We had everything we needed and enjoyed our vacation very much. The facilities are great, rooms, pools, restaurant all clean. The food was amazing- so much choice and always fresh. The staff was super friendly, especially the cleaning ladies aaand of course the animation team!!! The water gymnastics and kids disco were really enjoyed from our family. We highly recommend the hotel and hopefully we come again:)

We didn’t like that the cigarettes smoke from the other guests was too much and basically we couldn’t have “fresh air” on our private garden/terassa. So we didn’t spend any time (reading, glass of wine or drawing with our kid…) as we wanted and payed for. I suggest maybe the booking and hotel must somehow group smokers and nonsmokers in different areas. It’s so important especially with little kids.

The entire staff were amazing, they do everything to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your vacation. Everyone is friendly and goes the extra step to ensure a good guest experience. Everything is very clean; the room, the dining room, and the pool areas. In addition to being very clean, the room had a good breeze when the window was open and the best air conditioning that I have experienced in a hotel - it worked perfectly and was very quiet. The breakfast buffet has a huge selection and seating with a sea view, inside and outside. The hotel is spread out so you don't need to wait for elevators. It is very near to all of the shops and bars and cafes.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

The helpful staff, the proximity to shopping/old town/airport, sandy beaches, meal varieties at breakfast & dinner, various pools & restaurants, evening entertainment (mini disco for kids and pub quiz/bingo for adults).

The beach umbrellas are a bit old & rusty, kids club hours are very limited (10:30-12pm & 15:30 -17:00pm), more evening entertainment options, late breakfast slot at 10:15-11:00 consisted only of cereals & bread...rest is cleaned out quickly by 10:20am.

We liked everything

Everything: excellent service, location, place, people. This place is exceptionally beautiful, staff is very friendly and helpful, piece & quiet, clean private beach, many pools outside and inside, playground for children in the water which is quite impressive, entertainment for children and adults every day and night, the quality and variety of food in the restaurant is excellent

We rented the car and on a few occasions there were lack of spaces. It would be better if there was a bit more car parking space

Extremely friendly, open and funny staff (especially Pelagia and Maria from the Taverna/Restaurant), very clean and comfortable rooms with exceptional view on the sea. Breakfast buffet was heavenly, wide selection of food and drinks. This very well located hotel is so customer focused, that I cant remember when I have experienced this level the last time. Even more beautiful and amazing than on the pictures. Thanks a lot for all your kindness, much appreciated. Lifetime memories have been created :)

I have nothing to add to this section, cant give a single recommendation what could be improved. We were simply amazed.

- Nice location with sand beach, nice resort, clean - not too crowded (large area) - nice kids club team with activities - several things to do in the surroundings (travel by bus pretty easy: bus station 5 min from the resort): archeo center, rescue station, etc. including trip to Heraklion (~1h by bus) - supermarket just in front of the hotel where you can buy everything for very good price

- Activity board pretty poor : they could suggest proactively the things to do in the surrounding of the hotel, how to travel around, etc. => you need to be autonomous - no sorting of waste in the hotel (on the beach ok) - program of the evenings was a bit poor (maybe due to covid restrictions) - drinks at the pool pretty expensive and water during the dinner is charged (3 EUR / L.)

It is a very nice resort! Very good and friendly staff! The food was delicious! Its a very clean hotel with nice pools. Good sun coverage over the kids pool. Our room was perfect, very comfortable, we all slept so well! We enjoyed the water gym classes and tennis.

Some things were missing that I would expect from 5 star resort, like getting daily new bottle of water for the room, or new beach towels every day... also, when it comes to animation, i was missing Greek music nights, etc. Also, the animation for the kids is mostly in German. Kids playground is basic.

I like this hotel.

Umbrellas on the beach are old and ugly. Smoking and no smoking rooms must be separate!

Food was great as well as the variety! Champagne and salmon on Sunday was a nice touch. Room air-conditioning was cold which is great when it's 40°! Bed was comfy. View from the room was great. Perfect location for sunrise and sunset. Beach was clean and the water was perfect Mediterranean Blue. Hotel arranged car service for transportation to and from the airport. A little pricey but well worth the air conditioned, leather interior, smooth Mercedes ride.

Wish the full breakfast buffet went a little later. More poolside loungers would be great. Most all were reserved by 0900, an hour before the pool actually opens. Shower/changing room for late departures was closed due to Covid but all community bathrooms by the polls were still open :/
