. The beds were convenient. Also we had terrace with 2 sun-beds, table and 2 chairs. Via terrace we could easily go to the main pool, if someone stayed in the room. The choise of food for breakfasts and dinner was good. I liked very much massage in the hotel’s spa, one of the best, really recommend! The location of Faliraki and the hotel was good. We had a rented car and the hotel has many parking places and all interesting places are reached within 30 minutes. To the south it is 1,5 h. The beach is sandy, we enjoyed it very much. Within 15-20 minutes are nice bays for snorkeling (Oasis beach with nice beach bar and Anthony Quinn Bay).

The bathroom could be cleaned more properly. The reception could notify about load music near the room we got.

An absolute must in Rhodes, one of the best places I've ever been to (not a ferocious traveller but been to enough places). Although fully booked, the place had a quiet and chill atmosphere, very spacious and extremely comfortable. Less than 100 meters from my room to the beach, 10 meters room to pool. Very nice pools and fabulous rooms (superior double). Breakfast was rich and tasty. Dinner buffet was also very nice, had dinner there twice (stayed on a b&b basis). Bar was also very nice, right on the pool. Didn't have wifi in my room due to some technical issues, moved me to another room, higher class, almost immediately. Will for sure get back there soon.

Minor issues only, but can't leave only positive feedback :) Beach\pool towels are located in the spa area, too far from the beach or the pool... that's annoying and unnecessary. Night entertainment was bad. Had some decent musicians play nasty elevator-music covers for 70' classics, ridiculous. Guess they think the guests are savages. Should have made the trio play some actual classical music, my guess is the guests would've appreciate it 10 times better.

The hotel is superb. Situated on the beach, close to the Faliraki high street, yet far away from the noise. All the amenities are in very good condition and our kids loved the swimming pools (there are at least 5, excluding the private ones). The staff was nice and helpful, we got a lovely room with sea view and as a nice touch we got a bottle of champagne and a cake for my wife's birthday. Everything is clean an well maintained. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

One thing that can be improved at this hotel is the food and beverages. The breakfast items can definitely be better ( the omelet, the greek yougurt, cereals etc.) they can all be of better quality. The coffee at the breakfast need to be ordered at waiters which sounds good in theory but it may come late, come cold or they may forget to bring it. As well, at the swimming pool bar, the regular juice is of the lower quality and you pay random amounts (2 to 4 euros), luckly you can get freshly made fruit juice for 3.8 euro.
