The room was clean and spacious for our family of 5. The pools are nice. We were worried about sea water, but its not that bad. The food was pretty good too. Best food is breakfast and dinner. Lunch is so so.. The staff is friendly and its overall quiet

Snacks and drinks were pretty lame. Pizza always cold and other "snaks" just don't worth the calories. There is coffee machine for free, but when i asked for ice-coffe they say i need to pay for it, so i had to make it myself with the low quality machine cofee and some ice from the bar... Overall its a nice place but the bar and snacks can be improved... the entertainment was very basic

Staff was very friendly and accommodated all of our requests. We arrived around 9pm and they kept the buffet open for us to have a late dinner. There are several pools and splash areas that kept people spread out so it didn't feel too overcrowded despite being full. Easy access via a short walk to a beach which is protected from waves and perfect for small children. Food was great with a decent variety each day. We had a great time and would consider coming back in the future.

Room was very hot when we arrived and the AC took a long time to cool it down. We arrived late, so we went to bed sweaty that night (thankfully we were tired) so it would have been nice if the room had been cooled ahead of time. There's no shop at the hotel so if you need other food/drinks (like milk for a baby, or bottled water) you'll have to cross a busy street to the supermarket. There is a tunnel under the road but it was flooded after rain. It also wasn't clear to us that the chairs on the beach were from a different property and thus cost a fee to use (there is no signage of this at the beach).

pools view++ air conditioning shower staff were attentive beach water slides (kids especially) paddle ball / billiards fruit and cookie selection was decent greek yogurt and fresh honey with raisins fresh daily omelettes snack bar for the kids (and the adults)

the variety of food was a bit underwhelming some of the dishes weren't kept significantly warm some meat dishes were dry or overcooked (included) beverages were not interesting, a local branded range of artificially flavored carbonated water. No fresh fruit juices for breakfast

great animation staff and miniclub (thank you julia, alex and team!!) the gym was great and wellequipped (also kettlebells and barbells, functional stuff). opposite was a little supermarket,bus stop around the corner. friendly and helpful staff.

icecream was poor quality, also the drinkingwater was with a disgusting taste (we bought it in the suoermarket instead). BUT the rest of food was tasty and delicous!!

The hotel staff are welcoming, smiling and very helpful. There was a problem with the comfort of the parents' bed, the staff solved the problem quickly and efficiently. The hotel is very clean, spacious and within walking distance of the beach where there are water sports. The kids really enjoyed the water park, even though it was cold. In addition, the entertainment program and shows were invested and enjoyable.

We liked less that every day, in a certain bar, there is only 1 cocktail that is included in the all-inclusive package - the "daily cocktail", leaving no possibility for variety. There was nothing to watch on TV, no Netflix.

Our room was specious with a nice fresh décor and a beautiful view. Food was amazing, plenty to choose from and Greek options available too. We also used spa and it was fantastic. Stuff was extremely polite and helpful. Overall very please with our stay!

The only thing we didn't like was the pillows. They were thick and hard.. but this might be a personal preference. However, since there were 4 of them it might be good to have 2 thick and 2 thin pillows for people to choose from (just a suggestion).

The hotel looks really nice, there are multiple pools spread in the different areas of the hotel, depending on your needs. We particularly enjoyed the "relaxation pool" upstairs. Food was okay, standard all-inclusive level. I liked that they mainly kept the Mediterranean theme with their dishes, although it might get boring during longer stays. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and spacious, air-conditioned and cleaned daily.

There is not much to do in the area, it's a 30-40ish minute walk on the side of a relatively busy road to reach the actual city of Hersonissos. There is a small fee for pool towel change. All bars/self serve taps closed at 23:00 (so 21:00-22:00 for where most of the tourists came from) - would be nice to have one bar open till longer.

Very practical and nice rooms for stay by sea (glass cups no plastic, plastic coat hanger which you can use for drying wet things),separate rooms in case of family. Great FREE internet speedy connection in whole area. Also on the beach and bar area We had a small technicall issue with room and staff was immediatelly searching for solution. Great food and drinks offer and service. Close to the sea,welcome drink and big bottle of water. Shower gel available.

Sometimes little bit noisy.Music was playing all the time arround. It was maybe a little bit annoying when you wish to relax in peace by pool area. Maybe a too soft beds.

Beautiful place. Really clean. Very friendly staff, smiling and responsive. Lovely atmosphere. Too many corners, a lot bigger than what you think. Delicious food with lots of variety, traditional and international. Good location Sandy beach accessed from the hotel, but you will pay for the decks and parasol. Nice entertainment, family oriented. We loved the circus and pool activities. You won’t need to bring games, supplied in every corner. We used the spa, small but excellent therapist. At a cost. Gym is well equipped. Our family enjoyed every moment. We also loved the greek corner, elena was amazing

This resort exceeded our expectations. Clean rooms and facilities, excellent buffet with a variety of options but most important of all was the hospitality and politeness of all staff, cleaning team, entertainment crew, barmen, chefs and of course receptionists. Especially Vagia took the extra mile to make sure our stay is superb from all aspects. It is really hard to find an all-inclussive resort to combine the best of everything that a guest wishes and Arminda does it all really well. We would definitely come back next time we visit Hersonissos! Thumbs up!
