We visited Crete for 7 days and chose to stay at Indigo Inn with our 6-month old. Everything was perfect, starting from the location (close to shops, taverns, nice beaches) , the room itself ( spacious, clean), the food ( traditional delicious dishes, all fresh,with a lot of variety), but most important, the staff. Everybody was extremely kind to us,they were available with infos at all times,open to requests, cheerful and kind, and made our stay there very nice. Our daughter ended up making a lot of friends! We definitely recommend this place and would come back at any time.

Parking is available next to the hotel. The staff are very friendly and the dining area and pools are excellent. There are both evening performances and a great atmosphere.

The hotel is set in a series of connected buildings. The rooms are not fresh and there are many small problems - no socket next to the bed, noisy fan in the bathroom, etc.

This is a fabulous hotel. We had paid for the buffet breakfast and on arrival the receptionist (Adonis) upgraded us to include the buffet dinner free of charge. The food each morning and evening was tasty and fresh and there was plenty to chose from! The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The pool area is stunning with plenty of loungers and a lovely bar.

The only issue was the wifi did not work very well and there was also only one plug socket in the main bedroom.

The hotel looks great in and out! The staff, Lydia and Irini, and the hotel manager were so kind and helpful and even compensated us with free cocktails at the pool when our trip to Spinalonga was canceled. We had breakfast and dinner which were mostly great and diverse and the pools are also great. A great location to get to the beach and to walk along the many stores on the main street. I would definitely come back!

Not many downsides, besides the WiFi which was a bit sketchy from time to time and we notices some small stains on the wall above our bed but it didn't bother us much.

We loved our stay. Everyone was really nice and helpful and everything was on walking distance. We especially loved the pool. If you are planning to visit with friends and want a nice and chill hotel, this is the place to go.

Bring a sleeping mask if you can’t sleep with light. In some rooms the curtains let through the morning light.

the reception and the staff are very kind and professional, breakfast is very good

nothing in particular, rooms were bit warm when you arrive but it fixes after few minutes with open window.

We were located to indigo inn casa section. The room was a very nice size furnished with modern style. All the staff was very nice and welcoming. We booked halfboard and received an upgrade to all inclusive which was very nice although we did not use lunches. Our room was facing the inner court which was nice as the main street was a bit loud.

Just a suggestion, shelving/shampoo holder in the shower could be a useful addition!

We had a great holiday! Enjoyed 10 days and really had nothing to complain about. The hotel staff is very friendly and gives a lot of tips to visit nice things in the area! Both breakfast and dinner are well catered for and the rooms are kept immaculately clean. We will definitely come back again.

It was a comfy, spacious room with a comfortable bed in a tasteful decorated modern place in Boho style. The breakfast was yummy - with lots of variations served by a friendly smiling team. In every situation all covid regulations were followed perfectly. ... And most of all we enjoyed the amazing staff... The hotel itself is really great - but compared to 20 years ago the area around is more attractive to people who like to party...
