A very quiet place with a lovely host in Connie, it isn't often you get Wifi, a safe, and aircon all included in the price you pay. The swimming pool and area were spotless the sun loungers had parasols that worked as they should, the sunbeds were cushioned. Cleaning lady was lovely, linen was pristine, a big supermarket at the bottom of the road, the beach a stroll at about 6 or 7 minutes away along with scores of cafes, restaurants and bars that makes Kardemena what it is, we don't normally return to the same place time but definitely maybe would here, ps Connie rang us a taxi to the airport last minute, the place the people are Gems.

very good size pool very clean not over-crowded no loud banging music a bonus! spacious room, good shower everything we needed. we liked the large size balcony on the top floor. good location too only 5mins walk to all the shops bars and restaurants. we would like to say a special thank you to our hosts Connie/Manolis who came to our rescue when the airport taxi driver didnt turn up, they kindly drove us to the airport, they both work so hard a very big THANK YOU! xx

Pool was excellent and we had it to ourselves quite oftern, beds comfy, apartment layout adequate for Greece and air conditioning included in price. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom gets a bit swamped after showering. Upstairs balconies not very private but no way around that really. On the whole apartment was cleaned well everyday but somethings not been touched for a while (mirrors, inside kitchen cupboards etc).

I have stayed in many studio apartments in Greek islands over the years so I know what to expect. This is one of the better ones. Spotlessly clean with a nice balcony with washing line overlooking gardens and pools. Shower with a glass side and tray to stand in so floor not flooded. Good fridge and new microwave. Safe and aircon included in price which is very unusual. Large clean pool. Connie great host nothing too much of a problem including accommodating my request to keep a room on as on very late flight home and changing my taxi when flight was meant to be 2 hours late. A couple of mins walk to Louis Supermarket and only a couple of mins more to harbour, shops etc. Paraschos is next to the one way road out of Kardemena but I didnt find it an issue during the night or day. I would definitely return.

As mentioned I have stayed in many studio apartments and really there wasnt anything I didnt like

The host was a wonderful woman, the cleaner was also a very nice person. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool and surroundings are clean and quiet.

Only the mattresses weren't the best, my back hurt a lot after the first night. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell of fungus coming from the bathroom, probably from the water drain.

In general it was as expected. Everything functioned in the room properly. Nice garden, pool and balcony to sit in the evening. Heplful owners.

Beds Were very very hard. As many Others mentioned, water is all over the bathroom when you take a shower, do not try to do anything about it, it will be everywhere anyway, that is why you need flip flops to use the bathroom, and to be able to go There bec. It WILL be wet on the floor. But it is ok.

The owners :), the cat, location, property, pool. It was overall an amazing stay. We were even allowed to check in early, which we really appreciated! The owners are such a lovely and nice couple. We will sure come back and can recommend Paraschos Studios.

Internet connection was kinda poor. Fortunately, we had our own connection from the cellphone, so it was not essential to us.

it was just beautiful i liked that we had an own kitchenette where we could cook ourselves and a balcony where you could sit to eat your breakfast for example. the pool was also very nice and clean and the temperature was also amazing. Also Conny the woman who runs it is so extremely kind she cleaned it everyday and even did our dirty dishes! She is an amazing hostess!:)

there was nothing not to like

Location was great except for road noise. Owner was lovely and very helpful. Pool area great but loads of coaches pass by as main street out of centre.

Traffic noise as mentioned earlier. Apartments met our needs but are a bit dated inside.

Nice and quiet, good value. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. She was a native English speaker, which helps.

The only thing I'd improve is the air conditioning: it's just too loud. The fridge might've been cleaner, but this is a minor concern.
