Perfect location right by the beach. Anna is a wonderful host, so welcoming and kind. Her food is amazing. Be prepared to have desert after every meal! We really felt looked after during our stay and Anna gave us and great recommendations for things to do and see. We also rented a car and quad bike on some of the days which was great and meant we could explore the island. Our room was great, the beds were super comfy and there is aircon if it gets hot.

The only downside of our holiday is we didn't realise how quiet it would be - turns out the off season starts on the 1st November so almost everything in Faliraki (and most of Rhodes other than the main city) was closed. However, because we stayed with Anna we still had a wonderful time and her dining area had music, company, and even dancing 💃

Anelia Butique is the place that was our second home for 1 week in Faliraki. Anna's kindness, thoughtfulness and fantastic hospitality is indescribable. We had gluten sensitive and vegetarian people in our group, but Anna took care of them every morning. At the end of each breakfast we were also served homemade cakes, including a gluten-free version. We also attended two Greek dinners, both with special attention. We have never received so much attention and kindness anywhere for our various food intolerances. The sea really is a 2 minute walk, we watched the sunrise every morning from the beach. Rooms were cleaned every day, towels changed, we were given shower gel and shampoo when we ran out. On the last day Anna allowed us to leave a little later because our flight didn't leave until the evening. Overall, I can only recommend this accommodation and I am quite sure we will return.

Incredibly cozy and comfortable apartments and friendly staff. Exceeded my expectations. Incredibly nice hosts and staff, especially Anna, who knows how to set the mood. The breakfasts are super tasty and not the same. Everyone will find something to their taste. The room was cleaned every day, towels and bed linen were also changed. Twice a week, parties were held in the courtyard with a traditional menu and barbecue. They taught traditional Greek dance. Very close to the sea. A wonderful beach and clean sea. You will have to pay extra for sunbeds. It was cool that we had our own area around the apartment where we could sit. There are many cafes and several supermarkets nearby. Great location.

This was an amazing place to stay, due to the friendly, helpful and caring hostess, Anna. Her staff of two Sophia's were also great. The beach was only a 2 min walk away, and the restaurants, bars and shops were 5 mins away. The room was spacious, clean, included air con and a safe. Breakfast was delicious. Mostly home cooked Greek specialities, as well as eggs, yoghurt, homemade preserves and fresh fruit. We joined in with a Greek evening with the best ever Moussaka and dancing to follow. We hope to return, as we have never experienced such caring staff on any previous holiday.

The kitchen is really basic with just 2 hobs. A microwave would have been nice.

Wonderful place! It's a good hotel 100m form the beach. All the staff are superfriendly and hospitable. Cleaning everyday, breakfast is fine, once in 3 days they orginize the party with national cuisine. Also you can rent a car in the rental with the same owner. Good cars, we've took citroen c3 and it was totally new with full insurance. The sandy beach is clean with gentle entrance to the sea. It should be noticed that there are two meters of pebbles in the beginning of entrance, but 8 euro shoes solve the problem=) There are a lot of shops, restaurants and bars in the surroudings. The atmosphere in this hotel is like a family, thank you very much for these memories! It's a place where you want to come back some day!

Maybe it would be better to rotate fried egges to omlette in some days to add a little variety to breakfast=)

I will start by offering my gratitude to the entire staff. They are amazing people, who will do everything so you can enjoy your stay. Anna and Melina are lovely ladies, so warm, friendly and funny! Two days a week they organise dancing nights with food and very positive attitude. Beside the hotel, they have also a renting car service with great prices and very good cars! It is better to rent from here than from another place on the island. The breakfast is very good. The beds in the rooms are very comfortable.

This is no place to complain, I would maybe mention the shower curtains being a bit outdated and flooding the bathfloor. But the way you are treated here makes you forget about any complains you might have.

As travelers who have already traveled around the world and met different people, we agreed that you are absolutely wonderful people, kind, extremely helpful and pleasant women who made sure that we had a truly unforgettable holiday. I dare to say that I have never seen such an attitude and love with which you do your work. Unfortunately, you've raised the bar for us and I'm afraid we won't get along anywhere as well as with you! We chose this accommodation mainly because of your reviews and we didn't really understand what it is that you have so many great reviews! And we were suspicious! But 10 out of 10 is really not enough for you! You're great! If you are going to Rhodes, you will definitely not find better accommodation!!! Amazing. I'm sad, thank you so much for everything! You entered our hearts.

Location was perfect, only 1 min walk to the beach. Super close beach with amazing places around. Nice beach bars and restaurants in walkable distance. Room was big and very clean, with a cute little terrace. Bed was so comfortable. Staff and hotel owner are the nicest people. Amazing energy and vibe. Breakfast super delicious, home made and every day something else as a little surprise. Even dinner was just perfect greek cuisine. Can highly recommend this place and will come back for sure.

Cleaned almost too much (towels change almost every day, wouldn’t be necessary) :)

Very friendly and helpful hosts and all the staff. All advises in regards what to visit and where to eat were 10 out of 10. Whatever we asked for was completed within seconds - transfers from and to the airport, car rental, last min lunch/dinner requests. Very reasonable prices in the bar. We were even allowed to stay all day in the room as our flight was late - really grateful for this. Wednesday and Saturday Greek nights where Anna cooks traditional food and shows Greek dances - not to miss! Thank you so much for my Birthday party! Cleanliness 10 out of 10. Location - if you want to avoid the main street noise, but wake up hearing birds singing, enjoy your evenings in a private garden, be just 1min away from the beach, local shops and at the same time only 5 min walk to the nightlife - this place is definitely for you! 10 out of 10!

A bit slow water pressure in the afternoons, but manageable. Everything else was fantastic.
