Very good price/quality ratio. The stuff is very kind, and nothing was problem. We had an trip to Lefkas with stop in Kalambaka. Unfortunately, we arrived at 2 am, but service was ready and we could go sleep quickly. Next day, after check out, we went on a hike, and we were allowed to still let cars parked at hotel parking lot, despite that there is not so much space. After trip, we needed a shower and stuff let us go to showers and swimming pool. So for us, they were very nice and if we return to Kalambaka, we are clear on where we are staying.

The staff was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpfull. The room and bathroom were clean and the mattresse was firm as I like. The hotel is at walking distance to the train station, holy trinity hiking trail and restaurants. And the swimming pool was definitely a plus !!! Good value for money, I'd definitely come back.

Bathroom equipment could be modernized, everything was fully functional though. Despite the variety of choices for breakfeast, nothing was really to my taste but that comes down to personal preference.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Edelweiss. Our hostess gave us some great info on how to best reach the monestaries and get the most out of our time in Kalampáka/Meteora. The hotel is quite outdated however they did there best to keep it clean. The pool was a welcome adition with the 40 degrees weather.

It was a bit outdated so the rooms didnt have much charm. However we did not come for a fancy stay we came for the beautifull sights and those were plentifull

The receptionist lady Gionna( if i recall the name correctly) was extremely kind, welcoming and really had excellent recommendations for us. Just perfect service with a smile and knowledge, very professional, you feel very warm hospitality. The hotel location was superb, close to dinner and drinks options and to the main landmarks.

Location - good as it is near restaurants and supermarkets. Also has nice viewing facing the mountains Staff - Ms Gina was excellent. She was prompt in replying messages and went beyond the call of duty to assist her (allow us to change room and also helped to call the bus station to check the route).

The location is in the center of Kalabaka. The view from the room on the 4th floor is breathtaking. Having a coffee by the pool with all the huge rocks surrounding you is hilarious. But what makes the hotel really comfortable is the receptionist Anna who was super helpful with every information and clarification i need. She even helped me in how to get to Sarande, Albania from Kalabaka. Believe me it was not an easy exercise to do!!

The wifi in my room was not working during my stay.

super location and we had a room with a view of two of the monasteries. it was nice and warm in the lobby and the room and the water hot, which was good because the temperatures dropped to near freezing at night . on site parking was handy

the room was a bit cramped and the furnishings could do with an upgrade

Super friendly and helpful staff. Good info to visit meteora. Nice swimming pool that is perfect for the summer hot days after visiting Meteora. Cleaning crew entering the room for cleaning daily. Value for money a 10.

The hotel is good, easy to walk from the train station, restaurants are nearby, and you can always order a tour right from the hotel, so the bus will take you right from here (I recommend the sunset tour). Also the room was ok, the view from the window was stunning. There weren't much ppl in July, so it was calm and quiet, and the swimming pool was all yours)
