Close to the main part of the city so was a huge advantage.had a nice balcony view and had a nice aesthetic Greek design to the overall structure of the building I must say.

Breakfast staff was rude and moody, no sign of trained hospitality whatsoever so they need to potentially sack her.overall the reception staff and cleaners seemed pleasant.did not clean the room properly same bed sheets as before all they did was empty bins,clear floors,etc.

A special 'Thank You' goes to the two ladies ~ Vera and Jana ~ who served the continental buffet breakfast in the morning: delicious Greek yogurt with honey, peaches, croissants freshly made, toast with ham & cheese, eggs, juice and coffee. They took care of guests need without being invasive, and always smiled to me. I started my day with a pleasant chit-chat with them in Greek every morning. They deserve a pay rise!

Tip top extremely clean little hotel overlooking the Marina with an easy stroll into the harbour. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was fresh, healthy and plenty of choice with a great coffee machine as an added bonus.

I didn't like the bad reviews and neatly didn't book but I would stay again without hesitation. Yes, it's on the road but so are all the seafront hotels. Air con at night and you hear nothing.

I don’t know why so many people left bad reviews for this place… Yes, not all the stuff giving you back your fake smile when you coming in, which is actually amazing in my opinion, but they provided with all necessary information and made job done. Hotel is not new, of course, that’s why you pay this price! They do need to repair some small things but the room was clean and smell nice, linen and towels with no stains and breakfast was one of the best I had in hotels 👍🏻

Fantastic location, good value for money. Clean and tidy! They were open late for me to check in (after another place had last minute cancelled) and they even allowed me an extra night at the last minute travel plan change.

It’s suitable for basic needs, breakfast was normal, but there is no cafe/bar/restaurant available for lunch etc.

The rooms are clean, the workers and the reception are very kind and helpful. Breakfast is good and fresh. The rooms are nice with the sea view and the mountain view. The balconys are very nice for chilling in the night. Overall perfect place to stay.

The hotel is very close to KOS TOWN, in front of the blue sea, and just in front of the KOS ISLAND MARINA (with its renewed shops, bars, lounge cafè, nice restaurants, people...). That is a very special factor.

Nice simple hotel at very good location and access to city center also bus station, renting bicycles open many more possibilities. Hotel very siplme also breakfast, but very well served the purpose.

Quality price ratio is great, free air condition, close to the town center.

Breakdast could be better but for a short stay hotel is good.
