The walk into the town from the hotel has no proper pavement, and the traffic is busy. However, this is not the hotel's fault, but you may want to take this into account if you have any health issues or have small children. Reception can call you a taxi.

Hospitality was 10/10! The entire family went above and beyond at every encounter to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They were so kind! Our suite was ALWAYS clean! We loved the rain fall shower, the abundance of towels, and the tranquil nature of the hotel. We always had a great sleep. Our room and terrace had a dreamy view of Mykonos! It felt like a dream, waking up to that view. Each morning, we had a delicious and hearty breakfast, served with a glowing smile from grandma and grandpa. Accessibility and centrality to the town and airport was also excellent. There’s also a nearby gym and a supermarket within a 2-min walking distance!

Not a single thing!

Since before getting in I realized that Dimitra was very responsive: she booked our transfer from the airport we got in very late at night. The room was amazing had a balcony with a very impressive view of the Mykonos bay. The place is very nice decorated and very well maintained. She runs the hotel with her family, speaks very good english and she is always available for everything you need, she set us up for nails, hairs, watch the sunset, boat tours ....I couldn't ask for more. Better than a 5 stars hotel. Loved it!!!

I loved the views and the breeze flowing through the windows. We were there while it was windy which was very nice. Everyone there was wonderful. Very helpful! We learned how to ride the buses really quick.

There wasn't much that I didn't like. We did have to walk from the downtown area once because it was soo crowded on the bus, but with traffic we beat the bus to our stop.

The family running the business are very friendly and always ready to help you. Excellent service. In case you don't feel walk to town there is a bus stop at 50meters from the hotel, very convenient. The rooms are spacious and very clean.

The road to get to Mikonos town is a little dangerous at night if you walk because is very narrow and with all the traffic it makes it difficult. It is just 10min walk, during the day is fine.

Cozy little hotel at a walking distance to the Mykonos old town. Rooms and rockets are clean and super nice. The best is they got hand-showers in toilet for WC (which is an important factor for Middle East and Asians). The staff and the owners of the hotel are super friendly, helpful and amazing hosts! They were helpful with tours, car rentals and many other requirements we had. Breakfast is basic and ok, not of great choices compared to the high season room rates we paid. Wifi was bit weak but ok.

Breakfast could have been better for the room rates we had paid. Basic continental breakfast and no other choices in eggs. However, it might be a good choice in normal season with the room rates.

Every member of staff we met was lovely, always smiling and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, It was a 15 minute walk to the town or 20 minutes to the beach or if you couldn't be bothered the bus stop to either was 2 minutes away and there was a bus every half hour There was also a well stocked supermarket a couple of minutes away

Had an amazing stay at Charissi with my daughter. Room was spacious enough and cleaned daily and towels changed. Breakfast was just enough with daily deserts, choice of toast croissants home made preserves eggs salads most amazing Greek yoghurt and watermelon. The host was super friendly and very helpful. She gave us daily advice what beach to visit depending on wind and called taxi when needed although bus stop was literally 1min away from the hotel and connected to Fabrika, Platis Gailos or Ornos… we also walked couple of times to Fabrika/ old town, as it’s about 10 min downhill. Vrissi supermarket is just across the street and open till very late. All in all I highly recommend this family fuss free home away from home in Mykonos esp if you want to be close to town but also well connected with buses with all the popular beaches in Mykonos. Great value for money and again most amazing and helpful owners. Thank you! Will be back again x

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The hotel has a lovely calm and relaxing atmosphere even though it is only 10 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Mykonos town. The bus stop is just around the corner, so very convenient to get to the different beaches of the island. The rooms were clean and spacious and breakfast was very good and homemade. But the best part for us was the lovely Dimitra (+ team) who was so kind and welcoming, chatted with us every day and gave us the best tips of where to go and what to do, and simply made us feel at home.
