Secluded solace, friendly staff, jacuzzi

A bit of a drive, but that’s also the appeal

The location is amazing, sea view, 5 minutes to the party beaches of Paradise and Super Paradise but also 10 min drive to Mykonos Downtown. So close the the party action and very secluded and quiet at the same time. Spyros is an amazing host. Every day he brought us personally a great breakfast and gave us advices on the less touristic and less known beaches and taverns. I also had a minor issue with my rental car and Spyros offered immediately to help. The problem was solved. The bed is super comfortable. The private pool is amazing. Great value for money.

Everything was perfect. If I were Spyros I would add some plants and flowers in the room and terrace. Nothing major but a little things here and there would make the room and terrace perfect. Really a small detail and a personal taste too.

The location is close to the airport and place is really quiet. Hosts are amazing people!! They are kind and take care about us all the time. Breakfast was good and enough for both of us. We recommend rent a car for sure. Room was clean and nice and swimming pool is the best part. It would be nice already update bathroom but nothing we complain about

Yes, quiet location and with privacy. A bit far out of the main attractions of the island and you need private transportation for everything. Decent size room and nice outdoor area with private pool.

Breakfast: it is clearly not up to standard , very basic and no options. It was simple and it definitely needs an improvement. Transfer from airport is 2 times the price of a local taxi, so be aware.

Having your own pool was lovely. The team at the Ammonite are really friendly. They go the extra mile to make your stay special. Breakfast is really nice too.

Location means you are a little cut off from town after sunset. The roads can be a little hazardous. I’d recommend a small car hire, rather than a quad bike. A room safe would be nice.

My husband and I booked a few nights away for our 10 year wedding anniversary & I’m so pleased that we chose the Ammonite resort, it exceeded our expectations. When we arrived, we were greeted by Spyros, the sweetest man who couldn’t do enough for us to make our stay perfect. Before we arrived, we had plans to eat out every night & explore the island, but as soon as we arrived we were taken in by just how special the Ammonite resort is & we spent a lot more time there than we originally planned, and loved every moment. It was silent… and the views, gorgeous. Spyros bought us breakfast every morning, a beautiful selection of freshly made food. I’d highly recommend the Ammonite resort, it truly is a special place & we hope to return soon.

We are travelers and lovers of Greece, we have experience of nice Hotels and Resorts and we have found in Ammonite Resort, a haven of peace that combines the services of a Hotel and the intimacy of a private suite thanks to at the discretion of staff. We loved our stay, it was like a dream and if paradise exists, it may be there… (the place to be…) Everything was perfect ; the comfort, the cleanliness, the private swimming pool, the sea view, the breakfast (which will be adapted according to your tastes) and the location close to the most beautiful beaches like Super Paradise beach, Paradise Beach, Elia, Psarou etc… The Resort remains close to the big city of Chora with trendy or typical bars and restaurants. There is something for every taste and Spyros who is an incredible and exceptional host will be able to advise you and satisfy all your requests and desires as far as possible. If you need a car or a transfer Spyros will organize it; because he has a lot of relationship. Spyros will also be able to give some personal attentions that will seduce you. NB. There are still good men out there and if we could have a Greek friend, we would like it to be him. Without forgetting Mando with a smile that reflects the kindness that we met only briefly following his business trip. We highly recommend Ammonite Resort. Nothing. all was perfect.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing romantic stay at the Ammonite resort. We rented the unit with the private jacuzzi and large terrace. Had a very pleasant view of the countryside in the foreground and Mediterranean Sea in the near distance. The resort is very private, I believe there is only 5 units so it really gives you a secluded type experience to spend with your special someone. I also a see this as a great spot for a group of friends/family in one of the units that have the private pool. The unit itself was very clean and spacious enough for us two and large luggages. The bed comfortable, cold AC, mini fridge stocked by the owner as well as some snacks, nespresso machine with supplied coffee, separated shower from a private room for the toilet, supplied higher end great smelling body wash/shampoo, luxury grade towels and robes, very thoughtful lighting for night time scenery. I may have missed a few items but I hope you get the point. Now the highlight of this place is the owner, Spyros. He takes accommodation & hospitality to a whole other level. He succeeded in surpassing all expectations from the moment of our arrival to our departure. No worry about the stairs to the unit, unloading was a breeze and assisted. Breakfast served on time every day to the schedule we requested. We used his recommendations of what beach & restaurants to visit and we were more than 100% satisfied with them. Location of the resort was also enjoyed. You do need a rental car which was exactly what we wanted for this getaway. It is a very fun and scenic drive to old Mykonos port that took around 13 minutes. I found free parking throughout the town and everywhere we ventured too. We visited other parts of the island which we absolutely loved that was a different direction as the town. All in all we felt like we were perfectly centered to all the places we wanted to go to (including the best beach & restaurant options).

This place is amazing! From the delicious breakfast to the very 'instagramable' private pool or hot tub terraces overlooking the sea, Ammonite Resort has it all. Our room was very confortable, with a very cozy bed and perfect lighting. If all of this already sounds perfect, just wait until you meet Spyros. Words cannot describe his hospitality and good energy! He gave us the best recommendations, away from the expensive tourist traps (follow them, you won't regret it) and he went above and beyond to make our stay better than we could ever imagine. Thank you for such an amazing stay, we hope to come back soon!!

All was perfect.

Unbelievable service, above our expectations. We arrived earlier than expected and the host received us with coffee, fresh orange juice and speed up the cleaning to give us our room earlier than 10 am (as exception as other guests left the room early morning). The room was amazing, lovely view and the pool was stunning. Very comfort bed and a delicious breakfast served at the time that we requested. The host helped us to rent a motorbike that they delivered and picked up from the complex, so very convenient for us. The host was really really kind, I don’t have words to express our wonderful experience, thanks for everything and for take us to the port at the end of the stay. L

If Pool can have a way to heat it up, it will help for September tourists
