Such a lovely hotel, it was clean and comfortable. The staff is really friendly and in conclusion made our trip more special. The location of the hotel is perfect, right on the beach and near to verity of restaurants. We had an amazing time and surely will return there soon:)

First over all the fabulous extraordinary staff. Manager Anna Maria was exceptional, her Assistant day time Christie also an A+ and of course I have to give a big hug to Chrisoula the Mama of the house and runs the breakfast with love. They all where do kind and ready to do all they can to makes your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Then the interior and design too was beautiful.. and everything looked brand new. There you can feel that they care about their guest. Thank you guys again. Then the hotel was so clean, simple and really fine, you feel at home anytime. Wi-Fi works perfectly and everything was so easy going Anytime soon again 😊🙏🏾🇬🇷

The location is really great, as the hotel stands just at the end of the party street with all the cafes and bars but there is no noise of it. AC, safe and bathrobes are in the room, and moreover some welcome snacks ( which was really nice). The breakfast view is great and the assortment is quite good as per small hotel.

The cleaning must be definitely improved. Unfortunately the fact that the service is every day the floor was mopped slightly and the bathroom floor was never cleaned normally, the same dirt and sand all the time. the towels were not changed... We were mostly focused on sea and hiking so just asked once to make it better but nothing really changed. Just a better look of housekeeping and it would be great.

The staff was very kind and very helpful. They helped us book tours and restaurants, they also upgraded us since we went for our honeymoon and they gave us a late check out. The location is very good, facing the sea.the beds are comfortable. The room had a coffee machine, a fridge. We got some complementary fruits and wine. The room is quite spacious and the bathroom is big too.

The hotel has an ideal location. Just a few steps and you are at the sea. The breakfast was very varied and tasty, I have rarely eaten such a good breakfast in hotels of this type. The location of the hotel is ideal. It was my first time traveling with my family and my parents really enjoyed it. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful and ideal for relaxation. We cooled off in the pool on hot days and enjoyed it very much. Thanks to the staff for helping us and making our days better

The location was perfect only a short walk from the main tourist areas. The room was great and throughly cleaned everyday. The staff were absolutely excellent, and couldn’t have been anymore helpful, especially Ilektra who was always smiling and happy to help. Breakfast was also delicious with a lot of choice and served by the same lovely lady every morning.

A double bed rather than two singles would have been nice for us as a couple

the staff at this hotel is absolutely incredible. not only they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is pleasant and stress free, but they also are very personable and lovely. it was always a pleasure to stop at the reception and have a chat, and it felt quite sad when we had to say goodbye, the breakfast is very nice, everything fresh, plenty of stuff and choices, and spectacular views. the balcony with sea view was the cherry on the cake.

maybe the hotel could invest in a proper pool. o was looking forward to go to the pool, then realised when we were there, it was very small. like a bath tub. having said that., the space is what it is. so I don’t know where they could put it. the street gets a bit loud at night…thank his there the AC

This place is perfect for stay in Crete !!!! Quiet , wonderful views from apartment balcony. Very very delicious breakfast and especially Lady that serving this breakfast. All was perfect . Strongly recommend!!!! Aurelijus and Olga
