Unfortunately, we have been mislead . We booked Bill&Co that is 10 mins walk from downtown and surprisingly we found out the second day that we were accommodated in another branch that is very far and requires a car! The hotel displays all rooms under one name and they claim that the suite we have chosen is on the far one! I didn’t like this trick at all and it was late to change!

We loved just absolutely everything. Great service! Food also good. I had a wonderful treatment with Valmont products. When you visit the Spa ask for Maria. She is the best.

We visited Bill & Coo in the middle/end of October. Certain facilities were already closed such as the Beef Bar. It was also not possible anymore to book certain treatments in the Spa (Mani- and Pedicure). This was slightly disappointing. It would have been better to mention the closure of various facilities on the website.

Bill & Coo has mastered hospitality. The staff was present and incredibly attentive to all guests needs. The restaurant and bar was like no other and their knowledge of the cuisine and drinks was impeccable. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We had beautiful views with incredible large windows.

Excellent breakfast included with tons of amazing options. The staff was so very friendly and there to meet all of your needs. The views of sunset from the pool were just amazing. Great place to stay.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way! We were travelling with our 11 and 13 year old boys. Our room was perfect size for a family of 4, it had two rooms and a little area which they also made up as a room. It was spotlessly clean and there was fresh linen and bed sheets everyday. The gym was fantastic and we used it every morning as a family. The food was absolutely delicious I ordered lots of different food and was never disappointed. The most important thing about Bill & Coo is there staff! I have stayed at lots of hotels and I have never experienced staff as friendly and helpful as Bill & Coo staff. They honestly could not do enough for you. Our flight got cancelled so we had to return back to the hotel and they welcomed us with open arms let us use the pool and just made us feel so at home so I will be forever grateful for that.

There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like about this hotel it was just perfect!

The staff are exceptionally well trained, friendly and in abundance. Rooms pleasant and comfortable with nice sea view. The pool and lounge areas. are pleasantly appointed The option of using the facilities of both resorts is a positive.

There is a major problem with the cost of transport. Guests are essentially captives at the hotel unless they agree to pay very large sums for small journeys or otherwise hire a car - which we did on one day. They charged 80 euro for a 10 min pick up from the ferry. They charged 180 euro (90 euro each way) for the 15 min trip to and from scorpio. We expect a mark up but being faced with charges like this mars what is otherwise a really good hotel with great service. Would have felt better if the room charge was greater with a more reasonable approach to transport. It has been the subject of a recent adverse Tripadvisor review from guests with similar feelings.

The attention to detail was very much appreciated. Our room was so spacious and stylish, as well as extremely comfortable. The views from the main restaurant and swimming pool area were sublime at all times of the day, offering a full coastal landscape. We also tried the Gastronomique experience on the last evening with wine pairing, which completely surpassed our expectations - highly recommend. The menu was a little limited at lunch compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at in Mykonos, but this was a minor detail. The spa was also incredibly professional and offered a diverse range of superior treatments.

getting into Mykonos town - by foot - is not great... distance is short, roads however are too narrow for cars and walkers to share....

a beautiful small hotel with a great pool area, amazing views, and the staff were all absolutely fantastic. Michelle was always there to help, the people behind reception organised lots for us, whilst Ellie and Raya (the sisters in the restaurant) were exceptional, and served us a tremendous breakfast every day.

Mykonos is expensive so we were prepared for high prices, but we felt the cost of the transfers to get to places were way too high - 90 euros each way to do a 15 minute trip to scorpios. The cost of 35 euros each way into Mykonos town was made to look reasonable!

I stayed here with my adult son and teenage daughter for 10 days just prior to the season kicking off for the summer. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, with someone greeting you at every turn. Mornings are fun as they all seem so happy to see you! The location is lovely and an easy stroll into Mykonos. The food and spa here are wonderful too.
