Andromeda family were amazing. Communicating by email before arrival, they were helpful and kind, looking after our daughter who arrived before us. Every day they advised and guided us and helped us book bikes, boat trip, taxi etc. Pool was beautiful and never crowded. The family work very hard making food and serving drinks - with a sunny and positive manner. Hotel was immaculately clean. Rooms are simple, but with all you need. Andromeda is slightly out of Kos town but we liked that and hired bikes to ride 10 minutes along the safe coastal cycle track into town. The bus is easy and cheap.

Exceeded our expectations, spotlessly clean to a fault, pool is beautifully kept, beautiful gardens, perfect sea views. The most comfortable beds & pillows. Bus stop right outside the property , which is ideal. Grigoris will help you hire transport, the man from Hot bikes is lovely, great service. All the staff are amazing, you can tell they love their hotel & guests. we will be back I can’t praise this place enough & now I probably can’t get a booking slot for next year. We really loved our stay in Andromeda Hotel which is a family run hotel. Grigoris and Marietta are so lovely, they made us feel so welcome and always greeted us with a smile! Grigoris was so helpful in giving us information about the local area, bus services, helping us arranging day trips and booking bicycles. We loved having the bicycles and we would cycle each day to go for sea swims, to visit the local sea front restaurants and Kos town. There is a safe cycle path all the way into Kos town which is an easy 3km cycle away and the bikes are a lot of fun. We loved the swimming pool and the pool area where you could order drinks/snacks and relax . The hotel was spotless clean, our room was comfortable and regularly cleaned. Andromeda Hotel exceeded our expectations and was a lovely place to stay for our week in Kos.

We immediately loved the place, its location, the garden, the building and the pool area. The owners greeted us with the biggest smile and made feel at home right from the word go explaining to us all about the site and the trips available on the island. I can highly recommend the Bodrum day trip which was organized at the reception without hesitation, it all went smooth and got picked up from resort and back. The apartment was fine, we had a lovely balcony and the place was absolutely spotless and got regularly cleaned … having had a car for a week and done so much around the island we literally only used the apartment for sleeping a e for showering ! A special thanks to the owners for being who they are … stay as you are, stay exactly as you are .. .. you re doing a great job there giving your guests the best of welcoming and the most enjoyable holiday ! Travelling to a holiday destination during this pandemic poses all sorts of hurdles and difficulties. However, from the moment we arrived at Hotel Andromeda the family (Maria, Ria, Grigoris and Mama) made us not only feel welcome but that absolutely nothing was a problem and we were part of the family! The rooms were spotless and kept so by a small dedicated team of cleaners again, nothing was too much trouble (extra pillows, more towels, didn't want to get out of bed etc). The pool and gardens were spotless and beautifully tended- honestly this team didn't sleep! Best pool I've seen in Greece! The food and bar service on-site was also wonderful. Everything from day trips, car hire, restaurant recommendations and bookings ( as well as printing numerous Covid certificates and passenger locator forms) were all taken care of without a moment's hesitation. But it was way beyond efficiency of service it was all done with a smile and a kind word...it made our holiday (in this difficult environment) truly memorable. We will definitely be back, we stumbled on a gem in the Aegean on the wonderful island of Kos where our hosts the Family Andromeda and all of those working on the island made this holiday fabulous! Thank You So Much!

Absolutely spotless clean , Maria & Ria are exceptional hosts . The most comfortable beds I’ve seen in a holiday apartment. Pool and gardens are immaculate and seemed most guests went out each day , was like having a private pool .

Bathroom and in paticular shower was problematic, shower curtains and shower space very tight . Location was literally in the middle of nowhere , a car was a necessity, nearest shop must be at least 2km away, not ideal for self catering . The shortage of taxis in the island made it problematic trying to get in and out of Kos , bus stop outside the front door literally , but bus service was sporadic and very busy at busy times . More often than not bud would be full and would have to wait for the next !

Everything was 100% at the Andromeda. Previous reviews mentioned how clean the place was and I now understand why. It is immaculate, in all my travels I have not seen anywhere come close. The pool area was also spotless, it is big and enough beds and umberalla's. You can sit on the terrace have a toastie and drink while looking out at the beautiful scenery around. The main "strip" is about 3 km from here, regular bus service right outside the door. 1.50 one way. Hiring moped is only 15 euro a day and safe. Day trip to Turkey is excellent, all arranged at the hotel, if going i would advise to arrange it through the hotel as we were able to skip the long que at passport control as we were part of a group, it can take 45/60 minutes otherwise. Market only on a Tuesday in Bodrum. Water park also a great day out. So clean and hardly any ques. Gregorious, Ria & Maria were exceptional hosts, nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The ladies who cleaned the rooms also extremely friendly.

Our holiday was faultless, from the friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us, to the rooms, the pool and the location. The pool was never too busy with free sun loungers, great facilities around and the staff super helpful in sorting out hiring of bikes, advice on where to visit, booking taxi's nothing was too much trouble. Gorgeous Hand baked orange cake and jams for breakfast, with a brilliant bus service right outside the door, taking you into Kos and beyond. Couldn't fault our perfect week - would love to go back xx

Nothing, everything was perfect

Everything in the hotel is wonderful. In terms of location, it is conveniently close to Kos Town, and a bus stop is conveniently located right at the entrance of the hotel. The rooms are very spacious and fully equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, a fridge, a microwave, working tables, and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The establishment is family-run, and the family members are incredibly kind. They consistently go out of their way to assist and create an atmosphere that truly makes you feel at home. The breakfast was exceptional, and without a doubt, I would choose to return to this hotel. It certainly exudes a 5-star hotel ambiance.

I did not find any single thing that i believe needs to be changed.

This Hotel was amazing, the family who run it are very warm and hospitable people, they made our stay so enjoyable. The hotel was extremely clean and exceptionally well maintained, the continental breakfast was amazing, it was big enough to keep you going past lunch time! The pool facilities were great, in fact, that’s where we spent most of our time, it was a very calm and friendly environment. We will definitely be back to visit this hotel again in the future!!

It is a bit of a walk from the ferry port, however there are frequent buses to the hotel, so it is not a problem
