The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, assisting us in every way throughout our journey via whatsap and in person, they arrange all of our restaurants and transportation, as well as many other things! Their recommendations made our stay truly wonderful and we connected really well with them! The rooms vere well designed and with a beautiful view and a jacuzzi on the terrace, while restaurant food was exceeding in every way, providing breakfasts, lunches and dinner to a high level and with exceptional service and a spectacular view on the lagoon. Overall the design of the property is blending in with the surrounding nature and there is a swimming pool and a private access to the sea, which is very unique in the area. These are the people who made our stay unforgettable: Stefania, Ioanna , Panagiotis, Antwnia , Galini , Nikitas, Sofia , Dimitra, Marios and Vaggelis! Thank you all for the moments we spent with you!

There is absolutely nothing that we did not like about this hotel.

Room was super comfy and view was great, especially when in the hot tub. Very clean rooms, nice temperature control, AC not noisy can shift easily to open doors if weather is right. Bed and pillows were super nice and bean bags outside ultra comfy. Outside is so nice, waking up to the view of the sea and sunrise. At night relaxing in the hot tub with the breeze.

Suite was great, though from ours we could see the car park if you looked hard to the left, it would be great if there was a blind or division, not because it's unsightly or detracts from the view, but because if you are going in or out of the hot tub, you don't want to be thinking if anyone is there to stare. But it's a minor thing, it didn't bother us that much.

The hotel was way above our expectations. We wanted a relaxing holiday and that is exactly what we got. The staff was exceptionally good, they were always super available, kind and friendly. Konstantina gave us really good recommendations that suited our plans. She was also really helpful in any inconvenience we encountered outside of the hotel. The room service was above expectations. It was modern and cleaned 2 times a day. One of the best things was the breakfast, you have 2 choices from the a la carte menu plus coffee and orange juice. Also the mini beach below the hotel was unbelievable. It felt like as if we were on a private island! Overall: unbelievable experience.

First, the staff is absolutely wonderful. The location of the hotel was not a fit for us, the proximity of Super Paradise beach with beach clubs, Jackie'O and a villas across the bay rented for weddings made it, for us, not very relaxing, with the music blasting from all those places, interfering with each other, plus the bay acts as an echo chamber. However, the staff and the management were kind enough to transfer us to the Nimbus Mykonos, and we loved the Nimbus Mykonos with its more chill vibe. The staff there is absolutely amazing as well. Good buffet breakfast in the morning.

The location and the blasting music until 1.30am in the bay that make an echo chamber of muddy VERY loud noise. Pick another property if you want to relax.

Beautiful hotel designed in a modern natural/rustic style. The view over the bay is spectacular and the staff were the nicest I’ve ever encountered in a hotel.

The noise from the wind! The wind is part of Mykonos and does make the island unique and also bearable in the hot summer, but unfortunately my room was not ‘sound-proofed’ from it, and it was impossible to sit outside and enjoy the view or hot tub due to both the noise but also the extreme wind. Inside you could continuously hear the ‘whistling’ sound which it made through the reed screen outside. Unfortunately this made my room impossible to ‘relax’ or ‘work’ from.

The property was amazing! Beautiful views / location. Was a little more secluded than other properties. It was great to be able to relax and enjoy the day by the pool or on your balcony / outdoor area of your room. And I’m only a short walk or a few minute taxi you could be to a club / party area, but didn’t have to stay in one. A ride to almost anywhere is $30. It does add up if you go back and fourth a lot, but it was advised by staff not to get a rental car or atv/scooter due to the road conditions and crazy drivers. I would 100% agree with this unless you really want to drive around a lot. We had no issues taking taxi only. I think we spent about $150 on the rides which is slightly cheaper than the rental car we looked at with insurance, but we had no stress either. We were conscious of making sure we had a plan so we didn’t waste rides. The breakfast was AMAZING! Not only was it complementary, but it was very high quality! I can’t think of any “non all inclusive” resort that provided anything of this caliber. Lots of options for pastries, bread, fruit, eggs, tea, coffee, etc. There were only a handoff of items which were up charges, I think maybe smoothies or something but we never got one. The staff at registration, the restaurant, and bar were all top notch. Extremely helpful and kind. We didn’t interact with one person who wasn’t helpful, cheerful, and kind. They would provide us transportation or call for external transportation vendors for us. They would make reservations for us and handle pretty much any request we had. Communication was very easy. Either walk to the front desk or a simple text of WhatsApp.

Don’t really have any complaints about the property. Did get a really bad cut on the rocks attempting to get in and out of the sea at the bottom of the property. But that was 100% my fault. A small disclaimer about sharp rocks and sea urchins would have maybe helped, or maybe I still would have done it haha who knows.

The staff were friendly and kind, making the overall service experience pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel offered amazing views with direct access to the beach, which was a huge bonus. The breakfast portions were sufficient, and the food was delicious.

The welcome drink was nicely prepared, but the glass had a small crack at the bottom, which was a bit concerning. The hot tub seemed a bit old, making it appear less clean. The wind was strong at night, but unfortunately, the door was not soundproof, which affected sleep quality.

The view was breathtaking. I didn’t want to leave! The staff were 11/10! Genuinely friendly. Love that even prior to arrival they message you on whatsapp and during your stay, that’s how you contact them with any requests, transportation/taxi needs, etc. The complimentary breakfast menu is sooo good!!! Chef’s kiss! The private secret beach below was my favourite. If I return to Mykonos, I’m absolutely staying here again without hesitation! Highly recommend it!

The counter space in the washroom was so small and maybe it’s a European thing but there are no towel racks or anywhere to hang the hand towels. If there was more counter space that wouldnt be an issue but even for two women only traveling with carry-on sized toiletries, despite the amount of space in the suite, there was no room in the washroom for anything. Also, with the nice outdoor space, I thought there would be a drying rack or something for swimwear etc since we also had our own private hot tub.
