We liked everything at this hotel, location on the hill with spectacular view to the town, sea and hills, variety of food, we had all inclusive booking, nice pools, spacious are, superior room with a sea view and nice balcony, welcome wine plus fruits, as we came for honeymoon. The room was cleaned each day and topped up with new towel, Staff was helpful, we could spend extra few hours after check out due to our evening flight. Very comfortable, caring hotel.

Only all inclusive alchohol coctails were not on the top choice, but otherwise plenty of options without need to spend any money for drinks, water or food whilst staying at the hotel.

Breakfast was good and even location

I believe that included with the photos there should be the plan of every different room or apartment so that one could be able to choose the best option for him.

Big hotel, with several different pools, including kids pool with slides (for small kids), play grounds, sports grounds, great entertainment team for kids and adults. Good variety of food and drinks, everyone can find something that suites him. Several bars and snack bars near the pools. Great location near Star beach, which is beautiful, beach with water sports activities. Also walking distance from Hersonissos promenade with restaurants and shops. Shuttles are available to Star beach and to Aquaplus waterpark (need to be booked thru Aquaplus waterpark site). The checkout is at 11:00 and although late check out wasn't possible on that day, the hotel offers private shower room in the afternoon so guests can use all the facilities of the hotel till the evening. Great value for money.

What a fabulous holiday made possible by the hotel and staff. Firstly we was greeted by the night staff who helped us quickly, politley and with a smile to our rooms. The rooms were spacious and clean (1118 &1119). The balcony was lovely and had a great view over the sea. The beds were very comfy and the air con kept me cool. Food - a fantastic range of options and with multiple options every night. The gyros, authentic pizzas and grilled kebabs in the Artemis bar was really nice and offered more opportunities. Nikos was our superstar.. so happy and you could tell he loved working there. Drink - no messing around and stupid rules.. no massive queues or only 2 drinks or rubbish measures. The staff want you all to have a good time and they know the alcohol helps 😉. The beer and wine was self-service.. lovely Maria at the poolside bar area was always so nice and helpful. So many pools, great entertainment and nice areas to walk meant for a special and fun filled holiday. Oh.. and the tortoises.. my daughters fave moment of the holiday!!!

They seriously need a new supplier for red wine. It tasted more like juice and I'm sure it was only about 5% alcohol... although the shop and its wonderful staff had plenty of bottles for only a few euros.

it is perfect for families. lots of pools with a pool for the little kids. a lot of food, close to everything (water park and star beach). close to Malia and the promenade. stuff very friendly, you have tennis courts and pool tables and bars, the activities are varied.

the food wasn’t that tasty and there are big lines to the pizza and the giros. also the hotel is charging for pool towels and refilling the soap in the rooms.

We paid for an upgrade and the room was comfortable and in a quiet location of the resort. Big pools and lots of loungers. Great desserts and not a far walk to the down town area or the beach but it is big hill to walk back up to the resort.

Some of the buffet meat was bland and cold. Not a big variety of all-inclusive cocktails or a la carte restaurants.

Nice place, nice room, a lot of sport activities all day.

- The main pool is cold and deep (2-4 meters). All the people are swimming at the beginning of the pool and most of the pool is empty. The pool is not safe for swimming even for adults. Such a large pool must have separate safety lanes. All pools are deep and therefore not used by guests. - pool towels must be free of charge in an all-inclusive hotel.

Fabulous hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Immaculate rooms, great pool facilities and fantastic food options.

Only a very minor thing, the sun beds around the pool were a little cramped together in places so a larger area for this would be better.

The pools were great, the snacks were very nice as well. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The food wasn't great.. breakfast was OK. Also, it is important to know that the hotel is on top of a hill, so it is a bit of a climb if you plan on walking to the beach and back.

Lack of traditional Cretan food, but one can always find something you like. The restaurant by the pool serving all kinds of food was great

Hersonissos is not such a great location compared to any other part of the island. If u want beaches, skip this area entirely.
