The staff was really nice, at the beginning they gave us a different room because it was bigger but when we asked for change to the selected one (from photos) and they gave it to us without any problems. We were there only one night, but it was a really comfortable stay. Bathroom is big, and very clean

The view was disappointing a little bit, cuz we have chosen this place mostly because we wanted to have a nice view, and the photo from booking wasn't showing everything. So there were nice views of the mountain but also the view for a really big building in front of us

The view from the balcony is magnificent, actually we booked this hotel only because of the view. We lived in a room 305, which I can recommend everyone, who wants to see the Meteora during the sunrise/sunset. Personnel was really nice and Catharina from the reception desk gave us tipps about visiting Meteora (that was our main purpose). One more pleasent thing: the remotes for a TV and air condition were desinfected and given us at a front desk, which is really nice, because it's great to have a clean remote. Breakfast was also good and for every taste, I woukd say. There's a free parking in the neighbour street and there's an elevator in the building. You can also find a restaurant just near the hotel and other restaurants if you go to the center.

The room was not very big, but it's still good price-perfomance.

The staff seemed willing to do everything for their guests. I was near this hotel and decided to come in and ask about luggage storage (long term) while staying in another town. I guess I looked very bad after traveling for 10 hours to get to this are and although I had my room booked in Hotel Kaikis in a few days only, the receptionist offered me a bottle of water and asked if he can help me with anything even though I was on my way to another hotel. When it was the day of my check in in here I came 2 hrs earlier hoping just to leave my backpack, but the room was being cleaned at that moment and the staff allowed me to check in earlier. As soon as I got to the upper floor the housekeeper ladies held the doors for my room, turned on the lights, fixed the curtains, and quickly left with world’s widest smiles. The breakfast was 8€, it was was nice and fresh, and although it was self-service buffet, the lady who worked there and the receptionist kept coming and asking whether I need my juice refilled or if I want anything else. By the way, the balcony was a very nice spot to watch the sunrise. They provide shampoo, towels, hand soap, glasses. The kettle in the room would have been awesome as well!

It is located in the central street meaning that traffic is always here. There are other hotels around , where people sit in their balconies, smoke, chat, listen to music. I didn’t consider that as I should since I am a light sleeper. But the street went quiet by midnight. I don’t know what made that noise, but during the night some kind of sound kept appearing in the room. It wasn’t the water in the pipes and it wasn’t loud, but it woke me up a couple of times. The pillow was hard and the sheet was too thin for me. Also, the hotel is around 7-10min by walk from the center and relatively far from hiking trails. The floor didn’t look mopped, but maybe because they were rushing to let me in. The bathroom seemed a bit old.

This hotel was EXACTLY what we hoped it would be! We wanted a spectacular view of the rock formations from our room, and that's EXACTLY what we got. We also didn't want to pay a fortune for that room-with-a-view, since we were traveling for two month. They gave us the room that we asked for, and we enjoyed sitting out on the (small) balcony and soaking in the view. The hotel itself is rather dated (which we really like --- it's "vintage," not old). The staff was terrific. The breakfast buffet was more than sufficient. There was plenty of on-street packing nearby for our rental car, and driving around to see the monestaries and natural formations was super easy.

The room was fairly basic and not huge, but we knew that when we booked it. It was a great value for the money, given the view and convenient location.

They staff was excellent, very helpful, kind and offered us a lot of information about the area. The view we had from our room was gorgeous. The location of the Hotel was very convenient because it was at the very start of Kalampaka and right on the main street. And because it wasn't right in the center of Kalampaka, it was quiet. I would choose this Hotel again if I ever revisit, mainly due to the staff.

They told us they open the heating at night and we can adjust it from our room but I didn't feel any heat. There was an air conditioning inside the roon so it was fine. They could have more options available for breakfast.

Location Hotel is located in center of kalambaka. This. Is perfect location for you your tour to Meteora. Views from hotel was amazing as shown in the pictures. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. Hotel is a bit far from the railway station so if you are coming with lots of luggage remember to to take a taxi. Rooms Rooms were bit small compared to our other rooms in Greece. It’s seems the hotel is bit old and we could clearly hear people talking in next room.breakfast was super good. Perhaps the best breakfast during our trip to Greece. Staffs were really helpful. Loved this hotel. The staff are great, really friendly and helpful. The room had an amazing view of Meteora and was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The location is also great, being close to all the restaurants and bars. Oh, forgot breakfast! A really delicious range of fresh and tasty food. Can really recommend this super hotel ❤️

The property was great value.. breakfast in the morning was good.. front desk was awesome , and very helpful on any questions we had regarding restaurants, tours and sites.. The bathrooms were spacious .. read bad reviews on bathrooms, but probably the most spacious shower and tub for Greece standards. Would definitely stay here again.. great value, good bathroom and very friendly staff

The hotel is well located on the main street. Front desk is very friendly and welcoming. I rented a scooter which I parked in front of the hotel without any issue. AC unit was working very well. The terrace was nice in the evening to enjoy except when fumes are reaching you from the parking lot and the large road. There is a bathtub in the bathroom Price wise, it's all fine.

The mini fridge in the room was so noisy I needed to unplug it. I was facing the back mountains not the meteors, so I was facing also a parking lot on my left. Exhaust fumes from buses or trucks were so strong at night I just could not sleep the door opened. Some were riding their scooters without mufflers late at night on the large road. I really recommend the other side if available. Room was a bit small but I was a solo travel so it was fine.

We were given a 3rd floor room with a mountain view, which was spectacular. The staff bent over backwards to be nice and make sure everything was as it should be. Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was good, with some flair in their presentation.

The sink was so small with the shelf over the sink, that you could not brush your teeth or wash your face without getting water all over the floor. The shower was small, but manageable.
