Exceptional location. Right in the heart of Fira! Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Great value for money, clean and reliable. Great communication with the host, and very informative of the local area. I would definitely stay here again.

No luggage storage upon check out, I used a luggage store which cost €3 around the corner which the host informed me about. Basic amenities, half used shower gels upon arrival etc. Shower was small but ok as I was a solo traveller, flooded the bathroom every time and had to ask for more towels, and leaking toilet. But overall minor teething problems and I would definitely return.

Awesome Trip to Santorini. We had the apartment with terrace into the frontyard and did really enjoy it. Stelios was a very friendly and helpful host with many advices to have an amazing vacation. The price for the room was very good and you have everything you need in the apartment. It’s also near the Center of Thira. We recommend to stay in Villa Toula if you want to explore Santorini! Just needed somewhere for the night before we hopped to another island. The property was ideal as it was an easy walk from the bus station and, being just off Main Square, we had all we needed around us. We booked a small double room which was adequate for our needs. Bed was on the firm side but we slept well. We didn’t meet the host until check out but he communicated well beforehand about room number, key, WiFi. The property courtyard is stylish. Very good price.

The bathroom is small. Hard to shower without flooding the floor and soaking the toilet - and we’re well used to Greek bathrooms; for this reason (only) I’d personally think twice about staying again. The air con seemed to be stuck on heating so we managed without. Paintwork seems to be showing wear and tear but I suppose after the season this can be expected; not all guests are respectful of their surroundings. Some noise from music but nothing that stopped us sleeping and it wouldn’t worry me.

The cleaner comes every day and she changes the towels every 3 days. The room has an open-air space with a table and 2 chairs with a rack for wet clothes. The room has got the air conditioning, fridge, TV, hairdryer, private bathroom and another 2 chairs and a table. The furniture is enough to put all dresses for 2 persons. The staff was very kind also to promote and to sell us some Santorini's tours. The location is very close to the central square of Fira.

We liked Stelios the owner, the location. The room was clean and spacious. We stayed in room 15. Aircon was powerful which was needed in 40c. The shower was powerful. My partner received an in-house massage from a 3rd party who arrived at the villa, Stelios was more than supportive. He had a lovely way about him, even after a mix up with the rooms (our fault) again no stress or drama from the manager, just a smile some laughter and a quick room swap as we took the wrong room. He was a gent and made the difference.

Our stay at Villa Toula was very special. Stelios was very accomodating, he responded to our needs promply and made the changes necessary to make our stay as comfortable as needed. The room was spacious and the cleaning was done daily. Stelios was very approachable and he helped us with making an itinerary of the island that suited our preferences. The villa is 5 minutes away from the bus station, all shops and car rentals. You are in the heart of Fira and if you are a party person, then this place is the best choice for you as it has many clubs. Be careful, some clubs ask you for an entrance fee. Check their offers, some clubs offer free drinks with the entrance fee. Our favourite beaches were Kamari, Perissa, Vlychada and the Red Beach. Do not miss the sunset in Oia, it is a true show. I am not going to spoil it :) (take the bus or rent a car when going to see Oia, avoid using ATV's at night time, not all the roads are lit.) You musn't miss visiting the Megalochori town, the Monastery of the Profet Ellias and the church of Saint Nectarie from Pyrgos- the view from the top is spectacular. Go to the Lighthouse in Akrotiri, the photos are amazing. There are many things to do in Santorini and Fira is the best connection with the most visited places on the island. My husband and I loved our evening strolls on the platform of the city, getting lost on the tiny streets and steps, watching sunsets and eating traditional greek food. Enjoy!

The prices are very high, try to make a plan each day so you don't run out of money. :))

The receptionist at the front desk Stelios was the most kind, caring and sweet man ever! We first arrived early and he tried his best to accommodate us checking in early. We then lost our key and he came to rescue us in the middle of the night. Best customer service we had in Greece!! The room is tidy and good for the smaller budget. The location is also great! Very close to everything!

The bathroom is so weird. The shower curtain goes across to enclose the shower AND the toilet bowl... the water is everywhere after you shower. Please put the curved shower rod. And it's a very very tiny shower. Also, please put a full length mirror somewhere.

Stalios was such a fantastic host! He gave us wonderful recommendations and booked trips for us, which made our trip run smoothly. He also went above and beyond to help us get to our ferry on time, as we were running late! The location of the property is central, close to main square and bus stations, but still quiet. The rooms were cleaned daily and had a fridge and clothesline. Would definitely recommend this stay!

Villa Toula was exactly what we were after - good value for money. We weren’t planning on spending too much time there as we were going to be mostly out and about so this was 10/10 for location, nice and tidy room and everything worked great, great comms with the manager via WhatsApp.

I sleep very well so this didn’t bother me, but my partner did say the walls were paper thin and you could hear people coming and going.

Excellent location, lovely hosts who had my room ready early and helped me :) I came from a bad property elsewhere on the island, this was lovely and clean with a comfy bed and very welcoming

The room I stayed in was on the courtyard and people could sit and drink there, only happened one night and only until 12.30 but I can imagine this wouldn’t be great if it was later. Not really a problem, but thought I’d mention it.
