Centro has comfortable rooms, offers easy access to the university campus, the university hospital and the centre too. The rooms are pleasantly furnished and every effort to keep them spotless is made. Ms Vassileia is an exceptional hostess, and she and her colleagues made this -work-related- visit extremely pleasant for me and my family on a rather busy and difficult week; we had two rooms and extended our stay with ease too. Bright rooms, air-conditioned but with balconies and terraces available too, good Internet, good access/lock system. ;There were few parking spaces in the basement, but we never had an issue securing one throughout the week. Strongly recommended.

Nothing not to like! Even rooms facing Dodonis' Avenue can get peace and quiet with the windows closed. There is nobody in the hotel after 4 pm, but we never had a problem reaching them, with a mobile being available, and everything running very smoothly anyway!

When I arrived in Ioannina it was very hot and in the room I found the air conditioning on and cool air. Regarding the online check-in process, something did not work and I called the contact phone number and I thank the person I spoke with for the help. After that getting into the building and into the room was very easy. The lake is relatively close, a 10-15 minute walk.

The glass wall facing the hallway it is clear and, if you have a child with you, you can't take a shower.

Breakfast was basic, but very good, staff was nice. Our room was in the attic; exposed beams and all (watch your head...) and was very big. There was a bit of a walk to the center and the lake, but we didn't mind, since we like to walk. That being said- it's something people need to be aware of.

Leck of storage space; for such a large room they could easily fit in a dresser or a shelving unit. There were 4 hangers to hang our cloths... It's OK for one night, but not 4. Also, would recommend street parking, as the entrance to the hotel parking is partly blocked by a light pole.

Very conveniently located; parking space available (although access was hard); very clean and quiet room; modern facilities of good quality (powerful wifi, large screen tv...); most of the staff were nice and efficient; interesting value for money

Small water leak from the shower cabin (nothing too serious though-easily fixable); limited breakfast choice (but of good quality); the odd staff member that could benefit from more training in order to be more flexible when dealing with minor issues ... nothing too serious though....

Great new hotel with friendly staff. Room was clean and one the the quietest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Nice balcony on room, rain shower-head, hot water, comfortable bed. Breakfast was simple, but good and varied options. USB and USB type C charging outlet were nice. Fun decoration/design with play of shapes, colors, and mirrors.

No real complaints. The hotel is a little far to walk to the city center, but I had rented a car (parking was easy on the street behind the hotel and in the city center) and I saw there are bus-stops nearby. The back hotel balcony wasn't set up during my trip; it must be nice in warmer weather.

It seems that they are still in running mode so some of the pastries in breakfast were not heated I guess it will be improved once their kitchen is up and running

The hotel is located in the center of the city, 5 minutes from the Old City. It is a nice small hotel, very clean , with a modern concept. The service of the receptionist is exceptional - warm and friendly. Recomended hotel for traveling the area.

We came at night, and we had to enter by code. It's a little bit confusing.

Brand new facilities, fully digital access to room, clean, secure, and in a good location close to the city center.

Breakfast could be better in terms of adding more hand made recipes and locally produced delicacies. Also, including more options for eggs other than only boiled eggs and more free of charge coffee options other than the standard filter coffee could upgrade the whole breakfast and staying experience to the next level.

Very clean room, nice location, offering underground parking. Staff was extremely polite and helpful and definitely set the mood for a pleasant stay! Breakfast was generous and tasty.

If you own a bigger car, large SUV or big sedan might have an issue getting to the parking.

Very modern and cute little hotel, we stayed at the Loft, it was very nice, clean and quiet (excellent shower too!). The staff are extremely polite and helpful.

Would have liked a bit more variety in the breakfast options, but still things were fresh and tasty. A bit away from the city centre (20mins walk) but there's a bus station closeby.
