Lovely property with great facilities. They have a very good gym, nice pool and the toilets and shower rooms were fantastic with lovely products. The staff are all wonderful and definitely provide a 5 star service. The food and drinks in the restaurant and bar are amazing! Would definitely return

The bathroom in our room was very dated with a shower over the bath and didn’t feel it matched the beauty of the bedroom. The pillows were far too thick and hard for us so this made the sleep not as comfortable as we would have liked

It was great the first 3 days, then I took another day directly from the Reception, only that for that day the room wasn't the same, it was completely different, I didn't sleep all night because something spewed on me, and the cleanliness was not at the highest level

Room was a good size, breakfast was incredible, dinner was amazing. The staff in reception and restaurant were very friendly and professional.

We did not know you had to pay additional amount to use the spa facilities so was not impressed with this and as a result did not use them.

The room was fantastic. The spa session was so relaxing with a great ambience. The breakfast was good. The pool bar staff are absolutely fantastic. Cudos to Elena and John the manager. They were warm and welcoming and interacted so well with us. Great experience.

The prices at the restaurant and poolside bar, far expensive, even for a hotel bar and restaurant.

It was a stunning hotel every detail had been thought of even the sun beds were luxurious! Staff were so accommodating, always available to help when we missed the shuttle bus a staff member drove us to town Food was amazing, could not find any fault with this accommodation, I’ll definitely be going again

The staff were very lovely and accommodating throughout my stay. The hotel and its views were also very nice. All in all I really enjoyed my stay at De Sol Hotel & Spa. The location was also very good as it wasn't far from Fira centre nor the airport.

Amazing Staff, they couldn’t do enough for us, they are a credit to themselves and there were also great Facilities.

Every aspect was excellent.

Loved how clean and big it was, the rooms were stunning and great views.

The resort is definitely five star, however the service could have been better if there were a few more staff, for example there was one day we didn’t have our room cleaned by housekeeping as it was missed - i called reception saying we’d like it cleaned and told they’d come at five once we were leaving for the evening, came back and it still hadn’t been cleaned. The issue was we had no shower gels and shampoos left in our room for that evening and next morning. I would like to specifically mention how great Yannis was, he always greeted us with a huge smile on his face, was friendly and did great drinks! Great stay!!
