The location was good with nice views of the sea and surrounding area. The main reason we chose this hotel was the pool. It was superb, good size and covered areas fot keeps away from the sun, when needed. But the best thing about this hotel was the staff, very friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself was dated. My air-con wasn't the best, but my friends had new units in their rooms, so it looks like they are updating. My curtains didn't quite cover my window, which wasn't the best. But it was clean and tidy, and I slept well, so I can't really complain.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The owners and staff could not do enough for you all very welcoming and helpful. The pool was lovely clean and plenty of sunloungers and shade for everyone. Breakfast was basic but Perfect and good cooked fresh to order. Good Aircon and cleaned with fresh towels and bedding every other day.24hr bar and reception and very reasonably priced.Perfect location just a 10/15walk to the centre of faliraki and the beach

The walk back was a little uphill so no good for the less mobile. The beds were comfortable but a little hard for my liking, I'm used to a soft mattress. The water pressure in the shower wasn't so powerful but still enough for a decent shower

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mike and his incredible staff for making our stay at their hotel truly memorable. From the moment you step foot in the hotel, you're welcomed as part of a big, warm family. The staff is not only hardworking but also incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. Every morning, breakfast was a delight, and the 24-hour bar was a perfect touch. The poolside restaurant was a highlight of my stay, with the gyros being something I’ll definitely miss. Great breakfast. Delicious omelets and toast with ham and cheese. Inside the room it was not hot, kind responsive hotel staff. Near the hotel the flowers are all green in the evening the sea breeze blows the road to the sea is normal in my opinion there are no wild climbs uphill.

You need to pay 5 euros per day for air conditioning)but the room was fine and without air conditioning .

Cannot recommend these apartments enough. They are basic which is the norm for Greece. Clean. Cleaners come to your room every day if you want them too. 10 mins walk away from the strip and the beach, and the nightlife. Although the walk back to the apartments is all up hill, so maybe not for people with mobility issues unless you get a taxi. Which I imagine wouldn't be much ( 5 min drive) Staff at the apartments went above and beyond. Very friendly and welcoming. Nothing too much trouble. Food and bar open 24 hours a day. Pool snack/bar open till 3 ISH. May open longer, as the season progresses. We went in the middle of May, ( so early in the season. Food/ Salads were lovely and fresh. Air con payable locally , 5 euros a day. Definitely worth it. 27 degrees +, every day . Would definitely return. . Excellent .

Friendly staff members, quiet location, affordable pricrle

Unfortunately, the bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain / complete glass wall. So, the water would spill everywhere after the shower. Also, I didn’t realise the shampoo and shower gel wouldn’t be included either on the basic rate I paid. Finally, there was not enough pieces of the dark(and thick) curtains to shut the big window/sliding doors, because of which the inside of my room could be seen from the front pathway. There were only two pcs of curtains, which needed at least 3, so one side of the room would be visible from outside during the night when lights are on - making me concerned about the privacy

-The room was ok for the price, everything was clean and very friendly and helpful staff. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel so I cannot assess this aspect. -Location was ok, close to the beach (up and down the hill though) and to the main road, where the bus stop is to go to the main town and other destinations in the East coast of the island.

-Wifi was very, very slow. Sometimes it lost connection. -Thin walls, you can hear everything your neighbours are doing, especially if they talk loud, which is super annoying. -Furnitures are very old, which is ok as the room is only used to sleep at night. However, the mattress was very hard for my back. -No power outlet close to the bed to plug in the cellphone during the night . -The room was very hot. There was a/c but no control remote for it, therefore probably paid separately to get one.

Everything was great. Staff were so friendly and my daughter and I were made to feel very welcome. Rooms cleaned when you wanted. Pool area brilliant, plenty of shaded areas which were perfect for the intense heat! Great location, 6 minute walk to bar street where there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Will definitely be going back.

Great pool , location to beach and restaurants close 10 minute , but away from noise . People running it very nice . Lovely view from balcony of room . Big room clean and comfortable . Excellent value for money . 5 euro to get bag of clothes washed . Sunscreen and toiletries , books available to use . All good

The location was great just 15minutes to the beach and 10minutes to the city center on foot. Rooms were big enough and satisfied. We really liked the view from the room. The staff were very nice and kind. Maybe this might be the best thing related with the hostel. Highly recommended.
