This is a fabulous hotel. We had paid for the buffet breakfast and on arrival the receptionist (Adonis) upgraded us to include the buffet dinner free of charge. The food each morning and evening was tasty and fresh and there was plenty to chose from! The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The pool area is stunning with plenty of loungers and a lovely bar.

The only issue was the wifi did not work very well and there was also only one plug socket in the main bedroom.

The hotel looks great in and out! The staff, Lydia and Irini, and the hotel manager were so kind and helpful and even compensated us with free cocktails at the pool when our trip to Spinalonga was canceled. We had breakfast and dinner which were mostly great and diverse and the pools are also great. A great location to get to the beach and to walk along the many stores on the main street. I would definitely come back!

Not many downsides, besides the WiFi which was a bit sketchy from time to time and we notices some small stains on the wall above our bed but it didn't bother us much.

We loved our stay. Everyone was really nice and helpful and everything was on walking distance. We especially loved the pool. If you are planning to visit with friends and want a nice and chill hotel, this is the place to go.

Bring a sleeping mask if you can’t sleep with light. In some rooms the curtains let through the morning light.

We were located to indigo inn casa section. The room was a very nice size furnished with modern style. All the staff was very nice and welcoming. We booked halfboard and received an upgrade to all inclusive which was very nice although we did not use lunches. Our room was facing the inner court which was nice as the main street was a bit loud.

Just a suggestion, shelving/shampoo holder in the shower could be a useful addition!

We had a great holiday! Enjoyed 10 days and really had nothing to complain about. The hotel staff is very friendly and gives a lot of tips to visit nice things in the area! Both breakfast and dinner are well catered for and the rooms are kept immaculately clean. We will definitely come back again.

nothing in particular, rooms were bit warm when you arrive but it fixes after few minutes with open window.

It was a comfy, spacious room with a comfortable bed in a tasteful decorated modern place in Boho style. The breakfast was yummy - with lots of variations served by a friendly smiling team. In every situation all covid regulations were followed perfectly. ... And most of all we enjoyed the amazing staff... The hotel itself is really great - but compared to 20 years ago the area around is more attractive to people who like to party...

Hotel manager Kyriakos Kalomiris and his staff from frontdesk to restaurant went the extra mile to give us an amazing stay. Kyriakos leads by example and this energy is clearly seen in the whole team! These people have the skill to show a great sense of hospitality. We were celebratig an important birthday during our stay and a lot of effort was put in making my partner feel celebrated on her special day by all members of staff. We received a free room upgrade to a maisonette with a nice view on the mountain for our stay. We had a "half board" package and the food was of good value/quality. All our requests for e.g. airconditioner remote control, iron and hairdryer were resolved smoothly and fast.

Excelent manager. Allowed us stay 2h later in room waiting for taxi. Good food and interior. Stuff (as many gusts writed here before) was highest level - helps with everything. Good location.

A little bit too loudy, can hear sounds and music otherside of wall. Swimming pool closes at 7pm, so you can't enjoy late evening swims, but thats OK.
