Luggage storage service (before check in and after check out) so we could enjoy the island as much as possible. Hotel is located in a quiet area close to city center and bus station, and it is fully equipped. The thing we loved the most was the attention given by receptionist; she is lovely and always eager to help you with anything you may need.

Shower felt a bit small for us.

The hotel is located only about 10 minutes walk from the really touristy party of Fira. However, as the hotel does not have sunset views it is much, much cheaper than some other hotels in Fira. The room was rather dated, but in an endearing way so it was not a problem. The staff at reception were helpful and the wi-fi worked fine. There was a swimming pool there, though I did not personally use it. To make up for not seeing the sunset, I saw a glorious sunrise from my hotel balcony instead. Aviation enthusiasts will enjoy distant views of landings and take-offs at Santorini Airport.

Thirasia is a wonderful little hotel in a prime location in Fira. It was walkable to lots of shops, restaurants, and sites, to include the gorgreous sunset over the Aegean Sea! The pool was clean and refreshing, and pool towels were provided. The air conditioner in our room worked great and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking simple meals.

The bathroom was really small and there was no shower curtain, so anytime anyone showered the entire bathroom got wet. We had a one bedroom with a living area and only the bedroom had air conditioning. It would have been nice to have an AC unit in the living area as well.

The room at Hotel Thirasia was spacious and incredibly comfortable, situated in a quiet area that ensured a peaceful stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The pool was a highlight—clean and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Without a doubt, I’ll be returning. The hotel is in a great location, with easy walking access to all of Santorini’s main attractions and close to charming shops and restaurants. I was completely satisfied with my stay.

Everything was perfect. The Receptionist was really charming, nice and helpful. They let us to use the pool all day, after the chcek-out we had a night flight so it was really nice from them. We also changed there for a dinner and left our things there. And we pick them up before the flight. Location was good. Room was really nice. Thank you for everything

Just the shower was broken, But what can´t be fixed

Value for money. Because it didn’t face the caldera, the price was very reasonable and it meant the hotel had a decent size swimming pool. Walking into the lobby you are greeted by the friendly amazing young lady. She was always smiling and very helpful. Our room was of average size and the bathroom was tiny but all very clean and comfortable. Great air conditioning! The hotel also has its own carpark which is very handy!

The road can be a bit noisy as it leads to Oia but it wasn’t that bad.

The room was perfectly located, close to bus station and just a few minutes walk to Old Town Fira. The young lady who checked me in was very pleasant and very welcoming. She answered any questions I had and showed me to my room. The room was spacious. Good AC and Wifi. Washroom had good water pressure and lots of hot water. The hotel has a huge pool and pool area that’s very inviting. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable.

I enjoyed everything.

Perfect and clean budget hotel for my brief one night stay. The pool, wifi and aircon were fantastic and the staff allowed me a free swim after checkout. Even though the hotel is on a main road, I was in room 2 and with the windows shut and the aircon on, I could barely hear anything. Beware if you are catching a ferry because the local buses do not run frequently, in fact, you need to be at the bus station at least two hours prior or you will be hit with an expensive taxi ride. Confirm the bus times before you leave as they change daily. Also, it can sometimes take 45mins to drive in or out of the port to/from Fira due to traffic, even though it’s not far away. For this reason I would’ve preferred to fly.

Great location - very close to all amenities in Fira .... About 7 minute walk to bus station giving access to lots of places around the island. Great choice of restaurants and bars etc. Several mini-markets close by. Super helpful friendly staff - family run business. Very quiet and peaceful. Very good facilities - beautiful clean non chlorinated pool, sun loungers, fridge, in room tea / coffee making facilities, comfortable clean bed and clothes drying area. Hot water and good shower. Plenty of fresh air. Air con present but not required in May. Was basic and functional, but very practical and very handy base for stay in Santorini. Excellent value for money.

Communication was easy and helpful. Any questions about bus timetables/routes, recommendations etc were answered in a good way. Walking distance from the central bus stop in Fira from where buses to all other places on Santorini leave and also a short walk to all sightseeing places in Fira but still in a quieter street. 24 hrs reception. Luggage storage possible before/after check-in/check-out. Wifi was working fine. Swimming pool available from 8am to 8pm. Room size was good. This is not a luxury hotel; my rating is based on the value for money which was excellent. Restaurants, mini markets etc are all nearby.

Nothing major to dislike. Just there was no socket next to the beds.
