Very good and substantial breakfast ❤️ Cleaning on the rooms everyday. Very friendly staff . Perfect location close to the beach and shops.

After changing hotels from afandou , after a terrible first night , to falaraki premier ,we were greeted by the wonderfully lovely Irene. She was extremely helpful , friendly, nothing was too much for her . She made our stay a much better experience To be honest all the staff were lovely and helpful but she went above and beyond. Would highly recommend this hotel, was on the main strip of bars and restaurants which were lively at night but music quietened down around 2am. The beach was a 5 minute walk from the hotel down the same strip.

My stay at Faliraki Premium Hotel was absolutely great. Nice modern rooms, good breakfast, staff were nice and very helpful, especially Irena.

Everything, we arrived before check in time, so expected to have to wait a few hours, but luckily there was a room available. We travelled over from Turkey for our anniversary, we told the guy on reception this, then when we returned to our room there was a complimentary bottle of prosecco :) The room was lovely and clean, bright and comfy. Massive balcony. The shower not having a door, so the whole bathroom got soaked, but wasn't a major issue. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Staff we're great :)

the staff met all our requests and were very friendly, giving us good advice. breakfast was varied, with sweet and savory. The location is excellent, right in the center of Faliraki and a few steps from the beach. the room was clean and of adequate size, the beds were very comfortable.

It can happen that you hear very loud music coming from the place opposite until late at night. for us this was not a problem, but we were there in low season

I like everything offered by the hotel. First off all, the hotel locates at the heart of Faliraki. It is 100 meters far from AB Food market and 150 meters far from RHODES Downtown Bus station. Breakfast is amazing..As a globetrotter; I have had a few hotel that offers such quality breakfast.. I like the staff, decoration and the hospitality so much.

Cleanliness and convenience for beach and centre. Good choice of basic buffet breakfast (hot and cold items), regularly refreshed during their generous breakfast hours. Coffee tasted like hot water but found good alternative in cafe across the road. Good shower and plenty hot water (although mindful of need to conserve water on islands such as Rhodes).

Walls are a little thin but with the air con on, which was necessary in September, the background noise disappeared.

Friendly staff, able to answer questions. Good size rooms and balcony. Clean rooms and bathroom. Very close to the beach. Mini fridge in room was very handy

Would like more juice options for breakfast. The whole bathroom got wet when showering, especially the toilet as nothing to stop the water splashing outside the shower area. More channels on the TV would be nice.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming; the room was very clean and nice (we had a terrace with a view on the main road); the hotel seems to be quite new as there was still some construction happening in front of it (setting up their food court); breakfast was okay, nothing special

Since the hotel is located on one of the busiest streets in Faliraki, between restaurants and bars, the noise at night was unbearable. The music started to play around 9-10pm and this went on until midnight and sometimes until 1-2am. It was not possible to sleep so if you are planning to enjoy some good night rest - I do not recommend staying here. If you want to be in the center of all bars and restaurants and you do not mind the noise, go for it.

There was absoluttly perfect service! Our income to accomodation was really fine. We came from AirPort before midnight and man on the reception was very polite and helpfull. Both men on the reception day/night man were perfect. K have to also mean Mrs Irena .She made us also our stay very very perfect due her Service. Thank you!
