Gorgeous hotel, felt luxurious. Lovely staff. Great location, just a leisurely 10 minute walk to the waterfront restaurant (past all the lovely little shops). Nearest supermarket was just a few minutes away. Food was lovely. Our room was really nice, we had a hot tub on the balcony, it was lovely and very hot! Small heated pool meant we could still swim without being too cold. Very happy we stayed here.

There were a couple of power cuts which meant if we left our room card in, our lights would come on during the night. This was unavoidable (Mykonos is small and the hotel has 65 rooms or so) and easily fixed by leaving the card out over night.

Breakfast: Excellent spread with a lavish variety in terms of fruit, dry fruit and food and not just confectionery (like most international hotels) Location: In the heart of the Mykonos...the location couldn't have been better. Room: Junior Suite at Semeli was luxury redefined :) Personalised and Fantastic service at EACH AND EVERY LEVEL! I'd like to especially thank Ms. Helene and Ms. Tess at the reception and Mr. Stavros at the restaurant for making my husband's birthday vacay so ultra special :))

Since we had chosen the suite with an open terrace double spa, it would've better if the jacuzzi would've been cleaned daily. Apart from that tiny aspect, NOTHING!! The place is awesome.

The location was great a short walk to little Venice and the windmills and a 15 minute walk to to the old port. The facilities and pool were great and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly

The entire stay was amazing, the room is clean. The location is just a walking distance to the city center. Breakfast was superb and lots of variety to choose from.

It would be better before they confirm any check-out bill, to double check customers profile that the stay is already been paid or not. (during check-out we were asked to pay when in fact we had fully paid it before ariving). But overall the stay and the entire staff was accomodating and nice.

First and foremost, you will not find better staff - anywhere. The hotel staff were attentive to everything, and always service with a smile. Without a doubt, a highlight of our stay. You will find a beautiful hotel, within walking distance to everything in the city centre, and next to the road to take transport where you want to go. Beautiful pool setting and two restaurants with yummy food!

The pillows were very soft and flat, it would be great to have some pillows that support your head.

Semeli is ideally located close to the main areas in the town - bus station, restaurants, shops, bars, clubs, port. The service from the staff was outstanding. They were responsive, friendly and very service oriented. The breakfast was great. The experience at the fine dining restaurant was fantastic.

While the room was clean and comfortable, it was small given how expensive it was. We booked a double spa sea view room. The sea view is really a glimpse of the sea in the very far distance. That was not what I expected from the description. For the price we paid, I expected a more spacious room, especially as I had larger rooms in Santorini and Athens for alesser price. Other than that, I loved the hotel and our stay.

Perfect location - you’re so close to town, great restaurant, buffet breakfast has heaps of great options, loved the pool area and our room. The staff were amazing staff including the concierge Tess, who made some restaurant bookings for us (and got us fabulous tables) and also sent through suggestions of where we should go a few weeks before we arrived. I highly recommend staying here!

Only a small thing - Gym could be updated (only one treadmill worked).

best staff ever! very pleasant to start the day with a morning love from the lady making omelette at breakfast. the reception, the pool staff, everyone was incredible. the valet is super helpful and the location is one of the best it can be, almost in little Venice. nice pool

we paid for the upgrade for the room with a balcony view, but at the end you couldn’t see the sunset and the view was about the same as the rooms downstairs. the rooms don’t have good curtains which let the light get in very early in the morning, and the gym is small for a five star hotel

The resort is gorgeous. The whole vibe in the hotel is stunning - the pool area was my favorite!!! Rooms are good, a little small but still manageable for 2 people with large suitcases. The food was great, both breakfast and lunch were perfect and I couldn't fault a thing. Staff were so friendly and one of the women (I forgot her name) even helped me with a personal medical issue I was dealing with and she was so personable and caring. It was very nice.

Location was good, but not great. It was a 10-15 minute walk into town and I generally prefer to be amongst the action - however if being removed from the action is your thing, then this is perfect

It is situated very conveniently. Very close to the city centre, but not swamped by the crowd. The staff are generally very friendly and welcoming. They gave us a free drive to the airport (of course we tipped) and the guy who lift us up was very positive and friendly. The view is nice, the pool area as well as the restaurant. There was a rich breakfast.

We had a jacuzzi inside the room but didn’t expect the humidity to be so high. We thought it was at the balcony, but did not read the fine print it could be as well inside the room. Since we decided not to use it, asked for the water to be drained, which the staff did immediately. The bugger downside for us was the out-warn towels and some stains we saw, but also a stain on the sheets. The sheets were replaced by a nice Bulgarian lady, though still would’ve been good to not been placed at first time. The furniture and room generally was outdated and require some maintenance.
