What truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. They were always available to assist with any request or inquiry I had, offering valuable recommendations on local attractions and arranging transportation when needed. Furthermore, its prime location in Glyfada is another reason why I highly recommend staying at Palace Hotel. It is conveniently situated near beautiful beaches and excellent restaurants - making it an ideal base for exploring all that Glyfada has to offer. There is a bus stop straight beside the hotel for the city sightseeing bus, which was very convenient for me. Also straight in-front the hotel a coffee and light snacks place called Everest which was very convenient for me too

The pool wasn’t heated. It will be much better if the pool was heated. The family room had 4 beds, I would prefer a king bed and 2 small beds.

Staff couldn't be more helpful and pleasant. They looked like they are really happy in their jobs. They genuinely didn't seem to mind what help we asked. They paid attention to detail and gave us what we needed before we asked. Especially Alexandros. We had half board. The food was delicious and plenty. The reception staff were lovely. The restaurant, pool and room cleaners were all very friendly and accommodating. The location of hotel is idea for local beaches or going into Athens. The hotel is abot 5 minutes walk from a tram station. You can get into centre of Athens in about 30minutes. You can get Express bus literally outside yhe hotel gor the airport. Only €5.50 for adult to airport from Glyfada. There is nice walks along the beaches. There is beautiful yachts yhere also. Glyfada is a nice place to too. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough.

Family room could have been a bit bigger but it was ok.our teenagers are like adults.

The hotel was easy to find, bus x96 direct from the airport to bus stop outside the hotel. The staff were really friedly, welcoming and helpful. The pool area was quiet at the time of year we went. Lots of furniture to sit. Not a great place for sunbathing in the mornings but there is a beach across the road and the water was beautiful. Room was adequate had everything we needed and the air conditioning was good. Its a little way from the city but there is a bus stop and a tram stop literally outside. It was a good base to do a sightseeing trip in the city but also have the benefit of being on the coast. We ate at the hotel and the food was good à reasonably priced. Plenty of choice for breakfast also

There didnt seem to be a lot of places immediately nearby to wander to in terms of food and drink however we didn't look that hard. Hotel is on a busy main road and I imagine it could be noisy if that side of the hotel However neither of these things impacted our stay and I would stay again if I came back to athens. There was a public transport strike on one of the days that we stayed and therefore we had to rely on taxis everywhere. This was no fault of the hotels but be mindful if you have a budget for transport and expect to venture into the city daily. Uber was approx 17 euros one way.

Hotel staff is great, very welcoming. It's a small hotel, there are no strict rules for the pool like in some hotels. The pool size is okish. They give tasty mochito at the pool bar. Pizza was not so good. Greek salad was perfect. We booked a family room and both my kids had separate beds and they liked it. The beach is close and water is warm. It's mostly sandy with little rocks sometimes. The beach is public, and there aren't any umbrellas for rent. Some free umbrellas are available, but it's hard to get one as the beach is crowded. There is only one market close to the hotel. If you need anything, you have to take tram and go to center of Glydada. It takes you around 15-20 minutes, the tram station is very close. There are lots of cafes and shops in Glyfada center. Acropolis is also available by tram but it takes you around 1 hour. We took taxi on the way back.

The hotel is an excellent location for beach/pool access. Having access to both really gives you options. The Executive suite for a family of four was great. Having two bathrooms is awesome! Note you have to give a deposit for pool towels of 10 euros, but they give it back once they are returned. Just have cash on you! The breakfast was OK, but within a mile, there is a great bakery! Athens was about a 10-15 min cab ride; cabs are the only thing that could have been more sketchy. prices varied each and every time. But overall, it was a great hotel! The front desk was excellent in checking in and checking out.

Cabs to Athens varied trip to trip. Pool became crowded quickly since it is open to the public for a fee.

Tha breakfast was of good standard-class. Bar with the swimming pool was clean and well located on the way to the beach, just partly outside the hotel The view from he seaside rooms is just great. The rooms airconditioning works fine, Usefull even in april. Flawless WIFI-internet connection.

The tram-connection to the city center of Athens was under construction and will be re-opened later in the summer of 2024.

The facilities and staff at this hotel was great. Wonderful pool area with bar and food service were wonderful and a lovely restaurant area with a great breakfast buffet. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We picked with property for our stay on the way back from Milos as it was half way between the ferry and the airport, so it was perfect for our one night stay. The hotel has a bus stop right outside, so it was super easy to catch the direct bus to the airport. It is located right on a lovely beach that was well-used, but due to just staying there one night we just took a walk down the paved path parallel to the beach after dinner, it did look nice.

Compared to the beautiful common spaces and facilities, the room was a bit out-dated. The room was a bit squishy for our family if 4 with the 2 pullout sofa-chairs for our kids’ beds, but it was totally fine for our one night stay. We couldn’t figure out the air conditioning as it seems to keep turning off before the room really got cool, so that was frustrating through the night.

the hotel is very close to the beach (50 meters ) and has a pool even though if you filter hotels by pool this one doesn’t show. in front of the hotel there is a bus stop x96 which goes directly to the airport and also the hop on hop off bus stops there . There is a supermarket across the street where u can buy water drinks and snacks . The hotel room is ok, nothing fancy but serves its purpose . There is a mini bar in the room that you can use to store water and food . it was not noisy in my room like I read in most comments ( side beach view ) I guess only rooms with street view have this issue.

the bathroom was too small . it’s a nice hotel in a good location but definitely not a 4 stars (3 stars I would say) unless Greece has different standards.

Pool (and bar) area was nice, free beach towels, small balcony with a semi nice view and chairs. Staff was very friendly. It was effortless to extend our stay by one night. They provided us a smaller pillow on request. Hotel was clean.

Location is bit off. There are no markets nearby and no way to buy bus tickets. Tram station is very close though. They charged us the hotel tax second time at checkout although I noticed later that I had already paid it during booking. We asked for wine glasses to our room and got them next day. Fridge doesn't cool drinks and there were no drinks. Roof bar unfortunately wasn't open during our stay. Sofa bed wasn't comfy. Very small room for 3 persons.

We actually got a better room as the one we had reserved were fully booked. The room was really good and clean.

The breakfast was quite poor. Mostly cold things and if something run out they did not always bring new one even when there was breakfast time left. It was difficult to go to swim to ocean as you could not was your feet at hotel when you came back and go to room. Pool area could have more sunbeds.
